Tremendous change in environment during the Corona virus pandemic has put organizational agility as one of the most important discussion topics among scholars in the world. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with limited resources, need to have strong agility to thrive in today's increasingly competitive market. It is, therefore, crucial to study the factors that may affect organizational agility. This study aims to examine the effects of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational agility through organizational learning in the perspective of organizational behavior. There was a scarcity of evidence on which entrepreneurial leadership could significantly influence organizational agility through organizational learning. The respondents are 200 employees who work at SMEs within the Small Industrial Village which is called Perkampungan Industri Kecil (PIK) in East Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were obtained through the survey method and quantitatively analyzed using SEM – LISREL 8.8. The results indicated that each entrepreneurial leadership and organizational learning has significantly affected organizational agility, and entrepreneurial leadership has significantly affected organizational learning. This study also found that organizational learning partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organizational agility. These results provide recommendations for SMEs entrepreneurs to promote organizational learning in order to enhance the effect of entrepreneurial leadership to increase organizational agility.

Tourism is the sector most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the efforts that can be made to stimulate tourism in Indonesia is applying hygiene, health, safety, and environmental sustainability (CHSE) protocols in every tourism destination. The successful implementation of CHSE is necessary to conduct socialization and training, especially for the managers of tourist destinations. This community service activity in socialization and CHSE training was carried out in the Pasir Eurih Tourism Village, Taman Sari District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The training method is lecture and discussion. The training participants are the Pasir Eurih Tourism Village managers, totaling 20 (twenty) people. Evaluation of the success of the activity was carried out pre-test and post-test. The post-test evaluation results showed an increase in the average knowledge of the managers of Pasir Eurih Tourism Village on the CHSE concept after training from the less to good category. The significance test results using SPSS software showed that the training had a significant effect on participants' knowledge of CHSE. Suggestions for improvement for further activities, training needs to be equipped with role-playing and mentoring methods to improve participants' understanding of the CHSE protocol to practice properly organizing tourism activities during the Covid-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically affected the Indonesian economy. Indonesia economic facing slowdown last year and is expected to remain under pressure in 2021. Sectors requiring direct interactions have been the hardest hit, such as tourism, transportation, logistics, as well as hospitality industry. With the economy taking a downturn path, millions of Indonesians are at risk of losing their jobs. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted various sectors. As for the sectors affected is the education sector. Many countries decide closing schools, colleges as well as universities, including Indonesia as an effort to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. To cut off the spread of Covid-19 and comply government regulations, educators and all students are forced not to be face to face temporarily. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing schools, colleges and universities to shift their entire instructional device to one online delivery overnight. It is no longer a question of whether online education can deliver on the promise of quality higher education and more to how universities can promptly and effectively embrace the mass adoption of online learning. This research was conducted in locations affected by the covid-19 pandemic, because the covid-19 pandemic has a very significant impact on the survival of the lower class in particular. The COVID-19 pandemic and the strategy to Restart Tourism have become a turning point in increasing awareness of the role of sustainability in being more economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable. Tourism in rural areas offers significant recovery opportunities as travelers seek fewer crowds, open-air experiences, and local cultures. This study aims to see the potential of Kutu Wetan Village to be community-based tourism using the 4C (Conservation, Community, Culture, and Commerce) model. Qualitative data collection methods were carried out through in-depth interviews and participatory observations. This study is focusing on the Kutu Wetan Village, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java. The result of this study affirms that there is a potential for Kutu Wetan Village to be a community-based tourism village. The community is happy to work together to preserve the existing culture by regularly cleaning the Suru Kubeng meditation location, regularly performing Reog at events on important dates. The beauty of the rice field available is a great potential for tourism development. However, Kutu Wetan Village still has a lot to prepare to create Community-based tourism. A tourism village should also implement tourism value chain activities (TVCA) for competitive advantage creation. This study also provides several recommendations for successfully creating community-based tourism based on World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) (2021) Keywords: Community-Based Tourism, Cultural, Commerce, Conservation, Community, Pandemic Tourism

Tourism has become one of the highest contributors to the world economy but is also among the industries that were seriously affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. This pandemic has created a way to refocus how tourism operates. The way people will treat their next travel will be much different from before. Tourism may be transformed into a sustainable experience with emphasis not only on economic and social aspects but on environmental contributions as well. As the new norm in tourism is about to emerge, there will be conscious acts that will result in more hygienic and open destinations, more careful tourists, more engagement with nature, and lesser interaction with people. Nature-based destinations such as farms may benefit from a shift to sustainable experience. Any event or occurrence in the farm that forms meaningful memories and creates an impact on caring for the environment and natural resources, including those who share it is described as a green farm experience. Diversifying a traditional farm into farm tourism without much investment may help in the gradual recovery of domestic tourism and improve the livelihoods of the rural community, as well since it covers the supporting industries from agriculture and tourism.
