OPERATION CONDITIONS IMPACT OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP EQUIPMENT UPON ITS WORKING CAPACITY 潜水泵设备运行条件对其工作能力的影响

The matters of life of submersible pump equipment used in petroleum industry to support seam pressure are under consideration. On the basis of the investigations carried out the purpose of which was equipment quality increase including the fulfillment of essential industrial modification of certain pump designs there are revealed reasons which result in working capacity loss of this equipment and there are also offered ways for the solution of the problems accrued. For the first time there is created a comparative classification of ECPK pump equipment of different manufacturers including that of PC ”GMS Livhydromach”, and also on the basis of the statistics of submersible pump equipment operation for oil production from the places of its operation their critical analysis is fulfilled. According to the investigation results there is made a conclusion of that to achieve a guaranteed resource life of 365 days and more for the pumps of the 2ECPK type in consumer holes it is necessary to perform a complex of measures directed to the correct choice of operation conditions and correct constituent operation of units; to the optimization of pump equipment operation including a general hydraulic system and also technical maintenance and repair; to the development of design solutions able to reduce to minimum the impact of negative operation factors.

INVESTIGATION OF COMBINED METHOD USE FOR COPPER AND ALUMINUM ALLOY PROCESSING 铜铝合金复合加工方法的研究

The work purpose: the investigation of obtaining by a surface the required properties and possibility degree to control shaping processes. It is well-known that a shaping process is affected by many factors particularly at complex methods of processing. The analysis of machining condition impact upon surface layer quality of parts allows defining optimum parameters of cutting and increasing parts operation characteristics. Investigation methods: theory, experimental researches, statistical processing of results, mathematical modeling, analysis. Research results: there are defined criteria of surface quality at complex methods of shaping, roles of factors included in processing, mathematical models are formed, recommendations are formulated. Novelty: it consists in the definition of regularities in pore covering at metal ceramic finish machining and definition of processing conditions impact upon pore covering, and also in the definition of efficient conditions of aluminum alloy finishing at the combined method of shaping. Conclusions: as the investigations carried out show the combined methods of impact upon a surface at parts shaping allow reducing also cutter wear, minimizing collateral processing factors connected with heat generation, with increased friction forces and surface layer deformation of a billet at its processing. The combination of machining with electro-chemical processing allows not only having an influence considerable upon surface quality increase, but decreasing technological residual stresses and also contributing to the restoration of mechanical and physical properties of metal surfaces after electro-erosion processing at the expense of surface micro-layer elimination with the acquired thermal changes of structures.

Исследовано влияние магнитного поля на свойства трущихся стальных поверхностей при испытании по схеме «палец-диск». Экспериментально доказано влияние электрического магнитного поля на фрикционный контакт с обоснованием механизма его воздействия, а также выделены результаты, приводящие к положительным эффектам для пар трения. Методы исследования – проведение лабораторных физических экспериментов на лабораторной установке. Результаты исследования и новизна установлено влияние магнитного поля на величину силы трения, коэффициента скольжения и интенсивности изнашивания трущихся поверхностей. Вывод – представляется возможным управлять процессом трения с помощью воздействия магнитным полем. Ключевые слова: трение, скольжение, коэффициент, магнитное поле, фрикционный гаситель колебаний, износ.

MULTICHOICE APPROACH TO SOLUTION OF OPTIMIZATION PROBLEMS OF ALGORITHMIC DESCRIPTION FORMATION OF PROCESSING ROUTES 加工路线算法描述形成优化问题的多选择方法求解

The paper is aimed at the solution of the problem in the formation of multi-level structural optimization of promising technological processes. Here there is manifested the necessity in thorough development of algorithmic problems on the formation of the best technological route for components and units processing taking into account requirements to quality and choice of the smallest cost characteristics of an industrial process. At the solution of optimization problems in engineering process designing there are used simulators reflecting basic principles of production work functioning. The search of an optimum solution was carried out by a mechanism of threshold structural optimization realization on network graphs. In the course of the investigation fulfillment on the problems of automated production introduction there were formed simulators taking into account single-phase and multi-phase systems of mass maintenance. At that to the first place there were moved cost parameters for the assessment of engineering process versions. In such a way was confirmed a hypothesis on the purposefulness of the definition of engineering process functional parameters with the further choice of an optimum solution. Conclusions: time decrease, high quality, and also a financial profit can be complex for the majority of real applications, therefore the majority of optimization methods try to find an ideal method for the solution of limited resources problem in the framework of different limitations.

Исследовано функционирование двухпоточной гидромеханической трансмиссии промышленного трактора. Разработана математическая модель для описания разворота трактора на месте. Получены графики переходного процесса входа в поворот и установившегося разворота на месте. Доказано, что специального тормоза для остановки водил планетарных механизмов в указанных условиях не требуется. Ключевые слова: трансмиссия, передача, планетарные механизмы, разворот, гидрообъёмная передача.

Приведены результаты исследований по установлению закономерностей изменения параметров шероховатости поверхности электроискровых покрытий в зависимости от различного количества (0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, 50) выглаживающих проходов с использованием установки безабразивной ультразвуковой финишной обработки (БУФО), в основе которой реализован метод ультразвукового пластического деформирования. Исследовано взаимодействие социальноэкономической, организационной и технической подсистем промышленных предприятий при целевом управлении качеством продукции. Установлено различие между значениями управляющих воздействий, обеспечивающих достижимость поставленных целей для стационарного состояния деятельности предприятия и в плановом периоде времени для нестационарного состояния деятельности с использованием реальных данных. MICRO-HARDNESS AND WEAR-RESISTANCE INVESTIGATION IN CARBO-METAL COATING COMPOSITES OBTAINED THROUGH GAS-DETONATION METHOD 气爆法制备碳金属涂层复合材料的显微硬度和耐磨性研究

The work purpose consists in the investigation of carbometal coatings wear-resistance and microhardness depending on chemical structure of their components. The investigation object is carbide-metal coatings. The result analysis of comparative wearresistance tests witnesses that with micro-hardness increase in metal carbides of compositions: Cr3C2, WC, TiC, TiCN, at a constant content of cladding metal (30...35mass %), a value of wear decreases according to the linear law. Wear intensity of coatings of clad carbide mixtures with different materials is defined to a certain extent with wear intensity of material added to the matrix. In the course of the work there were developed coating compositions reinforced with quasi-crystals, there is defined an optimum composition and modes of coating application with the gas-detonation method and their wear-resistance and micro-hardness were investigated.

INVESTIGATION OF DEPENDENCE IMPACT OF TOOL GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS AND CUTTING SPEED UPON SHAPING EFFORT AT HELICAL GROOVE CUTTING ON INTERNAL SURFACE OF CYLINDRICAL SHELL 圆柱壳体内表面螺旋槽切削时刀具几何参数和切削速度对成形力的依赖性影响研究

The work purpose was the investigation of dependence impact of tool geometrical parameters upon shaping effort during internal groove cutting. As a realization for the fulfillment of the helical groove processing investigation there was used a software complex based on a finite element method and a computer mathematic system. As a result of the investigations carried out there was obtained a regression equation manifesting the dependence of factors impact upon axial force falling on one tooth of the tool in the set scale of factor parameters. The scientific novelty consists in that in the paper there is considered a new method for helical groove cutting in which a shaping motion is carried out at the expense of the contact interaction of a tool and a billet performing free cutting. The investigation results obtained allowed determining the number of teeth operating simultaneously, that can be used further at cutting mode setting, and also as recommendations during designing tool design.
