The article examines global trends in the digitalization of economies and society. The current state and level of digitalization of the world's countries is studied using modern tools for determining its level, namely the digitalization index, the index of digital economy and society, and the network readiness index. The experience of the leading countries, in particular Denmark, Finland and the United States, in securing leading positions is analyzed, and further prospects for their development are identified. The main trends in the digitalization of economies and society are determined, namely the development of 5G communication technology, the use of data analytics, increasing the level of cybersecurity, automation of business processes, and the introduction of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. The dynamism of the digitalization process today covers all aspects of society, including economic and cultural, which form the prerequisites for transformational changes in global economic systems. It is quite difficult to imagine the life of a modern citizen or business entity without the tools and means of digital technologies, namely highspeed Internet, various gadgets and services that speed up most household and management processes. All of this causes instability and variability in the external environment in which businesses operate and the internal environment in which society participates. Digitalization is fundamentally changing the economy and society as a whole, which stimulates the development of entrepreneurial innovations, productivity, labor market growth, and intensifies globalization processes and regional economic growth. All of this requires new skills and abilities, improving the level and adaptation of information and communication technologies to new requirements. The identified technological trends of digitalization will lead to a further process of digital transformation, which will ensure the introduction of significant innovative solutions to the market and improvement of various processes of life of society, business and the country. That is why the role of further research of digitalization trends and tendencies that will have a significant impact on everyday life of society, business processes and the economy as a whole remains.

Developing innovative potential in pharmaceuticals requires a comprehensive approach that includes investment in education and research, development of risk management strategies, and effective interaction with regulatory authorities. The article reveals the key principles on which pharmaceutical marketing is based and which take into account the specifics of the industry. These principles help pharmaceutical companies develop effective marketing strategies that contribute to their growth and success in a competitive environment. It has been established that the innovative potential of the pharmaceutical industry depends on the ability of individual enterprises to generate new ideas and solutions. The criteria of innovativeness for enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry have been revealed. These criteria help to assess the extent to which the enterprise is innovatively active and ready to introduce innovations, which is critically important for maintaining competitiveness in the dynamic pharmaceutical market. It has been proven that the development of a marketing strategy involves the establishment of a long-term perspective, which covers the planning of innovations and actions in the market, which will continue even after the innovation has been introduced and started to be used. The key tasks that must be performed with clear quantitative and qualitative metrics for the effective implementation of the company's digitalization strategy have been identified. Concepts of digitization and automation are bringing significant changes to traditional pharmaceutical production methods, allowing companies to accelerate the process of releasing products to the market and more efficiently deliver medicines to consumers.

Brands need to work hard to stand out in today's highly competitive market. Product marketing managers must do more than just create effective solutions. They also need to convince their customers that their brand is the best choice. So, product packaging has evolved from a product container to a powerful product and brand marketing strategy, exerting a powerful psychological influence on every consumer. The influence of packaging on consumer behavior is significant, according to a survey conducted by Elgaaied-Gambier: 72% of people believe that the design of a product's packaging plays a decisive role in their purchase decision, and 81% consider it an important factor when buying gifts. Quality packaging can convince consumers to trust the product inside and justify the cost of the product, especially luxury items. Premium branding and packaging can influence consumer behavior, with 61% of shoppers more likely to purchase a luxury product again if it comes in premium packaging. Overall, understanding the psychology of packaging provides businesses with information that can help with branding and marketing strategies. By effectively using elements such as color, typography, shapes, images and textures, brands can create attractive packaging that speaks directly to their target audience and meets the main goal: increase sales.

The article is devoted to an actual problem in modern management - improvement of methods of assessing financial potential in the strategic management of enterprises. Based on the generalization of the approaches to the application of financial potential assessment in the strategic management of enterprises highlighted in literary scientific sources, the directions and goals of its implementation are determined: at individual stages of financial strategy formation, research is carried out on the level of financial potential achieved in the past and current periods; when justifying the choice of strategies, enterprises evaluate the available financial potential and its sufficiency for the implementation of the strategy; when substantiating an anti-crisis financial strategy, with the aim of establishing the possibility and ability of the enterprise to restore solvency, increase liquidity, strengthen financial stability and exit the crisis. It was determined that scientists have currently developed certain scientific and methodological approaches to the assessment of the financial potential of the enterprise, of which the resource and performance approaches are the most used in practice. These approaches involve the calculation of more than a hundred different coefficients, which are proposed to be divided into four groups: indicators that characterize the financial stability, liquidity and solvency of the enterprise; that characterize the profitability of the activity and the use of various types of resources; that characterize the efficiency of the use of assets; that characterize the property status of the enterprise. The article highlights the shortcomings of the resource-based and effective methods of assessing financial potential, namely: the analysis of individual aspects of the formation and effectiveness of the use of financial potential, the focus on the assessment of the achieved state of financial potential, the lack of analysis of prospects and opportunities for the use of financial potential in future periods. It was determined that a comprehensive approach to the assessment of the financial potential of the enterprise, which can be used to analyze the financial potential in the past, current and future periods, is the integral method. Despite the identified advantages, the method needs improvement, for this purpose it is proposed to evaluate the financial potential in three stages: the first - preparatory, which is aimed at determining the list, the significance of the indicators, according to which the assessment will be carried out, the calculation of the constituent elements of the integral indicator formula; the second – assessment of individual indicators and calculation of the integral indicator; the third - interpretation and analysis of the obtained results. The proposed approach to the integral assessment of the enterprise's financial potential has the following advantages: simplicity, versatility, low cost, and the ability t

The article describes the essence, content and functions of the mechanisms for the revival of housing construction in Ukraine. Its development and implementation envisages the revival of the country, the multifaceted socio-economic development of settlements, the improvement of the demographic situation, and the appeal to man as the main source of the nation's wealth. It has been proven that all European countries have gone through a long process of reforming and developing the construction industry, applying new investment technologies and stimulating the development of this direction of the economy, combining state support, the mortgage lending mechanism and other types of construction support. In the economy of our country, many variants of management mechanisms are used - economic, ecological, market, social, organizational, organizational-economic and others. After the full-scale invasion, almost all developers stopped construction, some for several weeks, some did not continue construction at all. It was determined that in 2022 the total area of ready-made apartments amounted to 7.1 million square meters. m (18.3 thousand private houses and 74.3 thousand apartments), which is 38% less than in 2021. It has been proven that in Ukraine it is not enough to stimulate the development of the construction industry at the state level, it is important to create conditions for the development of a competitive environment, to introduce effective financial and credit mechanisms for the purchase of construction materials. The construction industry should be based on trust in the banking sector of the economy and stimulate the development of affordable rental housing for the low-income population and internally displaced persons. We believe that the housing market in Ukraine is currently in a recovery phase. The prospect of its development requires the creation of an effective organizational and economic mechanism, as well as the implementation of state support for the provision of social housing for the population of the region and those forced to leave their place of residence. Development of mechanisms and means of housing construction, economic stabilization and revival of the country require further development and scientific research

An analysis of Google users' search queries regarding the directions of influence of digitalization in the educational process, covering both pre-war and post-full-scale invasion periods, proved that the Russian invasion in Ukraine had an impact on these processes. It was found that according to the majority of requests from domestic users, the peak of interest is during the period of the university entrance campaign, while a significant drop occurs during the Christmas and New Year holidays. There was also a drop in the intensity of user searches for "education", "higher education" and "e-learning" among domestic users during the first month after the full-scale invasion, while an increase in search activity was recorded among foreign users during the same period.

The work has further developed the scientific and applied principles of managing the market capitalization of an enterprise based on the value concept. The disclosure of the structural elements of the mechanism of managing the market capitalization of the enterprise has been deepened. A detailed analysis of the toolkit for stimulating the market capitalization of the enterprise was carried out and a matrix of management decisions regarding its implementation was developed. Indicators for optimizing the value component of the mechanism for managing the market capitalization of the enterprise have been identified. A two-level verification of the effectiveness of the mechanism from the perspective of value and enterprise market capitalization management has been proposed. A system of practical solutions has been developed to improve the objective component of the mechanism from the standpoint of influencing additional indicators for value management optimization

The article substantiates that economic potential, being a complex, dynamic category, depends on the level of development of the enterprise, competitive position, the possibility of attracting and combining certain types of resources. The study of many definitions of the definition of "economic potential" in the scientific literature allowed the authors to prove that the economic potential of the enterprise can be the achieved (actual) and promising economic potential. The approaches to determining the economic potential of the enterprise available in the literature are summarized and the resource, target and effective ones are distinguished. The authors proved that the economic potential is a unity of temporal and spatial characteristics, which made it possible to distinguish the basic potential, the current potential, and the strategic potential. In order to ensure the economic security of enterprises, the authors proposed a mechanism for the effective functioning of the enterprise's economic potential, with elements of the micro-, macro- , and mesostructure being distinguished. The components of the macrostructure of the mechanism include the following stages: preliminary, transformational and effective. The previous stage consists in the formation of the economic potential of the enterprise. The transformation stage ensures the transfer of the value of economic resources to products, and reflects the assessment of indicators of the interaction of economic resources and results. The resulting stage consists in evaluating the effectiveness of the formation and use of the economic potential of enterprises. According to each stage of functioning of the economic potential of enterprises, certain indicators and indicators are proposed, which form the microstructure of the economic potential. The authors determined that the transformation stage acts as a connecting link in the direct process of formation and realization of economic resources, in which the main criteria for evaluating the effective functioning and optimization of the economic potential of enterprises are determined: liquidity and profitability
