The subject of this work is the historical and cultural resource potential which is considered as a factor of tourism development by the Belgorod region example. An object of a research is a historical framework of the territory. The purpose of a research is an identification of historical and cultural tourist potential. A hypothesis of this research is the assumption that regional features of the territory can be used as factors of tourist appeal of the area according the condition of the rational planning organization. The formation of historical system of Belgorod region resettlement, the regional features of a historical and cultural framework of the territory influencing the development of the sphere of cultural tourism are considered in this article. In a research graphic-analytical methods and spatial modeling and also a method of integrated assessment of tourist potential were applied. As a result, the research areas of concentration of objects of archeology and historical and cultural heritage are revealed and the potential of perspective development of territories in which they are placed as the centers of cultural tourism is determined. The results of a research can be used at the solution of town-planning questions and recreational zoning. It is impossible to cultivate the need for physical training classes in the children using commands, this is contrary to the child’s natural resistance to enforcement (the child’s motivational sphere results in a defective transformation), and therefore, you should be guided only by their sincere interest in the activities. The formation of the students’ positive motivation to physical training classes can be achieved through effective forms and methods of the educational process; application of game like and competitive methods; use of modern didactic tools based on the use of information and multimedia technologies; positive dynamics of the quality of the students’ mastering the training programme and improving their physical education; positive dynamics of the level of physical and technical competence; the students’ focusing on significant and solid activity results; personal example of the teacher and his/her self-improvement, as well as other innovations in the content of education. The article presents the results of the educational experiment aimed at proving the hypothesis that the development and use in the educational process of an electronic educational course that provides with methodological, informational and control materials for mastering the “Basketball” section of the physical training curriculum for the 7th grade will help improve middleaged schoolchildren’s interest in the study of the program, and thereupon the development of a value-based attitude to physical education and efficiency of physical training in general. The paper considers the features of special prevention measures of extremist crimes in the Republic of Tajikistan and presents the analysis of domestic and foreign studies concerning this matter. The problem of extremist criminal law standards is lack of the uniform approach to special prevention measures and concerning some issues – the application of such measures by law-enforcement agencies. In the analysis of special prevention measures of extremist crimes in the Republic of Tajikistan the authors of the study make suggestions and describe events, which took place in the Republic during the civil war in order to eliminate the gaps in the legislation. In this paper, the authors examine the problem of ensuring the security and protection of Russian energy supplies to the European market, which is relevant for both Europe and Russia. The authors focused on the analysis of Russian supplies in the energy sector of the European economy in connection with the implementation of the ambitious gas transportation projects "Nord Stream 2" and "Turkish Stream". The purpose of the publication is the accentuation of the advantages of Russian natural gas supplies for Europe, taking into account modern global economic processes and increasing competition in the energy market. Most countries in the world do not have their own sources of energy in sufficient quantities. For example, the European Union, together with Norway and Switzerland, accounts for almost 17% of global energy consumption, but EU countries do not have large energy deposits. They satisfy the deficit of energy carriers through imports. The European Union imports 82% of consumed oil and 57% of consumed natural gas. It is expected that in the next 25 years the share of imported oil will increase to 93%, and the share of imported gas up to 84%. Experts of the European Commission on Energy forecast an increase in imports of energy carriers to 65% in 2030 [1]. In conclusion, the authors claim that the implementation of Russian energy initiatives in the European economy and the practicality of European importers have a positive effect in order to follow their own economic interests if they have made political decisions in the field of energy consumption management. –The study of the interaction of traditional folk culture and professional art, folklore and literature for more than a century is considered to be one of the main directions of humanitarian knowledge. The article is devoted to the analysis of the author’s transformations of Russian folklore in the “fairy-tale” works of Alexei Nikolaevich Tolstoy (1883-1945). The relevance of the research is determined by the special role of folklore images, motifs and plot patterns in the writer's works. The folklore-mythological aspect of the works of the “third” Tolstoy is less studied by scholars, although in a number of works about the writer there are judgments about the general influence of folk culture, folklore borrowings and deep knowledge of the author in the field of folklore. A holistic analysis of Tolstoyan folklorism, its origin, evolution and aesthetics in the scientific literature is absent. The subject of the research is the aesthetic foundations and stable features of the poetics of the writer’s works for children focused on folklore and folk mythology. For the analysis of the ways of understanding and transmitting the philosophical and artistic experience of the folklore tradition, in addition to the traditional cultural-historical method, the methodological tools of comparative studies and philological analysis of the text are used. The purpose of this work is to provide a comprehensive description of the phenomenon of folkloric character of A.N. Tolstoy’s fairy tales, as a phenomenon of world outlook, and a certain set of artistic techniques of the writer, the specifics of one’s literary technique.

The article deals with linguistic manifestations of national features and ethnic stereotypes in popular Russian jokes and anecdotes. The authors make an attempt to define the specific character of anecdotes as precedent texts and to distinguish national and cultural stereotypes particular for “interethnic” and ethnic (Russian) popular jokes. They try to find out the best known character-traits of a “typical” Russian man drawn through the auto-stereotypical representation of his positive and negative qualities. The paper considers the influence of pro-logical civil primitive thinking on contracts as a type of primary evidence in pro-logical legal proceedings at investigation of crimes in historical Tajikistan. It also describes the author’s position on the use of a contract as an evidence in pro-logical legal proceedings and in the course of investigation of crimes by ancient Tajiks. The history of the contract as a type of evidence in pro-logical legal proceedings is the most important component of political-legal and procedural institutes in historical development of Tajikistan, which was characterized by the primary worldview, political and cultural values of a society in a certain era of its development.
