Design and application for robotic polishing system 机器人抛光系统的设计与应用

In order to improve productivity and to solve the potential shortage of skilled workers in finishing manufacturing, a new type polishing robot, PR-PPRR, was proposed. The hardware of control system was discussed and the structure of control system was analyzed. In this paper, constant polishing force system and control algorithm of polishing force were discussed in detailed. In addition, the calibration of current and polishing force experiment was introduced. A programming system was provided for the system to generate the desired polishing path data. In order to evaluate the performance of the polishing robot system, a polishing experiment of faucet was done and it showed that the system reached design requirements.

Research on performance of slide-valve in water hydraulic servo-valve with hydrostatic bearing 静压轴承水液压伺服阀滑阀性能研究

In order to optimize the motion characteristics of slide-valve in water hydraulic servo-valve. Hydrostatic bearing technology has been used between valve core and sleeve. The research on performance about the static characteristics of slide-valve in water hydraulic servo-valve with hydrostatic bearing structure and traditional throttle with fixed orifice has been carried. The mathematical model of the pressure-flow characteristics, the pressure sensitivity characteristics and pressure characteristics of servo-valve has been established. Research shows, the application of hydrostatic bearing technology can make the linear relationship of the pressure - flow characteristics of the nozzle-flapper valve maintained, the pressure sensitivity can be maintained constant, but pressure characteristics of servo-valve become worse.

Research on some key issues in engineering safety management of rail transit signal system 轨道交通信号系统工程安全管理若干关键问题研究

According to the high security requirement of rail transit signal system, the paper studied the engineering safety management theory of foreign advanced rail transit signal system, summarized the risk control process of rail transit signal system with the characteristic of china's rail transit signal system and focused on some key issues in the risk control process. Using of ALARP principle as the risk acceptance criteria, this paper proposed a comprehensive analysis method to measure the effectiveness of risk control measures for the risk in ALARP region.

Numerical evaluation of residual stress redistribution in welded bridge 焊接桥梁残余应力重分布的数值计算

The stress fields in a steel bridge girder under cyclic loads were calculated by elastic-plastic finite element method. It is shown that the load application on the pre-stressed component produces a reassessment of the stress field and, in particular,a relaxation of the maximum stress; the relaxation process is almost limited to the first cycle; the degree of the residual stress relaxation is mainly controlled by the cyclic loading with the largest amplitude under variable amplitude loading. Based on the laws above, the shakedown behavior of steel girder under moving train load was analyzed and the redistributed residual stress field was acquired.

Visualization Toolkit(VTK) is an open-source, cross-platform system that provides developers with an extensive suite of software tools for scientific visualization. In this paper, we first describe some basic concept, including dataset, pipeline, and common algorithm. Then we give some applications in medical imaging, computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis and modeling.

Adsorption of p-chlorophenol on cationic polymer/bentonite nanocomposite adsorption materials 阳离子聚合物/膨润土纳米复合吸附材料对氯苯酚的吸附

The cationic polymer/bentonite nanocomposite adsorption materials were prepared by cationic polymer-epicholorohydrin-dimethylamine (EPI-DMA) and dimethyldlammonium (PDMDAAC) as intercalary reagents, respectively; then the adsorption performance for p-chlorophenol (p-CP) were discussed. The results indicated that the adsorption ability of cationic polymer/bentonites for p-CP increased with the increase of polymer contents and the length of polymer chains. The adsorption kinetics were well described by first-order kinetic model, Bangham kinetic model and intra-particle diffusion model; the adsorption isotherms were also modeled according to Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms. Increasing solution pH was propitious to adsorption process and the adsorption process was exothermic reaction and was presented by heat evolution physical sorption and organic partition.

Evaluation of sEMG on contralateral upper limb physiological characteristic evaluation methodology 对侧上肢生理特征评价方法的肌电图评价

Quantitative evaluation for estimating motor function is a prerequisite for clinical application of rehabilitation robot. The current clinical evaluations, such as Fugl-Meyer assessment, still have some deficiency. The study provided an innovative evaluation method, which contrasted the physiological character of impaired limb with the contralateral upper limb of post stroke hemiplegic patients, and investigate the comparability of surface Electromyography (sEMG) between patients and healthy persons during robot-assisted motor recovery training possess similar track and equivalent velocity. There is much comparability of sEMG characteristic in healthy limb of patients compare with healthy person, yet less comparability exist in the impaired limb. The results in the study imply that the method depend on contralateral limb sEMG characteristic have potential capacity in clinical quantitative evaluation of rehabilitation and may competent to associate with other physiological character.

The objective of the study is to develop a set of test system for testing and evaluating the working performance of electric nail guns. This paper studies the evaluation methods of the electric nail gun through the analysis of the working principle and internal structure of the electric nail gun. And the performance evaluation indicators of the electric nail gun are proposed. Based on these indicators, a set of test system is developed. And the system includes Mechanical parts and Measurement and control software. The set of test system provides a scientific and reasonable platform for testing and evaluating the working performance of electric nail guns.

Closure schemes of Multi-span continuous rigid frame bridges 多跨连续刚构桥合闸方案

The closure of Multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge is one of important steps in its construction. The selection of closure scheme determines the deformation and stress state of the bridge when construction is completed. In this paper, based on the situation of Jing River Bridge, which is now under construction in Gansu Province, finite element method is applied to analyze and compare the inner forces, stress and deformation of the bridge with five possible closure schemes. As a result, the most reasonable and engineering feasible closure scheme is obtained.

Discussion on mine environmental problems and countermeasures 矿山环境问题及对策探讨

The rapid development of economic is inseparable from the support of resources, while the huge consumption quantities of resources will inevitably lead the negative impact to the environment of mine, such as the poor environment for production of the mine, discharging the “three kinds of wastes”, geological disasters, and the destruction of environmental resources, etc. How minimize the extent of environment pollution and damage, and how protect and manage the environment of mine, which have become a focus of the whole society. In modern mining, non-waste mining is an important issue, because it can solve these mentioned environmental problems of mine, and changing the traditional downward-type mining technology to upward-type exploitation, will leave the waste rock in the tunnel of mine and reduce the collapse area, at the same time, which will be very effective on discharging wastewater. So it is very promising way to reduce the environmental problems of mine.
经济的快速发展离不开资源的支持,而资源的巨大消耗必然导致矿山环境的负面影响,如矿山生产环境恶劣、“三废”排放、地质灾害、环境资源破坏等。如何将矿山环境污染和破坏程度降到最低,如何保护和管理矿山环境,已成为全社会关注的焦点。在现代采矿中,无废开采是一个重要的问题,因为它可以解决矿山的上述环境问题,并且将传统的下采式开采技术改为上采式开采,将废石留在矿山的巷道中,减少塌落面积,同时对排放废水非常有效。因此,这是一种很有希望减少矿山环境问题的方法。
