The judicial and legal environment of each country plays a critical role in determining the various financing products of the country. It influences the importance and magnitude of the factoring industry. A key issue for factoring can be considered whether a financial system of commercial law sees it more as a sale and purchase transaction, or as a loan. In this paper, we will see how factoring is treated by the legal system in Albania. Also, credit bureaus basically address a key obstacle to credit: the asymmetry of information. If the sharing of information between lenders and borrowers is too wide, then it may result to the rationalization of credit. Participation by lenders in public credit bureau known as credit registry, often in different countries, is amended by law over a certain limit. This study considers the various limitations of a public credit registry in relation to a credit bureau. In addition, it shows the comparison of the legal environment between countries in which financial factoring is regarded as a literal industry. JEL Classification: G24. Keywords: Transaction, sale, purchase, information asymmetry, credit bureau, credit registry.

The echo and the impact of biblical and antique themes had long been studied in European literatures and cultures. Lately, these themes are also being studied in Albanian literature. Biblical themes have had a considerable impact on the Albanian writers, such as: Father Gjergj Fishata, His Eminence Vincenc Prenushi, Father Shtjefen Gjecovi and especially on Fan S. Noli. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to discuss and analyze the impact of biblical themes in Milton and Noli‟s literary and artistic works by using Comparative literature methods. Milton and Noli‟s works have become not only part of the biblical codes of their national literatures and traditions but they have also become part of the European biblical code and European literatures. Hence, to this end, analogies, similarities, differences, modifications and discordances of biblical themes in Milton and Noli‟s biblical themes will be discussed, treated and analyzed. Keywords: Biblical themes in Milton and Noli‟s works, National literature, Comparative literature, Similarities, Differences.

Through the contextual analysis of the “Cycle of Heroes” corpus, known as the Epos of Albanians or Albanian Epos similar with neighbors in Balkan, this thesis aims to prove the written time of epos in the beginning of matriarchy features (the mother has a special place when the father of heroes is missing) and attempts the coexistence between lyrics and epic (assembled thanks to the female roles in the subject). From the methodology perspective, the analysis used is the one which describes the female character in the epos, being it negative or positive, and their role in the action’s course outlined in the epic’s subject. Text’s analysis anticipates the interpretation based on comparative anthropological data (cultural living in the mountains that composes the origin of the event or musical instruments), but also in ballads or legends belonging to the same period. In conclusion, this thesis determines that century X-XII is assumed as the time when the cycle is established, and furthermore, it is proven due to the matriarchy rule in the Albanian territories [UP1]. From the profile standpoint, the fact that epos is considered as epic did not prevent the popular Aedin to approach the lyrics forms to certain characters (mostly females), a fact that verifies the early coexistence between epic and lyrics or mixed types. Keywords: female, epic, lyric, matriarchy, cycle of heroes.

The fundamental changes in post-totalitarian Albania, have introduced numerous concepts into every aspect of the society. As a result terms for these concepts have expanded and enriched the vocabulary of Standard Albanian. These lexical developments have also been reflected in changes within language layers reflected in addition of new words, created from the domestic lexicon and various word formation ways, as well as the creation of a “lexical fund”derived from foreign loans, particularly from English. The growing proportion of new termsreflected in the lexical layers of the language has created a need to use additional language ways,in order to deal with the endless stream of concepts that circulate from one linguistic area to another, which resulted in using collocationssuch as: state capture, hot line, functionally illiterateetc. Collocations by nature are more distinct and precise than single words. Collocationsare constructed on the basis of single-word terms already found in the language, and only rarely using loanwords from another language. This is a result of the fact that terms in one language, e.g. Albanian, correspond with terms in another language, for examplepushtet i katert with fourth estate (English) and четвертаясила (Russian). Keywords: collocation, lexicon, layer, concept, term, society, loan.

The study realized the comparing productive indicators between Large White and Duroc breeds. The purpose of the study is get to know the genetic and reproductive capacity of these breeds, the size of litter and their weight, the growth rate of their offspring until the point of sale. All of these combined together will bring out to the fore the abilities of these breeds in the increase of pig meat quality and the effectiveness of rearing them. Evidence have been respectively analyzed the difference measured in days between the two parities was roughly 148 days and litters/sows/year 2.4, while in the Duroc breed it is roughly 163 days or 15 days more, and litter/sows/year 2.2. The litter size was 11.8 piglets per litter per Large White breed against the 9.7 that the Duroc breed yields or 2.1 piglets more. This difference or change is easily noticed during the lactation period until the 28th day. The two breeds have high genetic and productive abilities. The LW is set apart for a larger litter size and a better growth until the age of 28 days, when piglets are being fed with the milk of the sow. Keywords: breed, piglets, sow, weight, lactation, parameters.

Crossbreeding is a successful management practice for improving litter productivity in swine. Five pig groups were used to investigate the effecs on litter performance under the season conditions. Data records spanning a 2 years period of collected from the different farms and were analyzed using least squares procedure. Database included genetic group of litter, year and season of farrowing, and genetic group and season of farrowing interaction. Traits evaluated included litter sizes and weights at farrowing and at weaning, including pre-weaning viability. These studies dealt mainly with two-breed crosses involving the local pigs with any of the several exotic pig breeds in Albania, the Large White, Hampshire, and Landrace. Results showed significant effect of genetic group for all the litter traits studied. The crossbred groups were superior in most of the litter traits studied except litter birth weight where the LW purebred group recorded the heaviest litter weights. Key words: piglets, crossbreeding, group, season, farm, pig genotypes in LBWT, etc.

Continued advances in anesthesia, surgery and perioperative medicine have improved postoperative outcome. Despite these advances postoperative pulmonary complications (PPCs) remain a significant problem. This paper aims to analyze some of the spelling features of the Albanian and Italian languages. Linguistic is an universal and complex science. Among other issues, spelling and pronunciation are the most difficult and complex problems when it comes in finding a stable solution. Albanian language, being one of the most unique languages in the world has maintained its ease in spelling. However in the last two decades, there are a lot of rising issues concerning some of the spelling norms. On the other hand, the facility by which the Italian language can be spelled is attributed to its Latin origin. By the use of an comparative analysis, we are presenting some of the most frequent mistakes encountered among Albanian pupils studying Italian as a foreign language. Doing so, we would like to stress three of the most important findings. Firstly, the spelling of the digraphs and trigraphs of the Italian language; secondly, the realization of the same phoneme, using different graphemes or digraphs and trigraphs as well and thirdly, the double consonants. Keywords: spelling mistakes, errors, Italian language, Albanian language, comparative analysis, etc.

This research paper is based on comparative aproach of english and albanian language as far as the grammar cases is concerned. The main focus would be especially directed toward nominative, dative and accusative cases since, accordingly, there is a clear line of differences between these two languages. Both languages use different grammatical tools for these cases. On the one hand, albanian language uses case suffixes, whereas, on the other hand english language uses certain positions of the sentence constituents which corespond to certain case functions. The comparative method is the main research method used in this paper, since the nature of such research requires for this material to be compared in order to highlight the differences as well as the commonalities that would eventually appear between these two languages. The descriptive method is also used to describe the language phenomena which is the subject of this research. The describtion of grammatical units in this paper is based on accordance with the modern world grammarians. The survey method is another form of research that helped to classify, compare and analyze the material, thus comming to a conclussion. The differences as well as the commonalitioes that came out of this paper gives as a strong believe that the syntactic forms and structures achieved in one language through specific grammar tools can be reached by other grammar tools in the other language. Keywords: grammar case, nominative, dative, accusative, position.
