An Investigation on the Translation Competence of Undergraduates of English Translation Majors in the Context of Autonomous Learning 自主学习背景下英语翻译专业大学生翻译能力调查

With the acceleration of globalization and frequent international exchanges, the translation industry has gradually become an important career field. In this context, training translation professionals are also becoming increasingly important. This paper uses translation students from the Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as a sample to investigate and study the current situation of translation professional ability in the context of autonomous learning. The collation and analysis of the questionnaire and the summary of the test results show that the overall translation competence of undergraduate translation majors is not optimistic, mainly as follows: low bilingual ability, lack of vocabulary and incoherence; Insufficient ability to translate extralinguistic issues, especially cultural components; Lack of translation expertise and poor mastery; Single use of tools; Translation has no strategy and so on. Of course, there are students' reasons, such as learning attitudes, and external reasons, such as the setting of teaching courses. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve translation capabilities to provide references for subsequent research.

Research on the Ecological Niche of Students' English Language Learning in Foreign Language Online Teaching 外语在线教学中学生英语学习的生态位研究

Since the development of new technology, multi terminal online teaching has become the mainstream teaching mode. The classroom space environment of college English for non-English majors has changed from classroom to home, and the teaching mode has also changed from offline to online. Students' online classes at home have formed a new student English Ecological niche. Can students establish a stable and balanced Ecological niche under the online teaching environment of college English in the new era? In this study, qualitative and quantitative research methods are used. In the form of questionnaires, the main factors affecting students' English learning and the student Ecological niche scale in online teaching are designed. Data about external factors such as teachers and teaching environment, students' language learning concepts, language learning strategies, and the definition of teachers' roles are collected, and the research results are analyzed and discussed from the change trend of average and standard deviation, Finally, it was found that the students' Ecological niche had a misplaced or absent balance change phenomenon, that is, the ecological imbalance of learning in online teaching. Therefore, this study aims to arouse teachers' attention to the students' learning ecological environment, correct the misplaced learning ecology in time, and rebuild a balanced and stable student Ecological niche.

Exploration and Evaluation of Multiple Interactive Teaching in College English Translation Learning 多元互动教学在大学英语翻译学习中的探索与评价

The diverse interactive teaching mode has important application value and significance in college English translation learning. This article aims to explore how to improve English learning through this teaching mode. The main work is as follows: The problems of the existing teaching model were analyzed and the corresponding solution strategies were proposed. The experiment was designed with a teacher training university as the subject. By comparing the scores of the reference class and the experimental class before and after the test, the effectiveness of the two teaching modes in improving students' translation ability and promoting cross-cultural communication was evaluated. The experiment showed that the calculated increase in the test scores of the experimental class was about 25.95%, indicating that the diverse interactive teaching mode adopted in the experimental class for daily teaching made students perform better.
多样化的互动式教学模式在大学英语翻译学习中具有重要的应用价值和意义。本文旨在探讨如何通过这种教学模式促进英语学习。主要工作如下:分析现有教学模式存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略。本实验以某师范院校为对象进行设计。通过对比参考课和实验课在测试前后的成绩,评价两种教学模式在提高学生翻译能力和促进跨文化交际方面的有效性。实验表明,实验班的考试成绩计算提高约为25.95%,说明实验班在日常教学中采用多样化的互动式教学模式,使学生表现更好。

As times progress and society advances, incorporating ideological and political theories into curriculum teaching has become one of the important tasks in higher education. This paper explores the research significance, existing problems, reform paths, and methods of teaching the Business Intelligence course in the context of incorporating ideological and political theories. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of incorporating ideological and political theories into curriculum teaching, highlighting the importance of the Business Intelligence course in this regard. Secondly, it analyzes the existing problems in teaching the Business Intelligence course, such as the lack of targeted teaching methods, a bias towards theoretical teaching methods, weak student knowledge foundation, and insufficient teaching resources, all of which require reform. Lastly, it proposes various reform paths and methods to address these problems, such as an integration of online and offline teaching methods, a link between industry and academia to increase the practicality of teaching, and the use of case studies and practical projects. By guiding students to understand the impact of business decisions on society and the environment, this paper aims to enhance students' sense of social responsibility and awareness of the bigger picture. This paper emphasizes the importance of incorporating ideological and political theories into curriculum teaching and provides targeted suggestions for reforming the teaching of Business Intelligence.

Immersive Learning: Characteristics of Development of VR Education Technology and the Practice 沉浸式学习:VR教育技术发展的特点与实践

: In recent years, the application of virtual reality (VR) technology has been witnessing explosive growth. In the field of education, VR provides the learning situations of “immersion”, “interaction” and “imagination” for modern education. Its application in education brings a series of actions that optimize conventional teaching concept and methodology, as well as a new perspective for future cultivation of teachers' ability. Researchers of educational technology need to rationally understand the potentiality of the application of VR in education, carry out in-depth analysis of the current application of VR in education, and specifically reflect on the existing challenges from the perspective of education. This article gives an overview of the development of VR educational technology, and summarizes the characteristics and practices of this technology.

The Effect of Psychological Control on Students' Exam Anxiety 心理控制对学生考试焦虑的影响

: To investigate the impact of learning strategies on high school students' exam anxiety and to explore the psychological control mechanisms between them, the study conducted a questionnaire survey on 283 senior high school students using the Exam Anxiety Scale, Learning Strategy Deficiency Scale, and Exam Psychological Control Scale. The research results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between test psychological control and test anxiety, while there is a significant negative correlation between learning strategies and psychological control and test anxiety. Psychological control plays a partial mediating role between exam anxiety and learning strategies. Educators can enrich students' learning strategies, guide and enhance their sense of psychological control during exams, and effectively help students cope with exam anxiety and reduce exam anxiety.

From the perspective of practice, college students are under pressure in employment, enrollment and interpersonal communication, and have certain problems in mental health. Combining college students' mental health education with group psychological counseling can better achieve the teaching objectives of mental health education, optimize teaching methods, implement the effectiveness of mental health education, and effectively expand and make up for the traditional mental health education. Based on the practice of group psychological counseling in Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, this paper discusses the strategies of developing group psychological counseling for college students in ethnic areas.
在新时代的教育背景下,培养身心健康全面发展的人才是高等教育的一大目标。从实践的角度看,大学生在就业、入学、人际交往等方面存在压力,心理健康存在一定问题。将大学生心理健康教育与团体心理咨询相结合,可以更好地实现心理健康教育的教学目标,优化教学方法,实现心理健康教育的实效性,有效地拓展和弥补传统的心理健康教育。本文结合内蒙古民族大学开展群体心理咨询的实践,探讨民族地区大学生群体心理咨询的策略。
