MODE INFLUENCE OF SELECTIVE LASER IMPACT UPON POROSITY OF SAMPLES OF COBALT, CHROMIUM AND MOLYBDENUM POWDERS 选择性激光冲击对钴、铬、钼粉末样品孔隙率的模式影响

The purpose of this investigation consists in the analysis of possibility to obtain products by means of the SLP method using powders of cobalt, chromium and molybdenum having considerable difference in melting temperatures of cobalt (1768ºC), chromium (2130ºC) and molybdenum (2890ºC), density, thermal conduction and solving for the optimum technological modes of powder composition melting to obtain samples with lower porosity. The investigation methods include methods of physical material science. Investigation results and novelty: a procedure for obtaining a powder composite of the cobalt-chromium-molybdenum system for selective laser melting is developed. There are carried out experimental investigations on the selection of optimum technological modes for the layer-by-layer laser melting of a cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy of powder composition. A method for layer-by-layer laser synthesis for the solution of a principle matter – possibility for the synthesis of the products of cobalt chromium and molybdenum powders having a considerable difference in melting temperatures, density, heat conductivity and so on. The investigations of model alloy samples of cobalt-chromuim-molybdenum system obtained through the method of layer-by-layer laser synthesis on optimized technological modes through the methods of scanning electronic microscopy allow defining sample porosity. The generalization of obtained numerical and experimental investigation results and definition of essential conditions for selective laser melting allow optimizing modes and parameters of the synthesis. Conclusions: the optimum modes of selective laser melting for obtaining the samples with the powder composition of 66 mas. % Co, 28 mas. % Cr, 6 mas.% Mo through the method of selective laser melting with minimum porosity are: laser capacity P=100Wt, scanning rate v=350mm/s, modulation 5000Hz, scanning pitch s=0.1mm, layer thickness h=0.03mm, melting process takes place in protective argon environment.

ASSESSMENT OF ENERGY ACCUMULATION SYSTEM IMPACT UPON VOLTAGE LEVEL ON BUSES OF ACTIVE POINT OF DC SECTIONING 蓄能系统对直流断面有功点母线电压水平影响的评估

The work purpose is to estimate and investigate processes of the regenerative braking impact upon a voltage level on object buses of the system of traction power supply at electricity storage systems. In the investigation there are used methods of imitation modeling and analytical ones allowing the fulfillment of calculations for different conditions of the electric traction load formation within the limits of inter-substation areas under consideration. The work novelty consists in the approach to the estimation of the working mode impact of electricity storage systems upon the voltage level on buses of the objects of traction power supply under conditions of regenerative braking and charge characteristics changes. In the course of the investigation there are obtained the following results: the work cyclicity change estimation of a storage system is carried out; the dependence of a charge depth change upon rated power consumption is defined; charge characteristics for conditions of charge predominance in the diagram are calculated; the character of voltage changes on object buses of the system of traction power supply is defined; the necessity of charge characteristic adaptation depending on conditions of regenerative braking use is defined. The regenerative braking use makes an impact upon charge characteristics formed from the condition of charge predominance in the diagram of a charge degree at the rated interval and allows increasing currents of the second stage of the charge characteristics allowing the decrease voltage loss at charge realization caused by adjacent traction substations at the first stage.

INVESTIGATIONS OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IMPACT UPON QUALITY FORMATION IN SURFACE LAYER OF PARTS AT CENTRIFUGAL ROTARY PROCESSING 离心旋转加工中工艺参数对零件表层质量形成影响的研究

In the paper there are carried out investigations on the definition of the basic technological parameters impact of centrifugal-rotary processing in abrasive environment upon formation of surface layer quality in the parts worked. There is used a finite element method of deformation modeling in granulated massive rotating under the impact of centrifugal forces with the use of the (Comsol Multiphysics) packet. On the basis of computer the high-speed shooting processing and theoretical investigations of the process dynamics there are defined distributions of pressures and granule motion speed in the working chamber. A specified model of abrasive granule encounter with the surface worked at the centrifugal rotary processing on the basis of the modern researches and analysis with the use of the Ansys software. The dependences are obtained for the definition of the maximum penetration depth of environment particles into the surface of the part worked, metal removal, surface roughness which adequacy is confirmed by the results of experimental investigations. There is developed a specified procedure for the computation of roughness height parameters of the surface worked and machining capacity. A specified procedure for the computation of metal removal from the surface worked of parts is offered. An algorithm for the optimization of an engineering process is developed. The investigation results are introduced into production.

FORMATION BY MECHANICAL ALLOYING Ti-Al COATINGS WITH COBALT AND NICKEL ADDITIVES 用钴和镍添加剂机械合金化钛铝涂层形成

The work is dedicated to the formation of TiAl titanium aluminide coatings with cobalt and nickel additives by means of the method of mechanical alloying with the further maturing at high temperature in vacuum. Coatings were applied with the use of the ball mill of the planetary type upon VT1-0 titanium alloy substrate which were placed in the mill cup filled with metal powders. There is studied growth kinetics, a coating thickness is measured. A specific rate of metal powder sedimentation upon a titanium substrate makes from 4.6 to 11 g/(min•m2). Deposited layers have a mean thickness 70-180 mkm. There are studied thoroughly compositions and microstructure of mechanical-alloyed coatings. For that there were used methods of X-ray diffractometry and raster electronic microscopy. It is defined that the inner structure of coatings is heterogeneous. After deposited layer thermal treatment a metal interpenetration takes place first aluminum into particles of titanium, cobalt or nickel. Coatings are composite material the basis of which makes aluminide of RiAl titanium, and as inclusions there are other inter-metallides, titanium, cobalt or nickel and also aluminum oxide. Mean values of micro-hardness of coatings obtained are 1.2 - 3.4 times higher than of titanium substrate. The highest values of micro-hardness (more than 6.5 GΠa) after thermal treatment in vacuum are observed in TiAl-5%Co and TiAl-10%Co coatings. Micro-hardness of VT1-0 titanium alloy after annealing, vice versa, decreases by 1.3 times.

SURFACE ROUGHNESS IMPROVEMENT OF PARTS MADE OF POLYMERIC MATERIALS OBTAINED BY MEANS OF ADDITIVE TECHNOLOGIES 利用增材制造技术改善高分子材料零件的表面粗糙度

In the paper there is under consideration an effort to achieve the roughness index of Ra <0.8 with the aid of soft abrasive tool use. As a result the purpose of this work became development of the technology for surface quality improvement of parts manufactured with the aid of additive technologies. The authors carried out a number of experiments with the samples manufactured with the aid of the method of FDM print. With the aid of 3D Ultra 3 printer of EnvisionTec company. The samples were made of ABS-plastic in the amount of 6 pieces. On each sample there were defects after printing which contributed to the deterioration of surface quality in products. By means of TR220 profilometer there was measured roughness before and after the experiment. There was carried out dry processing and with the use of SCL. As a result, dry processing resulted in worsening surface quality, heavy wear of an abrasive tool and grain contamination. Analyzing the data obtained from the profilometer in the experiment and SCL use a considerable improvement of the surface layer quality at minimum allowance is observed. Investigation methods: in the work basis there are experimental methods of investigation. The investigations are carried out with the use of a microscope and profilometer. Processing investigation results was carried out as a result of the comparison of the measuring data obtained. Work Novelty: there are defined conditions of soft abrasive tool operation and SCL impact upon Ra indices. The results obtained indicate a possibility of Ra improvement on a part surface which is achieved due to a combined shaping with the aid of additive technologies and further machining carried out on a single technological basis. The experience without SCL use has shown the overheating possibility the result of which is a meltback and plastic sticking both on the surface, and on abrasive grains of the cutter which is inadmissible and results in considerable worsening of Ra on the surface machined and cutter wear. In view of this the SCL use in finishing is promising, but to achieve better results SCL chemistry must be improved.

By means of TR220 profilometer there was measured roughness before and after the experiment. There was carried out dry processing and with the use of SCL. As a result, dry processing resulted in worsening surface quality, heavy wear of an abrasive tool and grain contamination. Analyzing the data obtained from the profilometer in the experiment and SCL use a considerable improvement of the surface layer quality at minimum allowance is observed. \u0000Investigation methods: in the work basis there are experimental methods of investigation. The investigations are carried out with the use of a microscope and profilometer. Processing investigation results was carried out as a result of the comparison of the measuring data obtained. \u0000Work Novelty: there are defined conditions of soft abrasive tool operation and SCL impact upon Ra indices. \u0000The results obtained indicate a possibility of Ra improvement on a part surface which is achieved due to a combined shaping with the aid of additive technologies and further machining carried out on a single technological basis. The work purpose consists in the development of models and control algorithms of distributed transport systems. In the work there is carried out a formalization of control processes in transport systems. The analysis of connection intensities between transport components is analyzed. There is developed a circuit of the multi-choice analysis of space-time information for tie intensities on the efficient interaction of objects. It is shown, in what way a significance of objects of the transport system control center is taken into account. There is developed a circuit for a space-time information analysis according to object significance of the control center during the interaction with subordinate components. The investigation methods: multi-criterion optimization, expert approach, integral estimation, time series. The investigation results and novelty: there are analyzed different tie intensities between constituents in transport systems. A circuit of the multi-choice analysis of space-time information for tie intensities on object efficient interaction is shown, a also a circuit of the multi-choice analysis of space-time information on object significance of the control center during interaction with subordinate components. Conclusions: there are shown peculiarities of space-time information control in transport systems. Three versions of the analysis of control center objects are considered in order to have interaction support with the components of subordinate systems.

SAFETY SUPPORT IN TRANSPORT CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY WITH HYDRAULIC DRIVE 运输工程机械液压传动安全支架

Work purpose: the investigation of transport process safety in construction industry of the Bryansk region, the substantiation of reasons, factors and circumstances of accidents in the construction companies of the region, the substantiation of the impact of hydraulic drive unit failures upon safety of transport construction machinery with the hydraulic drive with the purpose of driver safety. Investigation problem: on the basis of the obtained results of the safety investigations of transport processes, reasons defined, revealed injury factors of drivers during the operation of the load flat car hydraulic drive of transport means to develop motion parameters of the “hydraulic drive-load flat car” system which will not allow arising oscillations of the system resulting in hydraulic drive failure arising which has influence upon driver’s work safety. The investigations were carried out on the basis of a system analysis of accident examinations in the regional construction industry which on the basis of statistical data allows the defining safety state of transport construction machinery. By means of investigations it is defined that 90% of transport construction machines are equipped with a hydraulic drive. In the hydraulic drive the most significant element is a hydraulic cylinder – the most loaded element performing all basic operations of a working process of loading and unloading. In the hydraulic drive there is used a telescopic hydraulic cylinder in which during operation there are revealed design-production defects (DPD) which result in injury of machine service personnel. One of DPD manifestations is oscillation formation in the hydraulic drive which results in the destruction of hydraulic cylinder attachment fitting. It is defined that the support of hydraulic drive reliability and safety is a difficult problem which needs a complex solution still at designing and creation, and during the operation. The complexity of the problem causes the necessity of design and operation parameter optimization, in the first place, that of an executing hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic drive with the use of mathematical modeling. The review of the mathematical modeling methods of hydraulic cylinder parameters allows drawing the conclusion that the existing methods have many assumptions and do not allow creating completely reliable and safe transport construction engineering. The investigation novelty consists in the offered procedure for the solution of motion equations of the “hydraulic drive – load flat car” system which allows calculating the motion system parameters, defining the development of system oscillation above critical able to destruct a fitting unit of the hydraulic cylinder to the load flat car. The work purpose: the accuracy investigation of parts machined with chromium diiodine grinding disks, and also roughness and structural state of surface layer material in parts after working with the impregnated tool; the investigation data are a part of the scientific work which has been started since 2012. The investigation methods: the accuracy and quality of machining parts with the impregnated grinding tool were analyzed; there was carried out a generalization of the data obtained regarding quality parameter changes in the surface layer of parts during working having an influence upon their operation characteristics. The investigation results and novelty: the impregnation method including additional mechanical oscillation at the moment of tool impregnation; the investigation results of accuracy and effectiveness of the mentioned method of working; the investigations of roughness parameters and distribution of residual stresses in the surface layer of parts. Conclusions: at present in the Russian industry there are widely used methods and technologies of import substitution, industry needs low cost and efficient methods of working; thereupon there are urgent different investigations in the field of updating technology for metal grinding with the estimate of their effectiveness and qualitative characteristics of parts when using tools offered.

In the paper there are considered procedures for designing a transition curved tooth leg of helical cylindrical gears. A significant parameter of a transition curve is a diameter of boundary points. The boundary point diameter belongs to a bottom point of the involute profile of the teeth side surface of a gear ring. The boundary point position must be lower of the design end point of the involute profile defined by the designer of gearing. A diameter value depends upon a great number of production factors: a profile and wear of a grinding disk, setting up parameters, teeth machining modes of a gear ring, but it is impossible to ensure the specified values of the diameter of boundary points without a correct design solution in the course of the form choice of milling cutter protuberance. The solution on protuberance acceptable parameters of a gear-cutting tool is made by the designer of a cutter during graphic run-in fulfillment. In the paper there are revealed conditions under which arise mistakes in the course of graphic run-in fulfillment within the limits of one teeth pitch of a milling cutter. There are shown recommendations for the fulfillment ensuring the diameter dimension of boundary points of the transition curve specified by the designer of gearing. The data on the design parameter impact of the hob protuberance upon the continuance of cutting edge interaction are shown. There are recommendations given to prevent undercut arising caused by the fulfillment of graphic two-dimensional run-ins of cylindrical helical gears. The work purpose: the elimination of tooth leg excessive undercut in helical cylindrical gears with the protuberance of a worm milling cutter at the expense of the fulfillment of graphic run-in conditions. The investigation methods: the graphical modeling of a run-in process. The investigation results and novelty: there are defined conditions of arising an excessive undercut in the tooth leg of helical cylindrical gears during the fulfillment of graphic run-ins of a tool rack. The conclusions: for mistake prevention in the calculations of the protuberance geometrical parameters of the helical milling cutter the graphic run-in must be carried out not less than on the 1.5 pitch of the milling cutter.

Novelty: there are offered special algorithms of setup calculations decreasing operation time for the choice of gear combinations of gear trains. Basic results: there are developed computer programs for the definition of gear train combinations required and an electronic directory for machine-tool two-pair gear train setups recommended for use by workers of technological departments and in design service in production activities of engineering and motor car repair companies, in research centers and colleges (in thesis investigations, in training processes of engineering experts).
