Power Fault Preplan Text Information Extraction Based on NLP 基于自然语言处理的电力故障预案文本信息提取

A large amount of texts recorded in Chinese exist in power grid enterprises. These texts contain abundant information of power system. Manually mining the text information is inefficient and the accuracy may vary with different dispatchers. In this paper, the power fault countermeasure text is taken as the object to study the power Chinese text information extraction method. Power texts are segmented firstly based on the nature language process (NLP), the ontology lexicon is established according to the power word attribute in the power fault countermeasure text; Based on the syntax structure characteristics of punctuations and the concept of separate parsing phrase are brought in to guide the division of long texts, which can separate the sentence with only one power entity and its related information; The syntax rule template applicable to the separate parsing phrase is established based on the meta-character templates (generalization slot, fixed word-combination, wildcard character, and registry function) used for the power fault preplan text information extraction and the structured output of that information; At last, the generalization ability and the universality of the template are analyzed. Examples show that the rule template applies to the information extraction of most texts with strong universality and high accuracy.

A New Inspection Method to Diagnose Winding Material and Capacity of Distribution Transformer based on Big Data 基于大数据的配电变压器绕组材料和容量诊断新方法

This paper takes Zhejiang power corporation panoramic quality business chain as background, centering on the problem that distribution equipment is hard to be inspected accurately with routine inspection, proposes a new inspection technology, aiming to diagnose the quality problem of distribution equipment quickly, economically and accurately. This paper accumulates a large number of physical characteristic parameter and test data of more than one thousand distribution transformers from Zhejiang power corporation quality inspection center of distribution equipment, and analyzes the distribution of volume, weight, DC resistance, no-load loss, load loss and short-circuit impedance of distribution transformer in different capacity levels through the statistical method of big data, and finally makes a assessment process to diagnose winding material and capacity of distribution transformer. The specific assessment process is divided into three steps: 1) Determine the relevant core data for different inspection targets(winding material: volume, weight, DC resistance; capacity:no-load loss, load loss and short-circuit impedance); 2) Build associated database of core data and non-core data of distribution transformer; 3) Use the associated database for preliminary judgment, and other method to confirm one by one.

Energy Efficiency optimization in OFDM Power Telecommunication Networks OFDM电力电信网的能效优化

The energy efficiency performance of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) in cellular networks is strongly affected by power allocations and channel allocations due to the inter-cell interference. In this paper, we talk about the energy efficiency optimization problem in OFDM-based cellular networks. To the end, we construct an energy efficiency optimization function, which maximizes energy efficiency and guarantees users' requirement. Because the model proposed is a nonlinear fractional program, which is NP-hard. To solve the model, we use the successive convex appropriate method to appropriate the objective function. And then we use the Lagrange dual method and sub-gradient to address the sub-optimal problem. Simulation results show that energy efficiency is convergence and maximum energy efficiency performance can be obtained.

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Wearable Operation Support System for Electric Power Production Environment based on Multi-source Information Fusion Technology 基于多源信息融合技术的电力生产环境智能可穿戴运行保障系统设计与实现

Based on the requirements for improving life safety of electric power operators, the intelligent wearable operation support system based on multi-source information fusion technology which consists of device management module, near electric alarm module, collaborative operation module and decision analysis module is proposed. The system implements effective management of wearable devices and multi-source information fusion. The safety of electric power workers has been improved by the near electric alarm strategy. The system has been applied to many units and is being widely applied to the power industry.

Modeling of Soft Sensor Based on DBN-ELM and Its Application in Measurement of Nutrient Solution Composition for Soilless Culture 基于DBN-ELM的软测量建模及其在无土栽培营养液组成测量中的应用

At present, the detection of important components of nutrient solution in soilless culture is high cost, difficult and low precision. A soft measurement method of nutrient solution component based on deep belief network and extreme learning machine (DBN-ELM) is proposed. The component concentration in nutrient solution was selected as the dominant variable, and the variables that were easy to be measured and correlated with the ion concentration were the auxiliary variables, including PH value, conductivity, nutrient solution circulation speed and temperature. The deep belief network is used to extract the features of the auxiliary variables, then the extracted features are input into the ultimate learning machine for training, and the soft measurement model is obtained. Finally, the data of soil - free tomato culture nutrient solution was used to verify the experiment. The results show that this method has higher comprehensive measurement accuracy than the method using the extreme learning machine or the least square method, and is of great significance for improving the yield and quality of the soilless cultivated crops.

A systemic approach to hazard analysis and control based on energy function 基于能量函数的危害分析与控制的系统方法

The hazard analysis and control is one of the most significant issues of the safety management process. The paper proposes a new approach to systemically identify and analyze multi-hazards. The energy function was first studied, summing up the energies involved in production and lives of the national economy with a unified function. Relationships between common production accidents and corresponding energies was presented. In order to take measures in emergency rescue based on energy change, four properties of energy, storability, additivity, transitivity and transformability, were analyzed. The method provide guidance for hazard identification and prevention, and it is proved by guiding the hazard identification of coal mine and carry out effective measures to prevent occurrence of disaster. It indicates that the proposed approach propose a systemic method to analyze multiple hazards and reduce risk of abnormal energy transfer.

Design and Implementation of Emergency Cooperative Consultation System based on GIS 基于GIS的应急协同咨询系统的设计与实现

Taking GIS technology as the core, an online collaborative consultation system for connecting emergency command users in different places was designed and implemented. A system of online emergency command achieved the Collaborative Plotting, audio and video conferencing, file sharing and map query functions based on the common operation picture, greatly improves the timeliness, effectiveness and collaboration of the emergency command.

Research on Multi - feature Web Image Clustering Algorithm 多特征Web图像聚类算法研究

In order to find interesting images from massive Web resources, mine useful information, the clustering algorithm of multi-feature Web images based on Web2.0 is studied in the paper. By using this algorithm, the relationship between the Web image and its metadata is structured a K-partite graph by a reasonable measure of metadata similarity. Clustering results can be obtained by the K-partite graph. The accuracy of clustering can be enhanced through the effective fusion of rich heterogeneous metadata in Web image. High-quality clustering results obtained by the algorithm can be used to mine useful information from web images. Users do not need to give the weight of each type of metadata. The algorithm researched in the paper is scalable, which can be applied to large-scale image clustering and can be parallelized.

Development and Application of Virtual Collaborative Experiment Technology Based on Unity Platform 基于Unity平台的虚拟协同实验技术的开发与应用

Concerning the limitations of the current virtual experiment environment, this paper introduces a collaboration technology combined with Unity development technology to establish a virtual collaborative experiment environment. In the platform, all experimenters can do collaborative experiments according to specific collaborative rules. The server adopts the authority control strategy and the real-time synchronization strategy to ensure the synchronization of collaboration. The client uses reliable communication mechanism and Unity development technology to ensure real-time transmission and acceptance of the message. The system finally realizes the collaborative work and reasonable allocation of resources between people in the virtual experiment environment.
针对当前虚拟实验环境的局限性,本文介绍了一种结合Unity开发技术的协作技术,建立虚拟协同实验环境。在平台中,所有实验者都可以按照特定的协同规则进行协同实验。服务器端采用权限控制策略和实时同步策略,保证协作的同步性。客户端采用可靠的通信机制和Unity开发技术,保证消息的实时传输和接收。该系统最终实现了虚拟实验环境中人与人之间的协同工作和资源的合理分配。

A Variation of Quicksort for Model Checking with Promela and SPIN 用Promela和SPIN进行模型检验的快速排序的变化

Because of the speed and memory efficiency of sorting, quicksort is often the best choice in software development. However, in model checking with SPIN, it is difficult to implement quicksort using Promela. Regular recursion-based implementations are not suitable for Promela due to the lack of function definition. Even, Promela does not have stack in its data structures, increasing the difficulty to do quicksort. In this paper, we propose a variation of quicksort for Promela without using recursion and stack. Our variation of quicksort can be applied to SPIN-based model checking requiring a quicksort algorithm. Other computer programs can also use our variation, if recursion, function definition and stack are not available or banned.
