Role of Terpenoids Active Ingredients Targeting for Neuroprotective Agents 萜类活性成分靶向神经保护剂的作用

Neuroinflammation is a characteristic sign of a wide variety of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, amongst others. Microglia, which are native immune cells found in the brain, become activated very quickly in response to a brain infection or injury. When microglia become overactivated, their production of pro-inflammatory and cytotoxic chemicals can become unregulated and uncontrolled, which is the primary cause of neuroinflammation. Microglia are principally responsible for neuroinflammation. As a result, the investigation of novel approaches to reduce neuroinflammatory reactions is an essential component of neurodegenerative disease treatment. In the research of brain inflammation, bacterial lipopolysaccharide is frequently used. This compound is responsible for the initiation of a number of significant cellular processes that significantly contribute to the pathophysiology of neuroinflammation.

Molecular Investigation of Protein and Genes Resistance Mechanisms in Acinetobacter baumannii Isolates Recovered from Diverse Clinical Specimens in AL-Diwaniyah Province AL-Diwaniyah省不同临床标本中鲍曼不动杆菌分离株蛋白和基因耐药机制的分子研究

The Search included 300 different clinical specimens from patients at Al-Diwaniyah General Teaching Hospital were collected for the study From September to December 2022. These specimens comprised blood, urine, burns, and wounds. 40(13.3%) A.baumannii out of 300 isolates. The focus of the study is to characterize the CarO protein, Int-2 and blaoxa-51 resistance mechanisms in Acinetobacter baumannii isolates recovered from different specimens. The samples were taken from various clinical specimens, which were then dispersed as follows: 40 isolates were tested for antibiotic susceptibility using the (Antibiotic Susceptibility Test-AST) on 15 (37.5%) swabs from burns, 10 (25%) swabs from wounds, 10 (25%) from urine, and 5 (12.5%) from blood samples. All isolates were found to be antibiotic-resistant, with the exception of polymyxin B, which had a 30% sensitivity rate and a 70% resistance rateThe gene Caro was found in 10 (25%) of the 40 isolates genetically analyzed using the PCR method, the gene Int-2 was found in 8 (20%) of the 40 specimens, and the gene blaOXA-51 was found in 19 (47.5%) of the 40 isolates. These results show that the gene Caro is present in proteins that encode the enzyme Carbapenemase. The findings of this investigation confirmed previous findings that bacteria have substantial polymyxin B resistance and are resistant to the majority of antibiotics. For the diagnosis of this bacteria, the blaOXA-51 gene was regarded as a diagnostic marker (A baumannii). In Conclusion Polymerase chain reaction technique was found to be simple and useful tool for detection of outer membrane protiens carO. Class 2-Integron was found to be carried by A. baumannii isolates and antibiotic resistance genes were distributed on this integron.

Incentives in Adopting Cloud Computing for Shaikh Zayed University, Khost Afghanistan 阿富汗霍斯特谢赫扎耶德大学采用云计算的动机

Teaching in these days is almost regarded impossible without the Information Technology resources which needs a great amount of investments in this sector, there are a huge number of educational institutions which cannot afford these IT investments. Many institutions are in search of a cheap and economic way of delivering and managing these resources mainly in the Asian countries. Among such solutions, it is debated that Cloud computing is the right choice to reduce the expenses of the institutions. This paper describes the common benefits of cloud computing for Shaikh Zayed University. To provide imported and updated information and to deliver daily lectures on time, a physical structure such as (hardware and software) is needed. To attain this objective, the researcher conducted qualitative data to collect the data. Data from different experts were collected using the questionnaires in this field. The results of these survey showed that cloud computing had great role in reducing the Costs, achieved a Collaborating environment and all time Availability.

An Evaluation of Space Use Efficiency in Residential Houses, Kabul City 喀布尔市住宅空间利用效率评价

Space efficiency is one of the significant segments of building that requires consideration. This study focuses on the evaluation of space use efficiency in existing residential buildings and seeks to look at the current space use practices in interior design. The study analyzes (1) how the interior space of buildings is used. (2) Considering the architectural guidelines to evaluate the space deficit of buildings. Therefore, the study takes the form of a literature review, with direct observation used for data collection. A total of six residential houses were observed, with interior space dimensions and areas measured using measurement tools. Comparative analysis is a technique used for data analysis. The findings of this study revealed that most residential buildings are not meeting space use regulations and standards ascribed to not considering the interior design process and governmental building guidelines. Most of the constructed buildings were not properly designed, the architectural design procedure was not considered. The study concluded with suggestions for raising public awareness about architectural design significance, imposing governmental regulation and building laws, and eradicating nonengineered construction in the city. Findings will serve clients and municipalities; policymakers should concentrate on public awareness and imposing building laws to ensure affordable houses in Kabul city.

Estimation of Interleukin -6 and Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha Levels in Menopausal Women with Urinary Tract Infections 绝经期尿路感染妇女白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子- α水平的测定

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are very common, especially among women of reproductive age, and affect people of both sexes.This research was out to quantify cellular Interleukin levels in postmenopausal women experiencing UTIs.   Results: The results of the results of the most recent research shown both IL-6 and TNF-α were very high in women with urinary tract infection (P>0.01) and that levels of these cellular motility were positively correlated.Conclusions: The current study found a relationship between increased levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of postmenopausal woman patient with urinary tract infection.

Effect of Tryptophan and Glutamic Acid on Phytochemical Traits of Iranian and Afghan Saffron 色氨酸和谷氨酸对伊朗和阿富汗藏红花植物化学性状的影响

In order to investigate the effect of Tryptophan and Glutamic acid amino acids on physiological traits of saffron, a factorial experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications in 2019 at the research farm of Zanjan University. Experimental treatments include three genotypes (Iranian, Afghani 1 and Afghani 2) as the main treatment and the amino acid Tryptophan at two levels (1 and 2 mM) and Glutamic acid at two levels (1 and 2 mM) as sub-treatments, were considered with witnesses. The results showed that Tryptophan and Glutamic acid treatments had a significant effect about one percent (0.01 %) on the main traits including flower number, flower dry weight, vegetative body, phenol yield, antioxidant activity and crocin. Also, yield traits of phenol, flavonoids and antioxidants treated with two amino acids showed a significant difference about five percent (0.05 %). The maximum yields of phenol and flavonoids at 2 mM Tryptophan concentration were 0.35 and 0.026 mg / g, respectively, and the lowest yields at 1 mM Glutamic treatment were 0.34 and 0.02 mg / g, per hectare. In general, different levels of Tryptophan and Glutamic acid can play an effective role in improving the physiological traits and production of this product. Application of 1 mM Glutamic acid to produce the maximum vegetative body of the plant, treatment of 1 and 2 mM both amino acids to improve physiological parameters and 1 mM Glutamic acid for the performance of secondary metabolites is desirable and recommended.

Effect of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on Yield and Yield Components of Common Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) in Badakhshan, Afghanistan 有机肥和无机肥对阿富汗巴达赫尚普通豆产量及产量构成的影响

For a high and usable yield of common bean, key challenges include the high expense of inorganic fertilizers and their excessive usage. Concurrently, integrated crop management methods are worldwide needs for agriculture and the environment. Because of this, the present study was carried out at the Research Farm of the Agriculture faculty at Badakhshan University in Afghanistan in order to evaluate the effect of single and combination applications of NPK, chicken manure, and the combine of NPK and chicken manure (NPK + Ch. M) with different concentrations on the growth, yield, and yield components of common bean during the summer season (June to September) of the year 2022. A randomized complete block design (R.C.B.D) was used for the experiment, and there were three replicates of each factor. It was discovered that NPK (15:15:15) at 150 kg per ha produced the highest plant in terms of height (54 cm), number of leaves per plant (63), and branch count per plant (7). These findings were based on the data that were obtained. Also, it was discovered that the optimum performance of common bean with regard to 25gr pod number/plant (PNP) ha-1 and 253g pod weight/plant was achieved with the combination of NPK (15:15:15) at a rate of 150 kg/ha and chicken manure at a rate of 20t/ha above control. This was shown to be superior to the performance of the control. A substantial (p 0.01) influence on grain production was found to be caused by the application of NPK + Ch. M. On the other hand, the NPK fertilizer and a combination of NPK and Ch. M fertilizer had a substantial impact on the grain production. The integrated of NPK + Ch. M fertilizer ha-1 treatment produced the highest grain yield (4.97t/ha-1), followed by Ch. M produced (4.22t/ha-1) seed yield. The control treatment, in which no organic or inorganic fertilizer was applied, produced the lowest grain yield (2.83t/ha-1), making this significantly higher than the control treatment. According to the findings of this study, an integrated application of NPK plus Ch. M is an effective way to get Phosphorus as well as other key elements that are necessary for the development and production of common bean.

Macronutrients are crucial for the growth, and development of plants due to their roles as structural components and redox-sensitive agents. Generally, the application of macronutrients leads to increased crop output, growth, and overall quality. While macronutrients play a role in every stage of a plant's life, scientists in fields such as plant physiology, biotechnology, and eco-physiology have recently focused on exploring additional aspects of these minerals, and their potential. Each macronutrient has a unique function in plant metabolism, and this study aims to examine the latest advancements in understanding the specific roles of macronutrients in plant growth and acclimatization. Furthermore, the study also discusses future research prospects in this field, highlighting the importance of ongoing investigations in maximizing plant productivity, and resilience.

Chimera has several important definitions that are common to each other, where he is known a single creature that is made up of two or more separate populations of genetically unique cells that originated from various zygotes. Definition can be interpreted as cells from one person might appear in another individual in a process known as chimerism. These cells may be incorporated into the parenchyma or they may circulate. Chimeras are divided into several types depending on several factors such as the percentage of chimera cells in the body of the organism neighborhood, origin, or other reasons, which includes microchimeras, natural human macro-chimeras and man-made chimeras. Chimeric cells in human can arise from three significant sources, namely originating from gestation, blood transfusions, and transplants.

The World Health Organization has classified the coronavirus disease outbreak as a worldwide pandemic as a result of the COVID-19 expansion. According to medical professionals, individuals with strong immunity often outlive infections more frequently than those with poor immunity. The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted the need for novel approaches to treating the illness and its symptoms. Natural products from plants are increasingly being seen favorably in comparison to synthetic ones in the fight against diseases. As a result, in order to avoid contracting any unanticipated illnesses, individuals must increase their immunity by eating more dietary supplements and by taking drugs that have immune-boosting properties. This review aimed to give a general overview of some traditional Sudanese foods and drinks that are rich in immune-boosting elements, and accordingly, they could be safely recommended as an adjuvant dietary supplement to improve the immune system's ability to fight such infections as COVID-19. Also, this review aims to bring attention to the fact that immune boosters may be found in natural sources, which will help pharmaceutical companies by taking some of the load off of them. Electronic databases, including Google Scholar, Scopus, and the Web of Science, were searched for relevant material. The selected articles underwent independent eligibility and information extraction reviews. The review focused on certain traditional Sudanese herbs and their derivatives that are rich in immune-stimulating vitamins and minerals and therefore could possibly be recommended as immune-boosting dietary supplements to help fight COVID-19. This review highlights the fact that the pharmaceutical sector, especially community and hospital pharmacists, could play a vital role in supporting the healthcare system by encouraging their communities to add plants and their products that are rich in immune-boosting vitamins and minerals to their diet.
