In the analysis of data for the reliability in CNC system, people commonly do not consider censored time. With the continuous improvement of reliability in CNC system, the failure rate is usually low in the timing censored test. All these produce a certain error in data analysis and parameter estimation. To solve this problem, this paper proposed to use censored data in the data analysis. First pre-process data of failure interval time, followed by the application of the cumulative failure rate to determine the distribution types primarily, then the maximum likelihood method is used to estimate the distributed parameters followed by fitting test with Hollander-Proschan method to get the distribution model. In this paper, failure data from 13 of a certain type numerical control system in four-month test were performed for processing and proved this method could improve precision in data analysis of reliability in CNC system.

The present article proposes an Extenics analysis Method for Instant Customerization(EMIC) to the existing problem that it's difficult to realize Instant Customerization(IC). Extenics model of IC is established firstly, diverging tree of feasibility problem for IC is proposed to study implementation strategies set, and then the conflicts between implementation strategies are solved. At last, EMIC studies the feasible implementation strategies set and IC is well realized. This article also studies extenics demand forcasting in detail. At the end of the article, an example is proposed to verify the correctness of EMIC.

The new product development (NPD) process is subjected to be monitored to assure the desired results in terms of both effectiveness and efficiency. This paper presents process-based NPD and process monitoring concept, within the context of the automotive quality management system standard, ISO/TS16949:2002. The process monitoring covers the areas of review, verification, and validation including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). These areas focus on process effectiveness. In order to improve process efficiency, the monitoring should be extended to the area of process performance measurement. The further study regarding process performance measurement in conjunction with the proposed automotive process-based management is recommended.

The important aspects of improving organizational efficiency and enhancing organizational vitality include: how to manage persons reasonably and effectively, and how to choose talents. For the management of the human capital, first we should have the method and standard for the appraisal before we begin to evaluate the hum-an capital. In the design process of the planetary gear transmission, it is necessary to acquire its motion law, dynamics characteristics and structural strength, etc. In order to improve the work efficiency, how to make sure the correct sequence among many kinds of simulations and the proper relationship between all simulation data has become more and more important. Based on the workflow technology, a simulation flow management system for planetary gear transmission is proposed. And the functional framework and the technical architecture of this system have been established. The management system abides by the workflow reference model which is provided by the Workflow Management Coalition(WfMC); while the flow files can be acquired based on XML Process Definition Language(XPDL). Furthermore, the Relational DataBase (RDB) is adopted to manage control data of flow and the simulation data files can be managed by folder system. At last, an engineering application demonstrated that the simulation flow management system can control analysis process conveniently, manage simulation data effectively and improve work efficiency markedly.

It has been assumed that it is difficult to predict or analyze the performance of a business process by introducing enhanced information systems. The performance of business processes, in actuality, is too complex and dynamic to be understood or analyzed through conventional modeling techniques. In this study, in order to predict the potential business impacts of introducing an information system, the approach of business process simulation (BPS) is used. By presenting an industrial example, the characteristics of BPS are illustrated.

By using the allocation of guarantee rate saving as incentive mechanism and considering the external supervision mechanism in credit guarantee contract, the principal-agent relationships between professional credit guarantee institution and small and medium sized enterprise (SME) is investigated in this paper. It has been proved that external supervision mechanism could not change the optimal effort level of SME under the symmetric information, while, the professional guarantee institution by using effective external supervision mechanism under the asymmetric information could make SME choose higher effort level and increase the incentive strength of guarantee institution. With the external supervision being reinforced by professional credit guarantee institution, the incentive strength is much stronger and expected revenue is much higher, while, the agent cost is less. Suitable and effective external supervision can decrease the total guarantee cost of professional credit guarantee institution.

Based on the non-parametric DEA and Malmquist index, this paper studies total factor efficiency of fifteen cities' financial service industry (FSI) in China during the year of 2000 to 2006. According to study objective, total factor productivity (TFP), as well as factors' degree of contribution, is analyzed. Eventually, the conclusion is obtained that the increase in TFP of China's financial service industry depends on both improvement of technical progress and technical efficiency.

And cost control has become urgent to improve the performance of supply chain problems. This paper takes decision tree method to analyze the cost of supply chain, determines the standard cost reasonably and discusses the effective strategy for cost-control of supply chain. As a result, it can help enterprises, especially the SME to carry out more convenient and efficient cost control measures.

There are three main types of service provider in China's express delivery market, namely China EMS, International express Giant and private express company. Due to their distinct characters on price, service level, infrastructure and other aspects, they are adopted by different customers. Considering the variety of service requirement, a configuration structure of potential alternative providers should be established. In this paper, a two-stage approach composed of Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Goal Programming (GP) is proposed. In the first stage, due to interdependence and feedbacks among the evaluation index elements ANP method is utilized to find a proper weight rank for each alternative. Furthermore, to realize a branch of multiobjective optimization Goal Programming helps determine the accurate business distribution proportion for each candidate company. Finally, a client company has been simulated by this approach.
