The achievement target for accelerating TB control in Bali Province and Tabanan Regency has not shown results that meet the target, which can have negative impacts in the form of delays in diagnosis and death in sufferers. This study aims to explore the implementation of tuberculosis control in Tabanan district, Bali Province. The study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGD) with regulators, program implementers, and other stakeholders, with a total of 25 respondents. The result of this study demonstrates that the integration of tuberculosis prevention implementation recommendations from the center to the Tabanan Regency Public Health Center is well established. The local government has allocated funds based on the number of tuberculosis elimination targets achieved in each health center. However, there was a misalignment between the guidelines and their execution in the Public Health Center. This is due to the lack of regional regulations that precisely outline the initiatives described in the center's guidelines. If this trend continues, tuberculosis control efforts will not be as effective as hoped. As a result, complete support is expected due to strong and explicit policies, as well as cross-sector cooperation, to ensure the program's success.

In the context of Physics learning, verbal representation is very important to foster problem solving skills. However, the role of these representations has not been thoroughly measured and supported by good measurement instruments. In addition, the topic of optical instruments has concepts that can be expressed with verbal representations and is one of the important topics in physics. Therefore, in this study, an instrument was developed to measure students' verbal representation ability on optical instrument topic. The objectives of this research are to (1) determine the instrument's construction and (2) find out the feasibility of the instrument. The instrument was developed following the modified Wilson, Oriondo, and Antonio procedure through three stages: design, testing, and test preparation. The test was piloted on 88 randomly selected students who had studied optical instrument topic. The analysis carried out in this development includes content validity, item-model fit, reliability, and item difficulty level analysis. The development was successful in providing feasible test instrument items for evaluating students' verbal representation of optical instrument topic. This instrument is expected to be used to capture information about students' verbal representation ability, which will then be analyzed to produce more appropriate physics learning instructions.

The implementation of HOTS in the learning process is considered capable of improving the quality of education in Indonesia. However, in online learning conditions, there are many obstacles and limitations to training HOTS in Biology lesson. This study aims to describe biology teachers' knowledge, preparation, and implementation of HOTS training during online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. This study involved 12 Biology teachers at SMA and SMK in West Java. The data collection technique is carried out through interviews via WhatsApp Call. The data analysis technique used is through reduction, data review, and conclusions drawing. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the teacher’s understanding of HOTS learning is still weak, and the implementation of HOTS training during online learning is still not optimal. The most widely used learning model is Problem based Learning. The constraint implementation of online HOTS training is inseparable from the online learning barriers, but teachers also continue to try to handle these barriers with various solutions.

The laboratory is one of the important facilities and supports the implementation of learning in tertiary institutions. However, in carrying out practicum activities, students are often constrained by information regarding names, functions, and steps for using instruments. Therefore, the need for information about laboratory equipment is quite important for students. This study aims to produce a website based on a QR code to provide information about the instrument to users and the steps to use it. This research uses research and development methods with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation). The questionnaire is used to measure user responses regarding the QR code and its application. Based on the analysis of the problems found, the QR code was successfully created. This QR code was validated by media experts and instrument content experts and obtained valid results. Users show a positive response regarding the use of the QR code for introducing of Refraction Laboratory instruments. Thus, a website-based QR code can be used to provide optical instrument information to users. However, socialization about its use is very necessary for laboratory users.

Lampung Province recorded 3,484 cases of Dengue Fever (DHF) or 435 cases in a month. Or there are 14 cases a day. South Lampung recorded 185 people who experienced DHF from January to August 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of community leaders on the incidence of DHF in the working area of the Hajimena Health Center, South Lampung Regency in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach with a population of 96 respondents and the number of samples is the same as the population because it uses total sampling tectics because the population is less than 100 the entire population is sampled using univariate and bivariate analysis tests. To determine the frequency distribution of the dependent variable (DHF incidence) and to determine the relationship between the independent variables (knowledge and the role of community leaders). The results of univariate research are that there are 26 people who experience DHF, there are 55 respondents who have good knowledge and there are 42 respondents who have poor knowledge, and the role of community leaders is 65 respondents who play a good role and there are 32 respondents who do not play a good role. Bivariate results There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of community leaders on the incidence of DHF (pvalue = 0.011) and There is a significant relationship between the role of community leaders on the incidence of DHF (pvalue = 0.000) in the working area of the Hajimena Health Center in 2023. To improve the knowledge and role of community leaders in paying attention to the condition of the community environment and eradicating mosquito nests, support from health agencies such as health centers and health offices is needed.
