Empirical Study on Relationship of Supply Chain Partnership, Financial Management and Enterprise Performance 供应链伙伴关系、财务管理与企业绩效关系的实证研究

Based on the sample of manufacturing enterprises of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, empirical study is carried out to explore the relationships of supply chain partnership, financial management and enterprise performance. The results show that partnership has significantly and positively influenced on financial management; financial management has also significant and positive influence on enterprise performance; Supply chain partnership can not only influence enterprise performance directly, but also influence it indirectly through financial management. The conclusions can provide theoretical guides in details for enterprises in Guangxi to establish supply chain management.
本文以广西壮族自治区制造业企业为样本,对供应链合作伙伴关系、财务管理与企业绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:合伙企业对财务管理有显著的正向影响;财务管理对企业绩效也有显著的正向影响;供应链伙伴关系不仅可以直接影响企业绩效,还可以通过财务管理间接影响企业绩效。研究结论可以为广西企业建立供应链管理提供详细的理论指导。

3PL-Based Synergy Strategy Model and Information Management System for Industry Cluster in China 基于3pl的中国产业集群协同战略模型与信息管理系统

Lacking information instruction, small and medium-sized enterprises in China, which organize as industry clusters, are suffering from high costs and production disorder. Meanwhile, equipped with informationized systems, third party logistics firms are urgently seeking new businesses to expand. Under such circumstances, we propose a 3PL-based synergy strategy model in order to satisfy the needs of the two sides. This paper outlines the structure of this model and gives a brief introduction of how this model can be implemented. Also, a preliminary MIS (Management Information System) based on SOA architecture using various information technologies is provided, which will meet the needs of the model's operation.

Application of the Self-Organizing Competition Artificial Neural Network in Power System Transient Stability 自组织竞争人工神经网络在电力系统暂态稳定中的应用

In this paper, a self-organizing ANN classifier is designed to estimate transient stability problem. This kind of classifier uses six indexes which are indexes of the integrated performance index method, so as to distinguish power system transient stability state into stable accident and unstable accident. It has better classified effect, and can reducing the number of accidents. It is also suitable for online dynamic security assessment.
本文设计了一种自组织神经网络分类器来估计暂态稳定问题。该分类器采用综合性能指标法中的6个指标,将电力系统暂态稳定状态区分为稳定事故和不稳定事故。分类效果好,减少事故发生。它也适用于在线动态安全评估。

Effect of Carbon Dioxide Corrosion and Temperature on Strength of Oilwell Cement 二氧化碳腐蚀和温度对油井水泥强度的影响

When the water environment around is relatively stable, carbon dioxide and temperature become the two major factors affecting the strength of oilwell cement. In order to understand the affecting extents, the compressive strength of corroded cement samples were examined under different corrosion conditions by carbon dioxide and temperature. The corrosion mechanism of oilwell cement by carbon dioxide and the corrosion effects on the compressive strength of oilwell cement are investigated. The results show that in the early corrosion period of 7~14 days, the compressive strength increased with increasing the curing temperature and the carbon dioxide pressure. The strength under several temperature cycles is higher than the room temperature strength.

Research of Renewal Plan for Areas along the Tainan Canal 台南运河沿岸地区更新规划研究

As the best preserved inland canal in Taiwan, Tainan canal has witnessed the rise and fall of the city along with the Tainan people. Due to the industrial restructuring along the canal in the past years, its navigation function gradually declined and the areas adjacent fell into a recession. In order to revive the canal and revitalize the areas along it, the Tainan city government initiates a re-development project. The ideas on revitalizing functions, sectional positioning and area control contained in the renewal planning provide an example for other river bordering cities.

Based on experiment on HRB500 reinforcement of Low-cost and High-performance with different concrete mix under same strength, the conclusion that HRB500 reinforcement of Low-cost and High-performance is not sensitive to concrete mix, only to the final intensity was obtained. With the same bearing strength, mechanical properties and the cost of beams were analyzed, the economic and social benefits of using high strength steel were described.

The Building of Region Power Grid Polluted Flashover Precaution System Based on GIS 基于GIS的区域电网污染闪络预防系统的构建

To solve the problem of the flashover risk assessment of contaminated insulator, a GIS-based region power grid polluted flashover precaution system is proposed in this paper. This system consists of two prediction models that the first is used to estimate contamination condition of insulator and the second is employed to forecast the probability of the flashover in complex weather conditions. The outdoor insulation level of operation insulator can be real-time mastered by using this system, which achieve the accurate flashover prediction and precaution. Then a technical support platform based on GIS is supplied in order to timely avoid the region power grid flashover accident. It is of important practical significance and application value for power grid disaster prevention and reduction.

Based on the analysis of present literature of overseas and domestic scholars, the new connotation and main characteristics of Enterprise Technology Innovation Alliance (ETIA) are promoted, and this paper summarizes the research results about ETFA from three important aspects, including trust mechanism, risk management mechanism and interests distribution mechanism. Finally, some future research focuses are proposed according to the deficiency of the available research for further research foundation.
本文在分析国内外学者现有文献的基础上,提出了企业技术创新联盟的新内涵和主要特征,并从信任机制、风险管理机制和利益分配机制三个重要方面对企业技术创新联盟的研究成果进行了总结。最后,针对现有研究的不足,提出了今后的研究重点,为进一步的研究奠定基础。

Simulation Study of Displacement Ventilation in Winter 冬季置换通风的模拟研究

In order to study the displacement ventilation system in winter, TVOC concentration field, velocity field and temperature field are simulated by FLUENT software which use standard k-ε turbulence model combined with wall function method. The study conclude that in winter displacement ventilation can be achieved by using ceiling radiant heating system and warm air-curtain which is set in the cold wall.

Intelligent Decision Support System of Maritime Search and Rescue Based on JADE 基于JADE的海上搜救智能决策支持系统

Maritime search and rescue decision-making is a complicated system, for different emergencies at sea, and at different time or reaction stages, in accordance with the relevant emergency plans, the decision-making must be timely adjusted. Under the current environment of informatization and networking, it is imperative to establish a distributed maritime search and rescue distributed intelligent decision support system. A maritime search and rescue intelligent decision support system is studied in this article and system analysis, design and implementation are described. The results show that during the course of decision-making the human interference can be reduced relying on maritime search and rescue decision support system, and the system can evaluate the hazards of disaster, the effect of the emergency response action and the cost-effective of rescue resources. In one word, it can assist RCC to make scientific decisions quickly and accurately.

Under the current environment of informatization and networking, it is imperative to establish a distributed maritime search and rescue distributed intelligent decision support system. A maritime search and rescue intelligent decision support system is studied in this article and system analysis, design and implementation are described. The results show that during the course of decision-making the human interference can be reduced relying on maritime search and rescue decision support system, and the system can evaluate the hazards of disaster, the effect of the emergency response action and the cost-effective of rescue resources.
