Introduction: Natural and man-made disasters will have harmful impacts. Given the important role of healthcare centers in time of crisis, they need to be regularly assessed in terms of structural and non-structural readiness. Methods: This was a descriptive and cross-sectional study conducted on 22 urban and rural healthcare centers in Bojnord, a city in North Khorasan province, Iran. The relevant forms and checklists were completed through interviews with doctors, experts, and direct observation regarding functional, structural and non-structural documentation. After collecting data and completing the desired forms and checklists, the information obtained in all the centers was generally compared and evaluated. Results: Based on the results obtained from comprehensive urban and rural health service centers of Bojnoord Health Center, the level of functional readiness is 52.56, the safety of structural elements is 60%, the safety of non-structural elements is 57.32%, and the total safety is 57.71%. The disaster safety index is also 6 out of 10. Conclusion: According to the current research, the readiness of healthcare centers for disasters is far from the desired level. This situation could be due to the lack of an integrated disaster risk management, insufficient budget and knowledge on this issue. In the field of disaster risk management, it is necessary to plan to increase the understanding of disaster risk at the level of officials and society.

Introduction: Stress and social isolation can lead to the progression of the disease or the recurrence of cancer, in this regard, the need for stress management and mental relaxation in these people is essential. One of the ways to create peace in humans is to have meaning in life, and logotherapy education can play an effective role in achieving this goal. Today, logotherapy education is done in different ways for different target communities in the world, and the lack of a native Iranian model of logotherapy is considered one of our existing educational deficiencies. This study aims to validate a Iranian model of logotherapy for breast cancer patients. Methods: This descriptive-survey study was conducted based on the results of Neamati's Ph.D thesis (29) on the lived experience of cancer patients. This model include 4 main themes (individual and social development, transcendental suffering, positive psychological abilities, and the angel of death) and 16 sub-themes.The statistical population of this study included all psychologists in 1400, and 120 psychologists were selected by convenience sampling method. The data obtained from the survey of the psychologists were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and Amos22 software. Results:The findings of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the factor loads related to the relationship between the main theme and its sub-themes, in response to questions about patients' perceptions of the meaning of life, patients' perceptions of cancer, patients' perceptions of cancer strategies and its complications, and patients' perception of the meaning of death are in a favorable condition (0.6 to 0.7). Also, the explained variance of all sub-themes was higher than 25%. Conclusion:The native model of logotherapy for breast cancer patients has a good fit. It is suggested that the logotherapy-based model be implemented in cancer treatment centers and counseling and psychological centers for these patients.

The first stage was done qualitatively and based on descriptive phenomenological strategy. Based on targeted sampling, 20 nurses were selected from the COVID-19 ward of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd. The semi-structured interview was conducted, recorded, and written. In the quantitative stage for the validation of the package, while using the face validity and content validity, a panel of 12 experts was used for evaluation . \u0000Results: After extracting 9 main categories, the training package was developed according to the findings. Content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR) were used to validate it. The coefficients in all items for the CVI were higher than 0.79 and for the CVR were higher than 0.56. \u0000Conclusion: Empowering nurses in stress management is one of the effective ways to deal with this disease. Also, the training package has good face and content validity and has the necessary validity for educational and research applications.","PeriodicalId":166328,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of Tolooebehdasht","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128466459","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Introduction: The present study aims to investigate the effect of yoga and Pilates exercises on the motor ability of female elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design along with a control group. The statistical population was all the female elderly of Yazd city in elderly care and welfare centers. For statistical sampling, by referring to elderly care and welfare centers, a list of elderly (over 60 years old) of Yazd city was prepared and those who were willing to participate in the study were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups of 12 people, including yoga, Pilates, and control groups. Measurement tools included a motor ability test. The yoga and Pilates groups performed 6-week interventions, the control group did not perform any exercise interventions during the study, and only pre-test and post-test were taken from this group. Results: The results of the LSD test showed that the motor ability variable in the post-test had the best performance in the Pilates group. The results of the correlated t-test showed that the two Pilates and yoga groups in the post-test showed better motor ability compared to the pre-test. However, in the control group, there was no significant change from pre-test to post-test. Conclusion: By examining these studies, it can be said that functional interventions will probably have a positive effect on the performance of fine movements of different groups, especially the elderly.

Introduction: excessive consumption of salt is one of the unhealthy eating habits and is one of the factors in the high prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and the resulting mortality. Using swot tool is one of the effective measures in understanding the society, planning and new solutions for behavior modification. So, the aim of this study was to investigate the factors related to salt consumption in the target society in order to provide solutions to improve the current situation. Methods: An exploratory study was conducted in hamidia town of yazd city in 2020. Qualitative data were collected using three focus groups and twenty four individual interviews with women and eleven individual interviews with health workers. Quantitative data of knowledge, attitude and performance of women regarding salt consumption were collected using a validated questionnaire regarding salt consumption through a 4-part researcher. The amount of salt consumed was measured through a 24-hour food questionnaire and a urine test. Themes were identified from quantitative and qualitative data and analyzed and were interpreted using a swot matrix and solutions were designed using strategies COMBI. Results: the results of research showed that the highest priority among the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the program are, respectively, trusting the training of doctors and center personnel with the importance coefficient of 0.06, insufficient awareness about the complications of excessive salt consumption with the importance coefficient 0.06, the presence of nutrition experts in health centers and access to health professionals with the importance coefficient of 0.05 and the existence of conflicting information in the society about salt consumption with the importance coefficient of 0.053. Conclusion: Our results showed that, the best strategy for the program of reducing salt consumption in the target society was an aggressive strategy. Therefore, the relevant officials can, implement the aggressive strategies presented in this research to reduce the salt consumption
