the study actualizes the professional and pedagogical training of postgraduates. We consider theoretical and practical modernization of medical education under the conditions of globalization and rapid development of technologies. We reveal the relationship between educational medical institutions, teaching and educational practices. It is proven that personal knowledge is an important structural element preparing postgraduates.

CORRELATION BETWEEN SELF-ASSESSMENT AND SELF-CONFIDENCE OF STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND METHODS OF THEIR ACTIVATION 高职学生自我评价与自信的相关性及激活方法

Тhe essence of the definitions of “self-assessment” and “self-confidence” of the individual and their correlation is considered. The sources of self-assessment formation are indicated. The generalized conclusion of scientists is given, the essence of which is that the success, as well as the failure of a student of a technical institution of higher education is the result of high or low self-assessment. According to the results of the research, the urgency of the problem of forming an adequate self-assessment and increasing students' self-confidence in the process of studying at TIHE is emphasized. The mechanisms of their activation are revealed, namely, self-knowledge, self-control, self-regulation and self-programming. Special attention is paid to the role of innovative technologies: creating situations of success in the learning process and training. The key components of the method of behaviour rehearsal are considered, which are modelling, instruction and reinforcement

TEACHING OF PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED FOREIGN LANGUAGE ON THE BASIS OF A COMPETENCY-BASED APPROACH IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES 技术型大学基于能力导向的专业外语教学

Тhe article reveals the implementation of a competency-based approach in the process of teaching of  professionally oriented foreign language makes it possible to ensure the integrity of professional training of future professionals and the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”. The main directions of implementation of a competency-based approach in the process of teaching of business foreign language to future specialists of technical universities have been determined: updating of a target-oriented component and improving the substantial component in a system of professionally oriented training of foreign language; reorientation of the educational process from knowledge-oriented one to practice-oriented one; determination of learning outcomes in the form of foreign language competencies formed in student; application of such educational technologies that would contribute to the creation of educational and professional situations, the main purpose of which is to ensure the formation of certain foreign language competencies in students during the educational process.
Тhe文章揭示了在以专业为导向的外语教学过程中实施以能力为基础的方法,可以确保未来专业人员的专业培训的完整性和乌克兰“高等教育法”的实施。确定了在面向未来技术大学专业人才的商务外语教学过程中实施以能力为基础的教学方法的主要方向:更新面向目标的部分,改进面向专业的外语培训体系中的实质性部分;教育过程从知识型到实践型的再定位以学生外语能力的形式决定学习成果;这种教育技术的应用有助于创造教育和专业情境,其主要目的是确保学生在教育过程中形成一定的外语能力。

. The educational contacts of departments of pedagogy of institutions of higher pedagogical education of Ukraine of the second half of the twentieth century are studied. The active cooperation of the departments of pedagogy with the institutions of general secondary and higher education on the bases of the basic schools and departments, school offices of pedagogy, pedagogical classes, clubs, educational research laboratories, and experimental sites is considered. The specifics of the relationship between departments and scientific institutions, institutes of teacher professional development, their heads, teachers and employees are revealed.
