A comparative analysis of the religious and educational activities of the religious ideas of A. Kunanbaev and Zh. Kopeiuly was carried out. The main issues raised by these educators are the problems of misperception of religious concepts and generally human humane principles. Currently, in society we observe an incorrect perception of the works of Zhusip Kopeiuly. This scientific search presents the results of such discrepancies and available answers on the topic under consideration.

Human freedom is one of the most important concepts in both philosophy and theology. If philosophy in the understanding of freedom focuses on the issues of the correlation of freedom and necessity, then Orthodox theology asserts that freedom is a gift of God to man at his creation. Thus, according to Orthodoxy, freedom is initially rooted in man, and cannot be lost by him under any circumstances; it can be damaged and deformed, but not taken away from man. Freedom is damaged by sinful actions and thoughts of a person; sin, according to Orthodox teaching, makes a person unfree. Whether to sin or avoid sin is in the will of man; therefore, he is fully responsible for his life. Apparently, human freedom comes into conflict with God’s predestination about man, but this conflict is resolved in Orthodoxy through the free acceptance of the will of God by man, as a good will and directed to the spiritual prosperity of man. The sin created by man can be redeemed by repentance, as sincere repentance and a firm intention not to sin anymore, with the subsequent realization of this intention. Repentance restores freedom to man in its original sense and restores the unity of man and God.

This article analyzes the development of cultural tourism in Kyzylorda region. In the analysis of the situation of cultural tourism in Kyzylorda region, the presentation of tourist attractions in a single optical system was considered as the main element. The integrity of the meta-image of the region taken as an object of study consists of ordering the textual narration and their symbolic coordination. The methodological basis is derived from determining the internal connection of the logical and historical analysis of the cultural content of the Kyzylorda region, in the process of explaining the cultural symbols, special attention is paid to the integrity of the national identity. Here, the semiotic dimension can model the configuration of metastructures, allowing them to become an attractive object of interest to tourists. The use of the method of semiotization of tourist objects gives quick results in determining the interaction of symbolic views, in the process of introducing the visual contours of the region, landmarks to tourists. The results of this can serve as a basis for the development of cultural tourism in the Kyzylorda region. Modern definitions of the concepts of «cultural branding», «regional brand», «regional brand» have been given importance from the point of view of cultural studies and their content has been explained.

One of the “white spots” in the theoretical legacy of the past is the constructive coverage of the philosophical views of the ideologists of the party of “Socialist Revolutionaries”, one of the largest and most influential parties of pre-revolutionary Russia, which had its organizational branches in all regions of the Russian empire, including Turkestan. Having a closer look at the history of relations between political parties in Russia before and after the October Revolution, an analysis of their political programs and philosophical views helps to better understand the atmosphere of that time in all its complexity and inconsistency, and it also contributes to enriching our political thinking. The article considers the problem of “Personality and Historical Process” in the theoretical and philosophical legacy of the ideologists of the Socialist Revolutionary Party, in the context of their understanding of the role of the individual in history, which also motivated their terrorist activities. In this respect, the specifics of the Socialist Revolutionary ideologists’ interpretationare, according to the authors, associated with their analysis of the essence of man. As shown in the article, the Socialist Revolutionaries were characterized by a naturalistic interpretation of personality, based on a biopsychical understanding of the person. According to the authors, the Socialist Revolutionaries adhered to the positivist attitude. They interpreted the desire to explore the objective laws of social development as an unscientific attempt, since their truth cannot, in their view, be verified by empirical means. Sociological laws, according to the Social Revolutionaries, are inevitably refracted trough human psychology, and find their true expression in it. Socialist Revolutionaries proceeded from the principles of the subjective method in sociology, developed by P.L. Lavrov and N.K. Mihailovsky, complementing them with ideas taken from Western European subjective-idealistic movements. In rationalizing terror, Socialist Revolutionaries proceeded from a biopsychical understanding of personality, trying to influence the psyche of the individual by means of terror, considering terror as an exciting and revolutionizing factor. The absolutization of biological and psychological moments in man contributed to the incorrect analysis of the political situation in the country, which made, to some extent, the political program of the Socialist Revolutionaries itself utopian.

The article discusses the defining role of language in the formation of a nation within the framework of the philosophy of the power of language, and also explores the internal integrity of the concepts of “language” and “ethnos”. It is supposed to determine the initial position of the language in relation to the ethnos, that is, the linguistic and ethnogenic integrity of the power of the language in its relation to the phenomenon of the ethnos. At the same time, based on the principles of “linguistic image of the world”, “internal duality of the language”, “language and ethnos are close phenomena”, the authors for the first time in domestic science in the state language relying on the linguocentric, i.e. ethnogenic, objective nature of the language itself , take the first steps towards the analysis of this problem statement from a scientific and theoretical point of view. This will open up new horizons in the study of the transformation of human consciousness in the modern postmodern environment. From this point of view, there is a tendency to consider even the modern education system through the prism of philosophical knowledge. The main problem of the article is the problem of the dominance of the language over its ethnosphere. That is why one of the phenomena underlying the problem we are raising is the disclosure of the inner secret of the linguocentric and ethno-logoepistema of the power of language. This article is aimed at analyzing the ethno-linguistic roots of linguistic authority.

The phenomenon of collective memory is studied by scientists from different angles and meets many contradictions. P. Ricoeur managed to present a position that eliminates them and can be used as the basis for a general conceptualization of collective memory. The purpose of the article is to analyze the features of the conceptualization of collective memory in the phenomenological anthropology of P. Ricoeur, allowing not only to comprehend the category of collective memory as objectively as possible, but also to identify in it the sources of distortion of the past and strategies for overcoming the negative experience imprinted in it. Collective memory should be understood in terms of how memory reproduces connections between individuals and communities, not in terms of a model that takes hold of individuals or groups. The scientific significance of the study lies in the fact that for the first time it provides arguments in favor of recognizing the philosophy of P. Ricoeur as a unified conceptual basis for further research. The practical significance is presented by the opportunity to use the results when modeling collective memory by new communities in the context of globalization and digitalization. The research methodology is presented by methods of scientific literature analysis, dialectical logic and hermeneutics.

The article discusses the features of the formation and development of the Kazakh enlightenment, within the framework of which an analysis of the spiritual heritage of I. Altynsarin is given. I. Altynsarin is positioned as a bright representative of the Kazakh educational teachings. It is shown that the teachings of enlightenment contain both elements of the experience of the ideological and theoretical development of mankind, as well as specific features of national self-consciousness. It is noted that it is possible to determine the essence and features of the spiritual creativity of I. Altynsarin, considering it only in the context of education in general. Using new methodological principles for the analysis of Kazakh education, such as an integrated approach to the topic, systemic and problematic consideration and comparative historical analysis, the author shows the commonality of social, ethical and philosophical issues considered by I. Altynsarin with the educational teachings of other countries. These are questions of man and humanism, the popularization of reason, and social progress. In addition, the features of I. Altynsarin’s education were revealed. Obviously, the best ideas of other peoples, perceived by Kazakh thinkers, cannot be an exact copy of the latter, they will inevitably change in accordance with the specifics of the era, socio-economic relations, and national culture. In conclusion, it is shown that the spiritual heritage of I. Altynsarin is instructive and relevant for our time.

Altynsarin is given. I. Altynsarin is positioned as a bright representative of the Kazakh educational teachings. It is shown that the teachings of enlightenment contain both elements of the experience of the ideological and theoretical development of mankind, as well as specific features of national self-consciousness. It is noted that it is possible to determine the essence and features of the spiritual creativity of I. Altynsarin, considering it only in the context of education in general. Using new methodological principles for the analysis of Kazakh education, such as an integrated approach to the topic, systemic and problematic consideration and comparative historical analysis, the author shows the commonality of social, ethical and philosophical issues considered by I. Altynsarin with the educational teachings of other countries. These are questions of man and humanism, the popularization of reason, and social progress. In addition, the features of I. Altynsarin’s education were revealed. Obviously, the best ideas of other peoples, perceived by Kazakh thinkers, cannot be an exact copy of the latter, they will inevitably change in accordance with the specifics of the era, socio-economic relations, and national culture. In conclusion, it is shown that the spiritual heritage of I. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that at the present time, a time of large-scale changes occurring both in the space of scientific knowledge and in geopolitical space, there is a formation of a new picture of the world, a new ontology, on the one hand, and the actualization of problems of all types identity (from national-state to the level of the individual, personality, human identity, ultimately), on the other hand. The authors believe that these two processes are interconnected through new approaches to understanding spirituality, based on a new understanding of the principle of integrity, universal connections. Since the basis of all types of crises, according to the authors, as well as many researchers, is a spiritual crisis, the spiritual reformatting of society is the main goal of building promising models of the future. According to the authors, the “starting point” in the spiritual modernization of society should be, first of all, the personality as a spiritual-physical integrity, realizing itself, asserting itself through the phenomenon of intersubjectivity in the space of culture. The purpose and novelty of this study is that such a philosophical explication of the concept of “personality” as a starting point for the spiritual transformation of society should not be carried out on the basis of postmodern individualistic liberalism in a counterbalance to the new emerging ontology with its new approach to the phenomenon of spirituality as a practical necessity, based on a new understanding of the principle of integrity, the meaning of universal connections and the common origin of the object and the surrounding world.

The article analyzes the ethno-linguistic aspects of the creation of a work ethic and the prerequisites for nation-building. Expectations of a socio-economic nature (the dynamics of economic growth, and, as a result, expectations of an improvement in the financial situation, an increase in the social and property status), and, on the contrary, pessimistic expectations are variables, and the ethnic and linguistic characteristics of society are stable and permanent signs. It is described using the example of the German language as Martin Luther’s change of the semantic connotative component in the word Beruf led to the creation of a new work ethic known as the work ethic of Protestantism. In addition, the question was raised about the uselessness of the church hierarchy in Catholicism and the establishment of horizontal relations in Protestant communities instead of vertical, hierarchical relations in the Catholic Church was consecrated. This opened up the possibility of nation-building in the countries of Western Europe. A comparison of the words of the German and Kazakh languages about labor and work is carried out. The experience of Western Europe demonstrates that semantic deprivation, in essence, a semantic revolution, is needed in the worldview for the formation of a work ethic and progress in the process of nation-building in Kazakhstan.
