The article is devoted to the study of the impact of globalization transformations on the crisis resistance of economic systems and their opportunities for sustainable development. It is substantiated that in the conditions of globalization transformations, crisis resilience acquires special importance not only as a factor of the survival of economic systems, but also of ensuring sustainable development. Crisis resilience is defined not as the ability to return to the pre-crisis state after a crisis, but as the ability to adapt to crisis manifestations and ensure sustainable development in new conditions. It is shown that globalization transformations are now one of the main factors leading to crises. At the same time, globalization allows economic systems to obtain additional economic benefits. It is shown that in the conditions of globalization, the processes that take place in one of the spheres inevitably acquire a general character, influencing the processes and phenomena in other spheres. Such a relationship exerts such significant pressure that it is often difficult to distinguish purely economic, political, social, legal, cultural and other phenomena and processes. It was determined that there is now a significant slowdown in the pace of global economic integration, a direct reversal to less specialization, and, as a result, a slowdown in the growth of production and incomes, as well as an increase in inflationary pressure. It is shown that in the conditions of globalization transformations, the crisis resistance of any economic system will be determined by whether the leadership of individual countries or commonwealths of countries recognizes the existing vulnerability to these transformations or denies it. The crisis resilience of the economic system will be based on the capacity to overcome, adapt and transform. The capacity to overcome includes a set of measures that are aimed at short-term actions to stop the negative consequences of the developing crisis. The capacity for adapt involves the formation of a set of measures, mainly focused on state institutions and processes, which in the future may turn out to be the most vulnerable to the manifestations and consequences of crises. The capacity to transform is the capabilities of the economic system to change in accordance with the transformations taking place in the external (global) environment, and to perceive unforeseen circumstances as an additional chance for sustainable development. It was determined that the economic system will be sufficiently crisis resilience if it has the capacity to overcome, adapt and transform at the same time, which will allow to create a closed loop of managing sustainable development in the conditions of globalization transformations.

The article is devoted to the study of factors that determine the formation and development of human capital in rural areas. It is noted that rural areas inhabit a third of the country's population and perform key socio-economic and demographic-reproductive functions. In addition, they preserve cultural, historical and ethnographic traditions, which are the basis of the genetic fund of the Ukrainian people. The article examines the processes of formation and use of human potential in rural areas, focusing on the factors affecting its components. Two groups of factors are identified - organizational and social. The role of infrastructure in creating favorable conditions for life and improving the quality of life in the countryside, its impact on the development of the local economy and sustainable development is studied. The importance of personal motivation and investment in self-development as a key factor in the development of human potential in rural areas is highlighted separately. Personal motivation is defined as a key stimulus for initiative, entrepreneurship development and innovation. The importance of individual motivation is highlighted in the context of creating jobs, increasing community income and improving the quality of life. People with personal motivation also actively participate in training programs and professional development, contributing to the development of human potential. The need for a new look at optimizing the process of human potential formation, as well as taking into account the influence of modern technologies and socio-cultural changes, is substantiated. The article considers the Fourth Future of Jobs 2023 report released at the World Economic Forum on changes in the global labor market caused by innovation and technological shifts; it is stated that there have been no such studies in Ukraine so far. The transformation of business practices in the labor market has been traced based on Forbes Ukraine research on the ranking of lead ing enterprises and Work.ua on wages in 2023 and the trends of its change in various fields and in the leading industries of production. The common (recognition of one’s own merits and proper appreciation of work by the employer, decent pay, protection and flexibility of employment) and distinctive features of these changes in the world and in Ukraine are clarified: donations and charitable contributions for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, rapprochement of society and business, entrepreneurial flexibility, ingenuity, cleverness, creativity, responsiveness, adaptability, autonomy, changing the status of television, creating new protective structures, giving preference to workers with “soft skills”. The expediency of introducing the term “transformational business practices” into modern scientific discourse is substantiated. It is suggested that the term “transformational business practices” should be understood as the results of developing new and changing creative business practices. The prospects of transformational business practices for the next five years are outlined: encouraging employers to change with the active participation of employees; the impact of the wage level on employment; employment protection and flexibility; balance between work and personal life; professional burnout; innovations and NBIC-initiatives as catalysts of labor market transformation; robotization of production; transition to a “green economy”; reduction of irrelevant jobs and creation of urgent jobs; the demand for certain professions; giving preference to employees with “hard skills”; diversity, equality and inclusion; training in production processes and their automation. According to the results of a study by the Work.ua company, it is indicated that the growth of the wages of young and qualified professionals was influenced by the practices of slowing inflation, the growth of the dollar exchange rate and the average nominal wage, the decrease in the level of unemployment and competition, the lack of qualified personnel and the demand for higher wages from the current employees. It is proposed to recognize the improvement of old and the development and implementation of new business practices as a priority direction for the development of the labor market.

As a result of the conducted research involving a wide range of agricultural machines with different numbers of bodies and, corresponding in terms of power, energy means of Soviet and foreign production, dependencies were obtained and the degree of influence of the cost of fuel on the total cost of cultivation of one hectare of field was determined. A comparison and analysis of the degree of change in the cost of agricultural work at the price of diesel fuel at the level of UAH 40/l and at the level of UAH 60/l was carried out, which showed that differences in the cost of processing between different machine units with an increase in the price of fuel become more noticeable, if their specific fuel consumption is not the same. At a fuel price of UAH 40/l, the discrepancy between MU 1 (YUMZ-6AKL + Europal 5 Lemken) and MU 5 (K-700A + Europal 9 Lemken) is 32%, and at a fuel price of UAH 60/l, this discrepancy increases to 43 %. Also, in this work, the main ways of optimizing the increased cost of field work, as a result of the increase in the price of fuel, were given and analyzed. From the above methods, an optimization method was chosen and studied in detail, the essence of which is to replace energy vehicles in the company's rolling stock from less energy-efficient models, mainly Soviet ones, to more energyefficient ones, mainly European and American ones. Cost optimization for the five upgraded machine units to be considered was in the range of 4.8 - 8.5%, and on average it was 6.5%. Under the condition of using the same agricultural machines and other parameters of the surrounding environment remaining unchanged, studies were conducted, as a result of which it was determined that due to the lower specific fuel consumption of foreign tractors, the degree of influence of fuel price changes on the total cost of agricultural work for them is significantly lower, and therefore an increase in the price of energy resources does not have such a strong impact on the profitability of an agricultural enterprise, whose fleet of energy equipment consists, for the most part, of foreign models, compared to an agricultural enterprise, whose fleet of energy equipment, for the most part, consists of Soviet and post-Soviet models. However, taking into account the importance of other optimization strategies, their implementation in combination with the replacement of less energy-efficient models of energy means will allow to achieve even more significant results in reducing the cost of field work in agriculture.

It was revealed that there are certain discrepancies between the terms used in the legislative field of Ukraine and those used in the activities of the international scientific and technical community, in particular the European Union. It is shown that the existing inconsistency between the terminology used by the Ukrainian scientific and technical community and the terminology used by the international scientific community can be one of the reasons for slowing down the process of integration of Ukrainian and international science and reduces the participation of potential Ukrainian participants in Framework international programs, the main of which today is Horizon Europe. The legislative acts of Ukraine, which regulate the sphere of scientific research and development in Ukraine, are analyzed. The main terms used in the legal field of the international scientific community during participation in the Framework Programs and their interpretation in the Ukrainian legal field are given. It is shown that in the legal field of Ukraine some terms are defined differently in different legal documents. It was found that such a definition is often carried out in a situational way and describes a rather narrow scope of application. The paper proves the necessity of using international databases, the tools of which use the terminology of the international scientific community in the field of competitive financing of scientific and research/grant projects, primarily the CORDIS database. The navigation and the possibilities provided by this database for obtaining the opportunity for Ukrainian scientists to join the participation in the international Horizon Europe Framework Program are described. This will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the application of grant programs for the further development of both scientific and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Europe within the framework of international scientific and technical cooperation.

Even companies with high stock market values suffered financial setbacks due to the COVID19 pandemic that swept the globe in early 2020. During the COVID-19 period, the environment was characterized as hostile and complex, where the confluence of rapid technological developments on the international chessboard and the rapid globalization of markets brought about universal changes in the status of businesses and their ability to survive in an increasingly and constantly changing competitive global environment. Entrepreneurship is the pillar of business survival, prosperity, and economic growth and is the most critical factor in reducing this negative phenomenon. The study examines the evolution of key accounting indicators found in the financial statements of the fifteen largest companies by market capitalization listed on the Greek stock exchange in 2021. The results of the survey revealed that the fuel production companies HELLENIC PETROLEUM and MOTOR OIL as well as the vehicle rental company AUTOHELLAS were the most negatively impacted due to the significant decline in turnover. The study analysed data before and during the pandemic in 2018–2019 and 2020–2021. PPC (public power corporation), on the other hand, benefited greatly from the pandemic as a result of lower electricity generation costs from falling oil prices.

The theoretical principles of the formation of the market capitalization of the enterprise are disclosed in the article. A substantive analysis of the approaches of foreign and domestic scientists to the interpretation of the concept of “market capitalization of an enterprise” was carried out, with further determination of their features and “bottlenecks”. The formulaic expression of the market capitalization of the enterprise is considered and two main aspects of its interpretation are distinguished – stock and financial. The characteristic features of the market capitalization of the enterprise within the given aspects are differentiated. The place of the enterprise value in the theoretical foundations of the enterprise market capitalization formation from the point of view of each of the aspects is determined
