The article considers one of the relevant issues in civil law, namely, the problem of consulting services in the domain of investment activities. There are specific differences between consulting and information services, which are analyzed with identifying their distinctive features from the point of view of the civil law theory. This article deals with theoretical and applied problems of structural semasiology. The problems are being discussed in modern linguistics. The authors note that the results of modern studies in the seme semasiology can help to increase the accuracy and objectivity of fixing the meanings of words and their semantic difference, these results are very significant and important in describing the modern linguistic consciousness. The article also shows that the problems to be solved by seme semasiology are directly related to the need for the development of a typology of semantic components which are to be clear for an average native speaker as well as for the development of metalanguage to describe the semantic components. The metalanguage is necessary to unificate in the interpretation of meaning for users in the lexicographical practice. The article reveals the contents of the words “mehmon” (a guest) and “ziyofat” (treat, regale) as components of the concept Hospitality in Tajik linguistic culture. Through the examples from Tajik literary works, the ethnic specificity of each of the concepts is revealed separately. Synonymous means in the Tajik language prove the active process of understanding lexemes and their extremely high relevance for Tajiks. In the Tajik language, the lexemes “mehmon” and “ziyofat” indicate the attitude of hosts to a guest, where they express, above all, hospitality, hearty welcome, generosity, kindness, an open heart and goodwill. The analysis of the words “mehmon”, “ziyofat” reveals the concept of the concept “Mehmondori” (hospitality) in the Tajik language. The article reveals a new and unexplored civil law construction of a contract for the provision of agricultural water supply services, which presents the basis of the financial and economic well-being of water sector in agriculture. Possessing the elements of work, delivery and services contract, this type of contract presents a mixed type of contract. In addition, the authors consider the problem of the embodied result of the contract and the consideration of water as an independent object of civil law relations. The subject of discussion is presented by the main conditions for the implementation of such transactions, which require amendments and additions to the current civil legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. There is an acute problem of the cost of water as a natural resource, as well as the problems of civil law regulation of water intake from nature, as well as secondary water use. —In Tajikistan, toponymic names have various forms, influenced by territorial, linguistic and other variables. This paper considers linguistic features of toponyms - names of districts and cities of Tajikistan, analyzing their lexical-semantic and lexical-structural peculiarities reflecting natural, historical and cultural features, linguistic problems. Structurally, formation of toponyms follows certain rules. Geographical names are drawn on various word building patterns, such as direct transition of nominal word into toponym; there is also influence of geographical, historical and other factors onto formation of names of cities and districts. Special attention is paid to personal names in development of geographical names in Tajikistan. However, when studying the history of toponym formation and their structure, certain regularities are considered, such as word meaning, their grammatical form, relations to certain parts of speech, morphological structure; they all shall be considered when forming new toponyms.

The article endeavors to define opportunities and risks of development of children's spiritual abilities in the context of modern educational situation. The author's understanding of the essence of spiritual abilities and spiritual giftedness of children is presented. Some resources of the school and the family in the formation of spiritual giftedness of younger generation are disclosed. The positive influence of Orthodox art on spiritual needs and abilities of students with intellectual disabilities is experimentally proved. The work is devoted to the artistic interpretation of the image of St. George in the art of the first quarter of the twentieth century. The article presents the trends of interpretation of traditional motifs of Russian iconography, depicting St. George Feast as a defender, warrior, victorious. The authors also consider the poets of the first quarter of the twentieth century, who actively turned to the image of St. George in the tragic times of the revolution, when only the spiritual power of true art allows a person to confront the circumstances of the revolution and civil war. In the article the methods of lexical and syntactic analysis were used. The authors have analyzed the mythopoetics of St. George image as a national component, defined its role in the semantic and aesthetic expression of the epic content in the works of avant-garde artists and poets of the 1910s-1930s. Domestic violence is a destructive social phenomenon, which is somewhat observed almost in every fourth family. Women, children, aged parents, disabled relatives most often are the victims of such offences. The paper tries to reveal some problems of the comment to Article 93 of the Administrative Offense Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and makes some suggestions to eliminate these problems. The main problem is that the current legislation specifically does not distinguish between the crime and the administrative offense, which belong to domestic violence. Therefore, the author suggests to include certain chapters into the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Administrative Offense Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, which would list specific crimes and administrative offenses in the sphere of domestic violence since the problem of domestic violence in the Republic of Tajikistan still remains one of the burning issues in the society. In recent decades the problem of paid educational services in the Republic of Tajikistan has become ever more relevant. The development of paid educational services in Tajikistan has its pros and cons. The country’s focus towards commercialization of the educational system also has its advantages and drawbacks. Education cannot purely rely on the market self-regulatory mechanism and cannot be perceived as one of the sectors of economy having exclusive market nature. At the same time, it is impossible to flatly state that paid educational services are harmful to the stability of civil society. The introduction of market relations into the educational system shall not downgrade the leading role of the state in regulating the education, including the control over educational institutions and individual entrepreneurs providing paid educational services. The principle of combination of state and contractual regulations in the sphere of educational services shall be ensured through the uniform quality assessment criteria of educational services. This paper studies the issues arising due to protection of human rights in a contemporary context. A special focus in put on economic human and civil rights. For a long time, in academia an opinion prevailed that civil and political rights are the core of the human rights system. In this paper, the authors' opinion is stated that socioeconomic rights take a key position in this system. Texts of multilateral international legislation concerned with human rights advocacy were analyzed separately. Their specifics were established and measures for subsequent implementation were identified. The authors have also analyzed operation of the critical UN mechanisms aimed at protection of social and economic human rights.
