The use of information technology has resulted in numerous life changes. Starting with manual work to ensure that knowledge of innovation grows, creating automated or digital work makes it easier for people to carry out their daily operational activities. A website is an information medium to introduce or promote a company or organization. Develop a profile website to aid in information dissemination and tools for village leaders that can be accessed more quickly and practically, resulting in an innovative, effective, and efficient teaching and learning process. Nowadays, technology allows all manual labour to be converted into a practical digital mode. This community service project aims to help the Tanah Lapang Village socialize and the village head with responsibilities. The executors were a group of lecturers and students from Andalas University's Faculty of Information Technology. The stages of creating a website began with identifying the village's problems. Tanah Lapang Village information is now available on the website, including its profiles, history, organizational structure, population data, facilities, and tourism activities in the village.

Indonesia is recently facing the fertilizer issue as the shortage supply of subsidized fertilizers is aligned with the increasing price of non-subsidized ones. So, it eventually resulted in the unstable price of agricultural commodities. The issue has been becoming an obstacle for farmers practising agricultural cultivation, particularly those in Batang Tajongkek Village, Pariaman, West Sumatra Province. It needs to develop its potential for natural resources to make organic fertilizer from cow manure. Furthermore, the solution supports the government program on establishing integrated agriculture. Two activities were conducted to empower the area's potentials, which were counselling and composting demos, respectively. The aim was to ensure knowledge transfer to the farmers regarding the technology and critical method of cow manure composting. During the counselling, the farmers were facilitated to discuss the related issue of sustainable integrated agriculture, organic farming, and the making process of compost. Meanwhile, the process of composting from cow manure was also shown during the demo. Furthermore, the farmer was facilitated to analyze the content of produced compost, which was mainly focused on the content of nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), and potassium (K). The activities have empowered the people in the area to self-produce cow manure compost as an organic fertilizer. The analysis of the produced compost showed that the compost has yet to fulfil the national standard of solid fertilizer (SNI 7763:2018) regarding the content of macronutrients (N + P2O5 + K2O). However, the pH of produced compost has met the national standard. The pH was 7.27, which ranges from 4-9. For the compost to be utilized by the community, it is necessary to mix other materials in its manufacture so that the resulting compost complies with SNI.

The high use of antibiotics inappropriately among the community today causes the problem of antibiotic resistance. Antibiotic resistance occurs when microorganisms have the ability to withstand the effects of an antibiotic drug. This can cause losses in terms of health, economy, and public health. To prevent the inappropriate use of antibiotics, education is carried out on how to use antibiotics wisely, which is good and right. The counseling method in this service activity is the lecture method where this method is good for targets with high and low education, especially the general public. The results that this service was that the community looks enthusiastic about carrying out this community service activity. The conclusion of this activity is that education and counseling can increase public knowledge about the use of antibiotics.

Sanggar Rangkiang is a women’s group in Selayo village with a common interest in improving their family living standards. Through the group, they learn together how to master knitting skills. Using their little own pocket money, they try to buy the knitting material and turn it into various kinds of knitted products. Some have also successfully sold the products to their acquaintances through direct selling or personal approaches. Despite those achievements, however, this group has been facing critical challenges, such as limited product varieties, unstandardized product qualities, and lack of neat consistency, undermining the product’s potential to compete in the larger knitted products market. Due to this condition, the team of Universitas Andalas has provided knitting materials and conducted training series on various knitting techniques and models. The training was conducted through three sections the delivery of learning materials through lecturing, the application of learning materials, and counselling and monitoring through mentoring. After the training, the participants can produce a variety of good-quality products according to the given time target. Ultimately, the knitted products are expected to be sold in the larger market, paving the way for their business independence.

Nutritional status is an essential indicator of children's health status because it is a risk factor for morbidity and mortality. Good nutritional status in children will contribute to their health in recovering from illness. Malnutrition is a condition in children's weight for age (BB/U) that does not match their age. Moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera) is a functional food from the monogeneric Moringaceae family and contains several minerals. The purpose of this community service was to empower the Dasa Wisma group to utilise the community's yard by planting Moringa to improve the nutritional status of toddlers and reduce Stunting rates. This service was carried out from April to July 2022 at the Stunting locus, i.e. Pauh Kamba District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The activities included coaching the Dasa Wisma group regarding Stunting, how to overcome Stunting, processing Moringa leaves as a source of nutrition and family income, and evaluating Dasa Wisma group activities in processing Moringa leaves into food. The partnership program is expected to have sustained assistance from an expert to the community in the village.

Nursing services are often used as a benchmark for the image and quality of a hospital in the eyes of the public. One indicator of service quality is nursing documentation. Nursing documentation is a nursing care process for patients that must be carried out by nurses. The results of interviews conducted with nurses in the Men's Internal Room at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang found that nursing documentation through IDHS, SLKI, and SIKI had not run optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education on the application of the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI in carrying out nursing documentation. The purpose of this activity is that nurses can apply nursing documentation with SDKI, SLKI, SIKI to patients. The implementation of the activity was carried out directly to the nurses with a total of 30 respondents starting with the pretest, giving material, and ending with the post test. The results of the pre test were the level of knowledge of nurses in the Men's Internal Room of Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang regarding the application of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI in nursing documentation before being given education, namely 7 nurses had good knowledge (23%), 10 nurses had sufficient knowledge (33%), 13 nurses have less knowledge (44%). The results of the post test were the level of knowledge of nurses in the Men's Internal Room Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang regarding the application of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI in nursing documentation after being given education, namely 25 nurses had good knowledge (83%), 5 nurses had sufficient knowledge (17%). This activity aims to realize a growing livestock business in Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kejora in Sawahlunto that can generate profits to increase household incomes for KWT Kejora partner groups. The implementation of this activity was carried out in three stages; the first was the delivery of material and distributing questionnaires, the second stage was training and modeling, and the third stage was post-training assistance. The service activities in the form of socialization and training on local poultry farming at the KWT Kejora Sawahlunto have been carried out well. The result of this activity was that this activity was attended by 20 group members and accompanied by field officers from the Food Security, Agriculture, and Fisheries Service of Swahlunto City. Group members generally know about local poultry farming (village chicken) but do not know how to raise chickens properly and do not know the factors that affect the sustainability of the livestock business. Therefore, this group must continue to be accompanied so that the sustainability of the group's business can develop and increase the household income of group members.

Chronic kidney disease is one of the diseases that increase the risk in the elderly. Conducting health checks and education to maintain kidney health is an effort to improve the alertness of the elderly. This activity aims to serve the community by working on health checks and education on preserving kidney health for the elderly in the Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan village. The method in this activity was to do a physical examination and blood check to see blood pressure, current blood sugar, and uric acid levels and continue by providing education related to maintaining kidney health in the elderly. This activity showed that 18 (33.9%) had grade 1 hypertension, and 30 (60.4%) elderly had high uric acid values. It is hoped that health checks and education activities are carried out regularly to increase awareness of the elderly to avoid other chronic diseases and improve their quality of life.

Nagari Palangki, IV Koto District, Sinjunjung Regency, is one area that has the potential for beef cattle farming and a large livestock market. The Palangki cattle market is the largest cattle market in West Sumatra. The Palangki cattle market has become a supplier of beef cattle for the provinces of West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau and Bengkulu. The operation of the Palangki livestock market was closed due to cattle infected by mouth and nail disease (FMD). FMD is a contagious animal disease that attacks hoofed animals, especially livestock such as cattle, goats and sheep caused by viruses. This disease can cause huge economic losses because it can lead to a decrease in livestock productivity and even death. It is necessary to take action in dealing with FMD, therefore socialization of the handling and prevention of oral and nail diseases is carried out to the Basung Indah Palangki farmer group. FMD vaccination was carried out in collaboration with the Agriculture Service of Sijunjung Regency and 100 cows were vaccinated in District IV Nagari. The activity aimed to empower and provide insight to Nagari Palangki cattle farmers in overcoming oral and nail diseases.
