: This study aims to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and job burnout among preschool teachers, as well as the chain mediating role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and work engagement in this relationship. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with a sample of preschool teachers to collect data on transformational leadership, regulatory emotional self-efficacy, work engagement, and job burnout. The results indicate that transformational leadership negatively predicts job burnout among preschool teachers. Regulatory emotional self-efficacy and work engagement were found to partially mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job burnout, respectively. Moreover, transformational leadership indirectly predicts job burnout through the chain mediation of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and work engagement.

: With the rapid development of modern communication technology, the major of computer application has attracted much attention, and now it has become a popular major in secondary vocational schools. Under the background of the new era, the computer application specialty is facing a broader development space, and the demand of society for computer application professionals is getting higher and higher. Secondary vocational schools must strengthen the investigation of the industry and the market, compare the social needs with the current situation of talent cultivation, education and teaching methods, constantly optimize computer teaching, improve teaching objectives and teaching plans, and improve the quality of talent cultivation. This paper analyzes the influence of Internet of Things technology on computer application specialty, analyzes the reform strategy of computer application specialty's practice curriculum from the aspects of practice curriculum system reform, practice teaching environment reform and assessment method reform, and puts forward the specific process of integrated teaching.

: This study reviews and analyzes language teacher research in the era of artificial intelligence between 2013 and 2023 using CiteSpace. The results indicate that research hotspots encompass language teachers’ technological integration ability, affective attitudes, teaching content, and instructional effectiveness. The developmental trajectory of the research is evident in the shift of language teachers’ instructional content from PCK to TPACK, the exploration of language teachers’ affective research from internal beliefs to external environments, and the evolution of language teachers’ educational technology from CALL to AI.

In China's colleges, there is a group of people who are the core force in carrying out students' ideological education and guidance and managing students' affairs. In recent years, this group has received the attention and focus of China's education authorities, which has led to more work, higher requirements, and increased work pressure. The pressure of teachers responsible for college student affairs management has the characteristics of multi-source, complexity and continuity and so on. This thesis analyses main sources of work pressure of this group of teachers from the three aspects of organization, individual and environment, and tries to put forward suggestions on how to relieve work stresses from external and internal factors, namely, improving work environment and teacher evaluation system on the college's side, and a) self-awareness, b) self-improvement, c) interpersonal relationship, d) innovative working methods on teachers' side, which is great significance to improve the professional identity and happiness of this team, and to build up a specialized and professionalized student management and service team. It is of great significance.

To study the self-direct learning methods in the development of self-direct learning ability of medical interns and analyze the influencing factors. This study included 150 medical interns were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group. The interns in the traditional mode are the control group, and the interns in the practice group rotation system are the experimental group. There are 75 medical students in each group. And there is no significant difference in the general data of teachers' professional titles, education and teaching qualifications (P>0.05). Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the total scores of self-direct learning and thinking abilities of the two groups of medical interns. After the experiment, the total scores of self-direct learning and thinking abilities of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). After the internship, the satisfaction and assessment scores of the interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Finally, during the clinical practice period, we should pay attention to cultivating ability of the independent learning and thinking of medical interns, and the application of the practice group rotation system can promote students' independent learning and thinking.

To explore the feasibility and effect of internet plus's mind map in ophthalmology nursing teaching. Eighteen nurses were selected from August 2022 to August 2023 in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital. They were set as the experimental group in the teaching stage of mind mapping in internet plus and the observation group in the traditional teaching stage. The differences between the two groups were compared by questionnaire feedback. The experimental group and the control group were superior to the control group in problem-solving ability, learning efficiency, self-learning ability, memory and understanding ability and literature reading ability. There is no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in clinical thinking, learning interest, teamwork ability, doctor-patient communication ability and nursing skill operation. The application of internet plus mind map in ophthalmology nursing teaching is feasible, which can significantly improve the problem-solving ability, learning efficiency, self-learning ability, memory and understanding ability and literature reading ability of nursing students, and is worth popularizing.
