Spermatozoa collected from epididymis cauda can be used as an alternative source of gametes in the application of reproductive technologies, because the spermatozoa has motility and the ability to fertilize oocytes. Rescuing Epididymis Spermatozoa (ES) in cattle after slaughtering in Ruminant-Slaughterhouses (R-S) is a real action reduce the import of cattle, and saving the germplasm of native Indonesian cattle. This Community Service paper communicates skills and capabilities of Slaughterhouse Managers about ES rescue. Community Service conducted in 2019, located in 2 R-S (Bogor, Depok). Problem solving is done through informal education and discussion, consultation with reproductive expert and direct practice of taking genitals. Knowledge Improvement, and skills of R-S Bogor Manager better compared to Depok in ES rescue. The skills of R-S Bogor Manager in the selection and retrieval of testicles are neater, so that the resulting quality of ES meets the criteria good anatomically of testicles. Reflective practice can be said to be an effective way to improve skills. It is proven that one of the participants (User R-S) not R-S Manager ventured to establish R-S in Purwokerto, Central Java and ready to carry out the rescue of ES

This paper presents a study on the influence of the introduction of an applied technology on the society enthusiasm. This paper focused on how technology impact on the society participation. The study observed how the society reacted and accept the introduced technology. The method of this study was observation and used descriptive analysis for the two cases. The cases are the application of pyrolysis converting plastic waste to liquid fuel and the solar panels for the alternative energy of aerator. This study refers to the terminology of Technopilia, and the indicators used to assess the enthusiasm are the enthusiastic and the participation The results showed that the reaction of the society was positive and openly accept the introduced technology. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of their participation in the application in the field.

This study aims to determine the use of Tokopedia features as a promotional media for PT. Saafir Prisma Indonesia. The research method used by the author is a case study. Case studies are classified as descriptive analytical research, namely research conducted centered on a particular case to be observed and analyzed carefully. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study are related to how to use the Tokopedia feature for promotional media at PT. Saafir Prisma Indonesia is that after finding out about the features and benefits it can be concluded that all features benefit the seller, and PT. Saafir Prisma Indonesia is greatly helped by the Tokopedia features, although not all features are utilized because they see the company's needs. One of the features that PT. Saafir Prisma Indonesia is a "TopAds" feature because this feature can help in terms of promotion and sales so that the products sold are known by Tokopedia users.

One of the things that has always been a problem in society and requiring special attention is drug abuse. Drugs (short for Narcotics, Psychotropic and other dangerous Addictive Substances) are materials/substances which, when entered into the human body, either physically or Oral/drink, inhaled, or injected, can change thoughts, moods or feelings, and behavior of a person. Drugs can cause physical and psychological dependence (addiction). This community service activity is carried out Community participation in the form of socializing the impact of drug abuse in the community is one of the comprehensive countermeasures. Pre-experimental research methods and types of field research with counseling and mentoring approaches character to youth organization (Karang Taruna). The activity is the increasing knowledge about the impact of drug abuse in the community by optimizing information technology-based. The youth problems were obtained during the activities, then the problem solving was presented at the end of the activity. The results of the activity showed that the youth organization had understood the dangers of drugs abuse for their character building. In addition, they were eager to inform the results of activities to the other friends. As the educational institution that is very close to their environment, University of Mercubuana is expected to continue to give guidance and support for the adolescents' activities.

The current era of digitalization is able to provide an important role in running a business, one of the benefits of the development of digitalization is the change of promotion from traditional to digital promotion by utilizing social media, and sales made online by ustilizing the e-commerce platform. In this activity, partners help in doing digital promotion by utilizing social media on Instagram and Facebook and, as well as helping partners sell online by ustilizing e-commerce platforms at Tokopedia and Shopee MOJO shoe business located in Sidjoarjo. The background of this activity is because partners still do traditional promotions with Word of Mouth Marketing, print with brochures, promotions by looking for resellers, and cooperate with companies with the help of brokerage services commonly referred to as third people in marketing and sales. So the solution offered is to help partners create social media to conduct promotions and create e-commerce accounts to make online sales. The purpose of this activity is to change the pattern of businesses from traditional to digital marketing models by utilizing digital technology. The hope of this change is that partner products are better known in the Sidoarjo area and not only in the Sidoarjo area but more widely and increase partner sales profit.

In facing the influx of foreign products, the traditional fashion industry needs a way to survive. One of them is by using Augmented Reality technology. The Fitting Room Device Creativity Training Program with Augmented Reality media for the MSME Forum Community and Small and Medium Industries, is a form of activity for Binus University’s School of Design and School of Information System community which aims to share knowledge and improve the insight and skills of the 2021 Batik MSME community. This training is intended for residents of the 2021 Batik UMKM Community. Most of their entrepreneurs are business owners of various types of commodities. It is hoped that after participating in this training, residents can display their superior products nationally or globally. Thus, it is also expected to be able to boost the existence and socio-economic and cultural progress of the MSME community in 2021. The scope of the material in this paper includes insight into how the influence of Augmented Reality can become a trend that can be used to support business development products such as Batik which is one of Indonesia's important assets.

The beach in Anyer Serang is an area with a very famous marine and coastal natural tourism destination and is visited by many tourists. However, after the tsunami in December 2018, the number of tourists coming to Anyer decreased. This is because there is no guarantee of safety if tourists visit this area, lack of information about the disaster mitigation system, and the unavailability of signs/signs where and how to go when a disaster occurs, such as: evacuation routes, evacuation sites and so on. The objectives and targets of this Community Service activity are: (1) to find out whether visitors, traders, fishermen and local communities are given knowledge about disaster mitigation; (2) provide knowledge about disaster and disaster mitigation to visitors, traders, fishermen and local communities; (3) evaluation of knowledge about disaster and disaster mitigation in the tourism area of Anyer, Serang Regency. This activity uses a tourism method based on individual disaster mitigation which is carried out directly at tourist attractions. In its implementation this method begins with interviews with visitors, traders, fishermen and local communities about tourist sites and disaster mitigation from entrances to exits, and several alternative evacuation routes, and several events that have occurred and may occur, then lectures - discussions (ask responsibility) related to disaster and disaster mitigation, then evaluate the knowledge of visitors, traders, fishermen and local communities about disasters and disaster mitigation. The location of this community service implementation is the Green Garden Resort Anyer tourist area, Serang Regency. This Community Service activity was carried out for visitors, traders, fishermen and local communities in April 2020. As an effort to revitalize the Indonesian economy that has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the efforts that can be done is to build a collaborative network of startups and technopreneurs that aims to support a better technology-based entrepreneurial ecosystem by creating structured programs that can create wider employment opportunities. and provide assistance, training, and facilitation of the needs of technopreneurs. Efforts to support and succeed in government programs during the Covid-19 pandemic are providing assistance in community service programs, namely through the Karang Taruna Community and Students of Pasirwangi Ujungberung Village, Bandung with the theme "Solutions to Create Income for the Karang Taruna Community in Pasirwangi Ujungberung Village". The results of the implementation of this program are very beneficial and have a positive impact, especially on people who have lost their jobs so they do not get an income, with the “Intensive Work” program method building infrastructure facilities to get continuous income opportunities. Karang Taruna members receive direct wages from the labor-intensive program activities to build coffee shops and other infrastructure such as parking lots to serve the healthy walking sports community and the cycling community every morning, on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays. Karang Taruna members get income opportunities by selling pure milk and coffee and other snacks provided at the shop.

Efforts to support and succeed in government programs during the Covid-19 pandemic are providing assistance in community service programs, namely through the Karang Taruna Community and Students of Pasirwangi Ujungberung Village, Bandung with the theme \"Solutions to Create Income for the Karang Taruna Community in Pasirwangi Ujungberung Village\". The results of the implementation of this program are very beneficial and have a positive impact, especially on people who have lost their jobs so they do not get an income, with the “Intensive Work” program method building infrastructure facilities to get continuous income opportunities. Karang Taruna members receive direct wages from the labor-intensive program activities to build coffee shops and other infrastructure such as parking lots to serve the healthy walking sports community and the cycling community every morning, on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays. The purpose of the simple reporting training and introduction of SAK EMKM to SMEs in Banyuresmi Village. Is to provide knowledge and facilitate the preparation of simple reports so that businesses can be funded by third parties because financial reports show the accountability of these SMEs. The training method applied is face-to-face, and direct training by being given a financial report form with SAK EMKM standard. Direct guidance to 40 SMEs participants by means of 2 sessions to avoid participants being too crowded. The results of the service are expected that all SMEs in Banyuresmi Village who take part in the training have accountable records and reports that can be used in all administrative processes including funding by third parties such as banking and others.

The massive information on various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, frequently shows the euphoria or attractiveness of young marriages by influencers who may have privileges that may be different from the followers. This study focuses on two primary issues, namely: the background of young marriage among influencers and the youth’s view on the young marriage trend among influencers. This study aims to discover the reasons of young marriages performed by influencer and learn about the youth’s view on the trend of young marriage influencers on social media Instagram. This study uses the basics of mass communication, computer mediated communication theory, new media, symbolic interaction and social reality construction. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study. Data collection techniques are conducted in-depth interviews and the object of research is the content of young marriage influencers and the subjects in this study are young people and influencers. The results of the study show that influencers conducting young marriages are based on the desire to have children quickly, the freedom and the desire to learn responsibility. The youth’s view on influencer young marriage constructs expectations of freedom, romance and happiness of young marriage so that many young people are encouraged to do young marriages that are motivated by influencers and the neighbors.
