Objective To explore the current situation of rehabilitation resource and the influencing factors of rehabilitation nursing needs of patients at home in Xuzhou so as to provide a reference for home rehabilitation for patients. Methods From October 2018 to December 2018, this study investigated all rehabilitation medical institutions (rehabilitation specialized hospitals, general hospitals with Rehabilitation Department, community health service institutions) in Xuzhou City by general investigation. Rehabilitation specialized hospitals in Xuzhou were investigated with the method of field visit and questionnaire survey, and the investigation content included the situation and professional categories of rehabilitation professionals. At the same time, totals of 411 patients with the needs for rehabilitation in Xuzhou were investigated, and the investigation content included the basic situation, rehabilitation needs of patients, contract service by family doctors. This study also analyzed the influencing factors of home rehabilitation nursing needs by Logistic regression. Results There were 120 rehabilitation medical institutions in Xuzhou City. The bed number was 2 675 accounted for 57.98% (2 675/4 314) of the bed number shall be equipped with. There were 402 rehabilitation physicians, 432 rehabilitation nurses and 808 rehabilitation therapists respectively occupied 31.07% (402/1 294) , 16.69% (432/2 588) and 31.22% (808/2 588) of the planning. There were 30.90% (127/411) of rehabilitation patients signed a contract with community doctors, and 45.67% (58/127) of them dissatisfied with community doctors service and the satisfaction rate was 18.90% (24/127) . The influencing factors of family doctor contract included the ages of patients (OR=0.557) , history of hemiplegia (OR=1.520) and the number of community doctors (OR=1.131) . The young the ages were, the better the contract degrees were. The factors promoted the contract were hemiplegia and increasing in the number community doctors. Conclusions In Xuzhou, the rehabilitation medical resource allocation cannot meet the needs of the masses. The insufficient rehabilitation medical resource allocation reflected in the lack of rehabilitation talents, rehabilitation medical institutions and rehabilitation equipment. The rate of family doctors contract service was in the low level, and there are still great difficulties in the home rehabilitation. Objective To evaluate the feasibility of early litter water intake in patients after general anesthesia. Methods Totally 130 patients undergoing laparoscopic salpingectomy under general anesthesia in Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital were selected from December 2018 to May 2019, and divided into the control group (n=65) and the experimental group (n=65) . Patients in the control group were routinely abstained from drinking and fasting, while patients in the experimental group were conscious after surgery and took in a small amount of water after cough and swallowing reflexes recovered. The incidence of nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, and hunger within 24 hours after surgery was recorded in both groups, and the time of anal exhaust was recorded. Results The anal exhaust time of patients in the experimental group was (12.0±1.22) h, while that in the control group was (15.1±1.05) h, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t= 15.527, P<0.01) . Patients with dry mouth and hunger in the experimental group accounted for 38.5% (25/65) and 13.8% (9/65) , while those in the control group were 58.5% (38/65) and 32.3% (21/65) , and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (χ2=5.205, 6.240; P<0.05) . Conclusions Patients undergoing laparoscopic salpingectomy under general anesthesia are conscious in the recovery room and take in water immediately after recovery of cough and swallowing reflexes, which can increase the patient's comfort, reduce adverse reactions and help promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function. Objective To explore the effects of nursing based on health belief model on respiratory function exercise compliance and respiratory function among lung cancer patients. Methods From September 2017 to August 2018, we selected 84 lung cancer patients planed surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as subjects by convenience sampling. All of patients were divided into two groups according to admission time, 40 cases in control group (from September 2017 to February 2018) and 44 in experimental group (from March to August 2018) . Control group carried out routine nursing and health education. On the basis of that, experimental group implemented nursing care based on health belief model. Respiratory function of patients between two groups after surgery was compared with the percentage of predicted value of forced expiratory volume in one second shared by forced vital capacity (FEV1%) and percentage of predicted value of forced vital capacity (FVC%) ; respiratory function exercise compliance after surgery was compared with the Breathing Exercise Compliance Questionnaire. Results One week after surgery, the scores of respiratory function exercise compliance of patients in experimental group and control group were (42.1±8.4) and (36.8±10.2) with a statistical difference (t=-2.609, P<0.05) ; the FEV1% and FVC% of patients in experimental group were (63.8±12.1) and (57.5±11.3) , higher than those in control group with statistical differences (t=-2.167, -2.617; P<0.05) . Conclusions Nursing based on health belief model can improve respiratory function exercise compliance and respiratory function among lung cancer patients, which is worthy of clinical popularization. Objective To qualitatively analyze the cardiac rehabilitation information need based on KANO model in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and to obtain the satisfaction and importance of every need so as to provide a basis for optimizing clinical rehabilitation health guidance. Methods From May 2019, this study selected 144 patients with selective PCI as subjects by convenience sampling. The KANO two-factor questionnaire was designed based on 10 aspects of needs including the basic knowledge, nutrition, exercises, medications, works and professions, pressure and psychology, social concern, crisis and safety, diagnosis and therapy, risk factor management of cardiac rehabilitation information need, to gain the need class and draw the need satisfaction-importance magic quadrant. Results Among 51 items in the cardiac rehabilitation information need questionnaire, there were 5 of them (9.8%) with essential attribute, 14 of them (27.5%) with expected attribute, 8 of them (15.7%) with glamour attribute and 24 of them (47.1%) with no difference attribute. The satisfaction-importance matrix diagram showed that 4 aspects of need were in the area for improvement and 20 of them in the area for the secondary improvement among cardiac rehabilitation information needs after PCI. Conclusions The need importance matrix directly reflects the patient satisfaction and indirectly reflects patients' need importance.
