The article discusses the conceptual foundations of the formation of the basic skills of functional literacy of persons with special psychophysical development in the social and communicative sphere with the aim of including children with different educational needs in the educational process, their optimal mastering of the content of curricula and preparation for successful life. The author indicates the principles on which the system of work is built, the formed communication skills.

Pedagogical diagnostics of psychoverbal developmentof young children: modern view of the problem 幼儿心理发展的教学诊断:问题的现代观点

The article describes the importance of early and timely diagnosis, the difficulties faced by specialists at the stage of diagnostic examination, as well as the need to provide corrective assistance at the early stages of the formation and development of a child. The article presents the main aspects of pedagogical diagnostics of the psychoverbal development of young children, describes the parameters for assessing the psychoverbal development of a third year child and the scoring of each parameter.

The article discusses the issues of studying and forming communication skills among junior schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities studying in special (correctional) schools; describes the specificity of communication of mentally retarded primary schoolchildren, the direction of correctional and pedagogical work on the formation of communication skills among students for successful socialization. Communication has been proven to play an important social role in the lives of children with mental retardation.

The article considers the problems of the formation of functional literacy and its structural elements in the field of ecological culture of persons with special features of psychophysical development. Possible ways of forming universal components of functional literacy are listed and justified. Multiplicative variants of games and exercises are proposed, in the course of which it is possible to create conditions where the listed universal components will be formed more efficiently.

Diagnostics of the formation of spelling skills in schoolchildren of 4th grade 四年级小学生拼写技能形成的诊断

The article deals with modern problems of diagnosing spelling skills and correcting dysorphography in schoolchildren. Conclusions are made about the shortcomings of the existing system, and the author's approach to solving this problem is proposed. The author proposes to highlight the constituent blocks of the process and correction of dysorphography: motivational, factual, algorithmic, motor, visual-spatial, speech and gnostic-practical. Based on the results of the diagnostic examination, a spelling disorder profile was developed.

Tkachyova. “The definition of educational skills of parents of children with developmental disorders.” In this article are briefly described different stages of emotional damages of family members. The difficulties with which parents, upbringing children with limited health opportunities face daily, are analyzed and formulated in this research.

The article highlights one of the topical areas in education, the professional readiness of teaching staff in the Republic of Kzakhstan. The article presents the results of a study involving state pedagogical staff of the Department of Education to identify professional difficulties in organizing inclusive education in preschool educational institutions and in schools. On the basis of the law on inclusive education in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the principles of inclusion, a program for advanced training of teachers, parents and all interested persons on the organization of inclusive education and accompanying children with disabilities in general education schools and in preschool educational institutions has been presented.
