Obesity has been linked to several heart diseases .Unfortunately, Malaysian today are the most overweight or obese people among Asian nations. That is, half of the population is overweight. These are serious social consequences. Therefore, specific and serious actions are needed to reduce or eliminate this threat. The rapid increase in obesity rates has directed the link with the factors such as low physical activities, ease of transportation, food intake and emotional factor. Thus, this study aims at identifying the most significant factors affecting obesity in Peninsular Malaysia. The factors that are detected to be the cause of obesity can help manage individuals with obesity problems. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) approach was used for the identification and ranking of each factor. The method adopted was one of the most reliable methods for both identification and the ranking off the most significant factors affecting obesity. The study selected seven respondents and applied the calculations. The calculations consist of seven steps. Initially, the goals and criteria to construct the hierarchy process were determined. This followed by questionnaires distribution to the respondents by using the linguistic scale. After that, two parameters were calculated, these include geometric mean weight and fuzzy weight. Lastly, the fuzzy weight and all the calculation were defuzzified and normalized. The results show the factors that affect obesity the most in Peninsular Malaysia is physical inactivity with the weight of 41.6% after normalized. The physical inactivity has been ranked the first factor, the food intake ranked second, the third rank is emotional factor and lastly is technology. The precise identification and ranking are very meaningful to the management of obesity problem. Firstly, there is a need to increase healthy physical activity. Secondly, the need to change their diet according to experts. Lastly, they need to manage their emotions and technology well.

In the rapid development of technologies, the number of users accessing the Internet is rapidly increasing. Many businesses are now expanding their operations through digital media and online commerce platforms. Digital media commerce is defined as a business that is assisted by the Internet to increase the productivity and profitability of a company that revolves around e-commerce. Malaysia is one of the potential countries for digital media commerce as we have a large crowd of internet users which are dominated by the younger generation, especially Generation Z. These groups of people are technology savvy and are more prone to using the Internet. However, the growth in online purchases in Malaysia is still slow compared to the global trend. Hence, by understanding their online purchase expectations and intentions, it can help businesses to improve their business strategy and cater strictly to Generation Z needs. It can also assist online retailers in providing customers with the same assurance that they have when they purchase from physical stores. From the findings, trust, security, and service quality are found to have significant influences on Generation Z's online purchase intention.

Accessibility is one of the most important aspects of the open environment, as it provides a sense of freedom, competence, and autonomy for active involvement and use. However, there is still a question about the accessibility given at sports and fitness facilities, particularly for disabled individuals, which has a negative impact on their involvement in physical activity. PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to see if there was a link between the accessibility of fitness facilities and the engagement of impaired people and athletes in physical exercise. METHODS: The participants in this study were divided into two groups: disabled persons and disabled athletes, totaling 140 people with disabilities. The Accessibility Instrument Measuring Fitness and Recreation Environments (AIMFREE) and the Physical Activity Scale for Individuals with Physical Disabilities (PASID) were used to evaluate accessibility and physical participation (PASIPD). The Independent Sample t-test was used to examine the outcome. RESULTS: The findings revealed a significant relationship between fitness facility accessibility and physical activity involvement (p0.01, r=0.356**) and a significant difference in physical activity participation between disabled persons and disabled athletes (p0.05). DISCUSSION: The findings demonstrated that the accessibility of fitness facilities has an impact on the amount of physical activity engagement, and that disabled athletes are more attached to physical activity than disabled persons. CONCLUSIONS: The research might be broadened to learn more about the factors that influence disparities in physical activity engagement among impaired athletes and disabled persons

The twenty-first century is marked by rapid and disruptive change. In such a fast-paced economy, individuals either workers or students must be able to reskill and upskill in order to stay on top of it. However, not everyone has the opportunity to enter a higher education institution to obtain the certificate for the required skills. Thus, Micro-Credential Courses are the solution to develop one's skills and they are eligible for everyone. Therefore, this research aims to present a unique and innovative strategy to develop and manage the process of designing Micro-Credentials module in Mathematics topic, specifically Functions. The observational study is applied to analyse the strategy in developing the modules developed by the educators in Universiti Teknologi MARA Campus Johor. The educators have proposed a series of strategies in developing the Micro-Credentials module based on the basic principles recommended by Malaysian Qualifications Agency, namely outcome-based, personalised, on-demand, transparent, secure and shareable. The findings revealed that the Micro-Credentials developed and designed based on these basic principles is suitable to be implemented in online distance learning. The designed module provides shorter duration course, flexible education model and enable workers or students to reskill and upskill on a particular mathematics topic.

Antioxidants are technically reductant molecules that prevent the oxidation of other molecules. As other living systems, human biological molecules are also prone to oxidation reactions. In order to repair all of the oxidation damage, human body is naturally producing antioxidants or known as endogenous antioxidant. Unfortunately, the body’s production of antioxidants declines with age and this is found to be a strong factor in contributing to premature aging and degenerative diseases. Researchers have found that exogenous antioxidants which are obtained from foods may work together with endogenous antioxidants to maintain the redox reaction balance in the body. There are thought to be hundreds and possibly thousands of substances that can act as exogenous antioxidants including carotenoids, flavonoids, indoles, polyphenols, essential vitamins (A, C, E), and the minerals copper, zinc, manganese, and selenium. Thus, this paper intended to give insights on the endogenous and exogenous antioxidants, supplements as antioxidant, as well as guiding readers to get benefits of antioxidants from foods for a better health management. It was found that diet containing fruits and vegetables link to superior overall health effects. However, fruits and vegetables should be consumed regularly by considering the right cooking method to get the best effect due to the fact that some antioxidants are sensitive to some cooking method. Apart from diet containing high antioxidants, adopting active lifestyles with consistent exercise and stress management are also required to ensure good and long lasting health.

Thus, this paper intended to give insights on the endogenous and exogenous antioxidants, supplements as antioxidant, as well as guiding readers to get benefits of antioxidants from foods for a better health management. It was found that diet containing fruits and vegetables link to superior overall health effects. However, fruits and vegetables should be consumed regularly by considering the right cooking method to get the best effect due to the fact that some antioxidants are sensitive to some cooking method. Apart from diet containing high antioxidants, adopting active lifestyles with consistent exercise and stress management are also required to ensure good and long lasting health.","PeriodicalId":153855,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Intelek","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127782447","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research misconduct is an act of falsification, fabrication and plagiarism. This unethical act affects the quality of research publication among private and public sector and is a threat towards the public trust. Studies have shown that there are many factors contributing to the act of committing this behaviour such as environment, pressure and time constrain. Therefore, this study aims to determine the association between knowledge, attitude, and practice of research misconduct among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. A questionnaire was adapted and modified for this study from the “Reporting of Suspected Research Misconduct in Biomedical and Behavioural Research” by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Research Integrity. Universal sampling method was applied, and the participants were the 4th and 3rd year students. Quantitative cross-sectional study was employed for this study. As a conclusion, there is a weak association between the knowledge and attitude towards practices in research misconduct among undergraduate researchers of FSK, UKM KL which is not statistically significant.
