Phased Array Antenna of Millimeter Range for Automotive Radar 用于汽车雷达的毫米级相控阵天线

One of the most important tasks presently is to improve road safety. Driver assistance systems allows easier and safer to drive a vehicle. Often these systems are built on radar. One of the main components of the radar is a phased antenna array. The process of building a phased antenna array for a automotive radar is described in this paper. The approaches to the choice of the model and structure of the radiation element of the array are considered. Also the question of the correct choice of the method of feeding of the array elements is discussed. The results of modeling the phased antenna array are presented.

An Optimal Day-Ahead Operation Strategy for Hybrid Energy Microgrid 混合能源微电网最优日前运行策略

This paper proposes a strategy for optimal day-ahead operation of a microgrid. The latter includes hybrid energy resources and an energy storage system (ESS). The forecasted day-ahead hourly average of metrological data and loads are fed into the energy management system (EMS). Accordingly, it decides the day-ahead hourly active and reactive power shares of each energy source. It also identifies the ESS charging/discharging periods and the tap setting of the main grid coupling transformer. The overall objective is to maximize the microgrid profit satisfying all constraints. The microgrid purchases/sells active and reactive powers from/to the main grid with time-varying energy price. The day-ahead operation of the microgrid is formulated as an optimization problem solved by a combined rule base - heuristic approach. The modified particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique is used as optimization solver. Moreover, the efficacy of the proposed EMS is verified by performance comparison to recent literature.

Calculation and Statistical Experiment on the Monte Carlo Method when Assessing the Stability of the Technical Characteristics of the Automobile Generator Set in Mass Production 量产汽车发电机组技术特性稳定性评定蒙特卡罗方法的计算与统计实验

The article is devoted to the use of a computational statistical experiment using the Monte Carlo method when assessing the stability of the technical characteristics of an automobile generating installation in mass production. The algorithm calculates the stability of the performance of a batch of generators selected at random. The Monte-Carlo method consists in the multiple calculation of parameters according to a certain formalized scheme, which is the mathematical description of this process. The process under study is to determine the effect of technological errors in the manufacture of dimensional parameters, subject to certain statistical laws of distribution, on the electromagnetic characteristics of the generator

Effective Implementation of "Kuznyechik" Block Cipher on FPGA with OpenCL Platform 基于OpenCL平台的“Kuznyechik”分组密码在FPGA上的有效实现

Growing amounts of information transmitted over computer networks require high-performance implementations of cryptographic functions. At speeds above 10 Gbit/s, it is no longer possible to use the CPU for cryptographic packet processing. The ideal solution is to shift the task of cryptographic packet processing to FPGA. This requires a high-performance, and preferably low-cost implementation of cryptographic functions. Also, since the development of such accelerators in hardware description languages is still quite an expensive task, the programming language OpenCL, supported by all major FPGA manufacturers, can be used to reduce development time. This paper presents a high-performance and low-cost FPGA implementation of the block cipher Kuznyechik in OpenCL for FPGA. The resulting implementation is able to encrypt data at a speed of 41 Gbit/s on FPGA Arria 10 10AX115S2F45I1SG, while occupying no more than 10% of FPGA resources.

Automatic Test Generation Methodology for Verification of a Cache Memory Based on the Graph Model of Cache Hierarchy 基于缓存层次图模型的缓存验证测试自动生成方法

In modern heterogeneous System-on-Chip (SoC), the cache hierarchy is one of the most complex and problematic components. Due to a huge number of possible cache hierarchy states, verification of the cache hierarchy requires numerous complex tests, which becomes the main problem for functional and formal verification. The most common solution to this problem is to develop specialized test generators for a single level of cache. However, for the entire cache hierarchy, such generators cover only a few localized subsets of the global state space leaving large gaps between these subsets. A verification test generator was developed based on the graph model to cover the entire state space. The proposed approach revealed several critical errors in verifying the VLIW DSP processor hierarchy cache with the Elcore50 architecture. In the future, it is planned to apply this approach to verify other processor cores.

Effect of Additional Capacities on Transients Recovery Voltage in the Short – Line – Fault Regime 短线故障区附加容量对暂态恢复电压的影响

When short-circuits fault clearing at the contacts of high-voltage circuit breakers (CB), a transient recovery voltage (TRV) appears. The largest contribution to TRV bring in by the component of the recovery voltage (RV) between the contact of the CB and the earth from the side of electric transmission lines, which has the character of sawtooth wave. Being superimposed on the main component of the RV from the voltage source, these high-frequency sawtooth waves cause a very high rate of rise of the TRV and thus make it difficult to current interruption of the short circuit current by CB. As world experience shows, it is possible to prevent such accidents with the help of additional capacities installed between the line terminals of the CB. Assessment the effect of additional capacity on the rate of rise of the TRV in demand on the contacts of a 110 kV SF6 CB, by a software package EMTP – RV was designed calculated mathematical model electromagnetic transients within the parameters interrupting chamber.

Improving the Accuracy of Directional Drilling by Logging Tools Enhancement 改进测井工具,提高定向钻井精度

Mathematical model of error determination appeared while drilling of relative dip angle between tool axis and seam roof and drilling direction correction are developed. Geonavigation specific and logging tool design features is considered in model. The accidents occurred when drilling and equipment damage opportunities are considered. It is noted when drilling accuracy grow the accident risk and equipment damage opportunity decrease. Existing logging tool is explored and way to improve its accuracy is found. Its algorithms correction is proposed.

In this work using an extertological method of thermodynamic analysis of the air preparation and filtration system in clean rooms of microelectronics have been carried out.In this article two systems have been used: a direct flow system and using a heat exchanger system. In this account the exergy efficiency for the schemes under consideration and exergy losses in its main elements has been made. The schemes of exergy flows and their losses for the research system of the air preparation system for warm and cold seasons of the year have been obtained.The analysis of exergy loss allows choosing the most optimal air preparation scheme for clean rooms of microelectronics depending on the climatic conditions of natural-technical geosystem.

Designing of Vibrational Source with Flexible Rotating Shaft of Azimuth Correctioning System of an Inclinometer 倾角仪方位校正系统柔性旋转轴振动源的设计

In this paper in a continue of works for development of azimuth correctioning system of an inclinometer for well drilling in high latitude areas results of development of source of vibrational disturbances are presented. In the paper question of application of widely used vibrational sources is mentioned and a preferred design of vibrational source is described. It is proposed to use source of vibrational disturbances on basis of flexible rotating shaft to create a disturbance discernible at considerable distance in the Earth crust by azimuth correctioning system. To calculate a strength of vibrational package a calculating model of vibrational source with flexible rotating shaft is presented and results of simulation of operation process of vibrational source in actual conditions are explained. On the basis of simulation results of operation of vibrational source recommendations about optimal controlling of vibrational source in terms of maximal power of vibrational package are given.
