Myth-story genre is arisen as a specific myth poetic occurrence in the result of investigations in modern Uzbek prose, it is considered sincerity result of mythological and literary thought and it is analyzed in basis of myth-story “Sibizga nolasi” by Nazar Eshonqul. Besides it, styles of mytho-ritual, mytho-existential, mytho-archetypic, mytho-linguistic and mytho-poetic styles are widely used to artistically implement the peculiarities of surrender and humanity. Especially, as a result of mytho-existential modeling of the reality a splendid opportunity to reveal the most delicate hilkat of humanity can be availed. In this paper the myth is being reiteratively interpreted as a basic and inseparable element of national artistic mentality. This is why cases of origination of new genres as "novelmyth" and "story-myth" should be explicated as researches on national identification of artistic mentality by means of mythological modeling of the authors in the literal studies are analyzed by author. Keywords: Modern Uzbek prose, folklore,myth-story, syncretism, novel-myth, mythological motif.

Trust and consumer satisfaction is inextricably linked to its quality and most importantly with an effective system from the top of the organization to all services and workers. Every citizen of the world has the right for different safe and qualitative products, therefore, the task of the organization is to support its customers and only when it can prove the constant maintenance of their management system to offer the new product on the market as declared, that is done through quality standards. The aim is to develop voluntarily accepted standards and procedures for international verification of good agricultural practices. European competition characterizes the supply of high quality products and strong marketing activities. Relationship between quality standards is direct and it is pronounced as interdependent. Stable and reliable results are essentially important for the functioning of any modern society. Keywords: management, quality, competition, European Union, market.

The Balkans and nationalism are two terms already related in some natural way, because of their history and developments during the years, decades and centuries. Our paper aims to make an analysis of the region, which has been historically related to nationalism, a reality that characterizes the relations among our people. This topic has been the object of study for many scholars of political science or international relations as part of them. It might also be of interest for a wider audience, considering that nationalism is also related to culture and our everyday life. The deeper study and understanding of this concrete phenomenon can work very well to ―reconcile‖ the clash of cultures in our region. The issue per se is very complex and, despite the fact that it was treated fairly, again it is intriguing because, in the course of the years, there have occurred many events in our small, but difficult region. These events will be part of this work, treated chronologically, or/and intertwined with the theoretical framework, also with the concept of nationalism, its interdependence with different countries, where the context gives it different colours. This fact makes it sometimes even more aggressive and with consequences, as it has happened many times in our region. What we see as important and which has been quite influential in developments in the region, relates to the Great Yugoslavia, which has generated often conflicts, and which was a certain "apple of quarrel", taking into account the minorities or ethnic differences. These developments came out highlighted along with its dissolution. Despite the road chosen by the Balkans, i.e., the Euro-Atlantic perspective, we think that such a topic is current again. Despite the efforts of Europe itself, as well as the efforts of ―would be European‖ countries, to create and cultivate a European identity, where borders do not need to be anymore important, meaning less reason for conflicts or wars, still there is reason for concern on the issue, i.e., extreme nationalism in our region. Keywords: Nationalism, Balkans, conflicts, cultures, ethnic differences.

Background. Obesity worsens the prognosis of diabetic patients by increasing the cardiovascular risk and chronic complications. The aim of the study was to report the prevalence of waist circumference in individuals with diabetes and find out their association with other cardiovascular risk factors. Material and Methods We performed a transversal study, in which 100 patients with essential hypertension, and type 2 diabetes, were evaluated in comparison with 100 patients with only hypertension. We evaluate these patients for: body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC); intimae media thickness (IMT); microalbuminuria; fundus oculi. Results. A total of 200 hypertensive patients were enrolled in the study. The diabetic hypertensive subjects significantly had higher BMI (p= 0.01) and WC statistically significant (103.6 cm vs 98.3 cm; P = 0.005). There was a significant positive association between WC and microalbuminuria (P = 0.009); WC and IMT (P= 0.028); 84% of patients with abdominal obesity have changes of diabetic retinopathy independently of stage of changes. Conclusions. Prevalence of obesity in diabetic hypertensive patients was high. There was a positive relation of waist circumference and microalbuminuria, IMT, and diabetic retinopathy. This underlines the importance of measuring waist circumference when assessing cardiovascular risk factors in diabetic patients. Keywords: Abdominal obesity, organ damage, cardiovascular risk.

Introduction: Hypercoagulable states have been reported as a predisposing factorfor ischemic stroke, especially among young patients. This may haveimplications on therapeutic management and secondary prevention. We have studied the frequency of prothrombotic abnormalities in young patients with ischaemic stroke, as other classic risk factors are less common in this group. Materials and methods: All patients under 50 with ischemic stroke admitted to the Service of Neurology from January 2010 through June 2011were studied. We analysed risk factors, including the presence of hypercoagulable states, and outcome. These patients were prospectively studied. The ESO 2008 diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke are used. Titration of natyral anticoagulants was done 7 ± 2 days after cerebral infarction. Besides the routine tests, the following activity tests were performed: protein C, Protein S, homocysteinemia and antithrombin titration. Results: We included 36 patients, under 50 years of age, diagnosed with cerebral infarction of undetermined cause randomly presented to the University Service of Neurology January 2010 – June 2011. There were 16 males (44.4%) with a mean age of 30 years old (23 - 48). The mean age for 20 females (55.6%) was 28 years old (22 - 45). 1 patient (2.7%),hadantithrombin deficiency. Isolated protein S deficiency was detected in 5 cases (13.8%); in 1 case we observed the association between protein S deficiency and antiphospholipid antibodies; protein C deficiency was seen in 2 case ( 5.5%). Conclusions: The hypercoagulable states are common in young patients with ischaemic stroke, so we recommend the screening for hypercoagulable states in all young patients with ischemic stroke. Keywords: ischemic stroke, hyporcoagulable state, prothrombotic abnormalities.

Yogurt is a food made in the traditional manner by people with high nutritional value. In our desk today disclosed this product processed in industrial way, where we value we glance ethics required microbiological standards. We take our study randomly from some markets of Tirana this product from different companies noted an inconsistency between the values marked with the ones we got in after testing. Of the 100 samples from three different companies we found that 64 samples positive for the presence of Enterobacteriaceae, with an average load 4.7x103 cfu/ml. Samples were tested at Food Safety and Veterinary Institute (FSVI) according to ISO 21528-2: 2004 standards. In some markets we not concluded a fresh environment for the conservation of this product. This poses a danger to public health. Therefore it requires attention during the production, and appropriate conditions fridge gone as long conservation to maintain the right temperature to have a much healthier product. Keywords: Yogurt, Enterobacteriaceae, hygiene, Ph, contamination.

International Commission for Microbiological Specification for Foods ranked Cronobacter sakazakii as "Severe hazard for restricted populations, life threatening or substantial chronic sequelae or long duration"(ICMSF, 2002). Among infants at greatest risk are infants less than 2 months of age. This research aimed to get more insight the habitat, to control the biological risk of the hospital kitchen`s environment at the University Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology "Queen Geraldin", where the powered infant formula is prepared. Efficiency of risk control must be verified through the application of microbiological monitoring plan that provides application of microbiological environmental criteria, the proper cleaning of equipments used in production lines, control of the final product during their shelf live, collection of samples from the raw material, surfaces and environment as well as to take measures during preparation and reconstitution of powered infant formulae. This study was performed to determine the frequency distribution of C. sakazakii and the concentration of Enterobacteriaceae in different sampling areas of the kitchen. In order to identify potential environmental reservoirs we have analyzed 60 samples from the kitchen areas as well as personel hands. At the end we have quantified Enterobacteriaceae and isolate C. sakazakii from the total of 60 samples. We have detected the presence of C. sakazakii in two environmental samples (3.3%) of the cases. Care should be taken while preparing storing and handling PIF and rules should be respected to meet the highest level of microbiological safety in hospital/nursery as defined in MRA Series 10 (FAO/WHO 2004). Keywords: PIF; Cronobacter sakazakii; food safety, Enterobacteriaceae.
