This paper takes Tianxingzhou bridge health monitoring system for example to illustrate its integration research and implementation. Multithread technology of LabWindows/CVI which is a development environment for virtual instrument is applied in the paper. The data request, data acquisition, data processing and storage can be carried out simultaneously in multiple threads. Assigning a reasonable schedule among the threads can better ensure the real-time of the system. In this system, status information of data acquisition, processing, storage and analysis for the modules, such as meteorological, vehicle detection, pressure and expansion joint can be got reliably. And in a long term, the system runs normally, and plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of the bridge and extending its service life.

Because of the relatively high charging capacitance of Ultra High Voltage transmission lines, the contradiction between UHV transmission line's over-voltage limitation strategy and its reactive power compensation strategy becomes prominent, while fix controllable reactors on UHV line's can solve this contradiction. After the magnetic circuit structure and working principles of 500kV magnetically controlled shunt reactor (MCSR) are analyzed, and the simulation model of MCSR is established by the magnetic circuit decomposition approach in Matlab/Simulink in this paper. From the point of leakage inductance of each winding in MCSR, the energy method was used to calculation the leakage inductance by the 3D finite element method (FEM) model. The result indicated that the magnetic flux leakage of each winding is increased by the increase of the saturation, while the leakage inductance of each winding is decreased by the increase of the saturation, and finally stabilized at a regular value. Simulation results reflect the actual operating conditions of MCSR, the model and algorithm provides necessary simulation means for UHV and EHV MCSR analysis.

In order to estimate manufacture costs of the product more accurately, this paper will combine activity-based costing (Activity-based Costing, ABC) with BOM to estimate the product of direct manufacturing costs. As to the indirect cost estimates, this paper filter out the cost driver data in the process of direct cost estimation as input and predict output by neural network, so as to raise the accuracy of indirect costs estimates effectively. The results show that the proposed method is feasible.

Whether the key construction projects' progress is ongoing expectably or not will have important influence on the economic development. Aiming at the supervisors'(Microscopic level) insufficiency of the ability in grasping the project progress deviation, based on the balance theory, using the modern computer technology, utilizing the Delphi method and interval estimation method, the paper constructs a progress deviation surveillance system of the key construction projects in the macroscopic level(implemented by official organizations), which will provide powerful safeguard for completing these key construction projects.

In this paper, an adaptive blind image restoration algorithm is proposed. According to the feature that the certain blur may lead to the specific component distortion in the cepstral domain, we develop an automatic algorithm using Fourier-Mellin transform to classify and identify the point spread function (PSF) with cepstrum: for the usual types of blur, such as linear motion blur and defocus blur, we restore it with Wiener filter; while for others, we propose an improved total variation (TV) blind restoration algorithm. The algorithm combines the typical methods and blind methods of image restoration, achieving the adaptive blind image restoration. Experimental results show that it is effective in restoring degraded images under different environments, and it improves the restoring performance significantly under the presence of high noise level.

Farmland soil in the suburb is polluted to some degree due to the effect of human activities. In this paper spatial distribution and pattern of copper (Cu), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) contents in the farmland soil in suburb of Harbin were analyzed using geostatistics methods. Results of semivariance fitness models showed that contents of Cu and Zn were auto-correlated to a high degree respectively, while Pb content in soil was auto-correlated to a moderate degree. Based on the results of semivariance analyses, distribution maps were generated using Kriging interpolation. The results showed that the accumulation area for Cu, Pb and Zn appeared mainly around Hafei automobile industry group and Yatai cement plant.

Microarc oxidation (MAO) coating on 7075 Al alloy were prepared in Na2SiO3 electrolytes with and without Na2WO4 addition. The effects of Na2WO4 with different concentrations on the surface morphology, cross-sectional microstructure and micro-hardness of ceramic coatings have been studied by using SEM and micro-hardness tester, respectively. The results show that the microarc oxidation surface treatment can form a dense ceramic coating on 7075 Al alloy, which has good adhesion with Al alloy substrate. The concentration of Na2WO4 solution has significant influence on the color, surface morphology, density and micro-hardness of ceramic coating, but has not much influence on the thickness of the ceramic coating. The addition of Na2WO4 into the base Na2SiO3 electrolyte resulted in the increase of the microhardness of the ceramic coating.

Binderless particleboard from kenaf core was prepared by steam-injection hot pressing technology and conventional hot pressing technology respectively, and temperature variations of mat core layer was tested by thermocouple during hot-pressing process, density profile of binderless particleboard was tested by isotopic density tester, the effect of two different hot-pressing technology on mechanical properties of binderless particleboard from kenaf core was studied. During conventional hot pressing cross-section temperature distribution of mat was not uniform, and density profile of binderless particleboard was also not uniform, so mechanical properties of binderless particleboard was poor; But during steam-injection hot pressing cross-section temperature distribution of mat was more uniform, and density profile of binderless particleboard was also more uniform, at the same time, because of pretreatment effect of saturated steam on kenaf core, mechanical properties of binderless particleboard was improved greatly.
