The article is devoted to the topical problem of psychology, neurology, and rehabilitation - the question of psychological features of behavior that have developed as a result of stroke. What psychological features arise as a result of ischemic stroke and how they affect the life quality of patients were analyzed. The role of factors influencing the psycho-emotional state and rehabilitati on potential of patients was shown.

The article examines the problematic issues of a broader understanding of inclusive education, in particular, the social dimension, emphasizing the openness and accessibility of education for all as a basis for addressing societal challenges. The peculiarities of the implementation of Europeana digital cultural heritage resources into the educational process are considered, the educational potential of which in the formation of digital competence of educators determines the search for innovative approaches and resources. It is proposed to introduce courses for first-year students on the peculiarities of the use of digital, which increases the level of the formation of their critical thinking and creativity in the open education circumstance.

The article discloses the essence of such notions as competency, professional competency, technology; it is proved that improvement of professional competency in pedagogic workers in the course of their qualification improvement occurs due to a technology, the constituents of which are lectures, seminar classes and trainings. The authors have determined considerable differences in methodologies on conducting laboratory and practical classes in nature sciences and humanities and sociology disciplines to attain the main goals of training, as well as the methodology of teaching juridical disciplines at higher education institutions. The importance of the attained knowledge in rendering socio-psychological and corrective services to students with special learning needs and its practical application in the higher education institutions’ practices has been researched; also, the efficiency of the described technology for the qualification improvement courses attendees in their further pedagogic activities has been proved.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of “focus on successful professional activity” and the relevance of its formation in future managers in the process of learning at a university. The methods and techniques of its formation are given that were used in the experiment. As part of contextual learning, modelling, the project method, the creating of success situations and other innovative technologies were used. Business Games were held to set goals and understand the strategy and tactics of achieving them. The formation of focus on the successful professional activity of students of the experimental group was accompanied by a focus on academic success, the transformation of a cognitive motive into a professional one, growth of achievement motivation and self-efficacy. This is also characteristic of students in the control group but to a lesser extent.

The publication highlights the technology of the establishment and implementation of the role game in the pedagogical process is discussed. An analysis of modern teaching interactive methods used by teachers in the United States, Ukraine and other European countries. The expediency of using role game in the initial process has been established. A study of the analysis of the current state of implementation of modeling role-playing games in Ukrainian higher education institutions has been conducted. An analysis was made of the technical expertise and effectiveness of the method of role game in the conditions of the 2020 pandemic in order to increase the efficiency of distance learning was analyzed.

The article considers the issues of organizing and conducting educational work among students of medical universities. We consider the educational potential of historical memory introducing academic integrity in medical universities. We analyze the relationship between morality and law realizing the policy of academic integrity. We found that the historical memory in medical universities has a cultural and anthropological basis and a clearly defined national profile. We determined the main principles of the educational potential of historical memory that form professional culture and moral consciousness of future doctors.

The problematics of employers’ participation in assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of the system of ensuring by higher education institutions of the educational activities’ quality and higher education quality is researched in the article. The article highlights the features of using the survey method to obtain information about the level of higher education quality, as well as the results of analyzing the content of questionnaires and interviewing employers regarding the level of responsibility of individual stakeholders in implementing reforms of the assurance system of higher education quality. The article suggests ways to improve the state policy on ensuring the quality of higher education at the University and state levels.

The article is devoted to the consideration of such an urgent problem as the formation of emotional intelligence in future teachers of higher education. In the study, a complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional intelligence in future teachers of higher education was developed and substantiated.Each psychological and pedagogical condition was provided with a complex of various forms, methods and teaching aids that made it possible to create an emotionally colored educational environment. With the help of an experimental test, the expediency of their introduction into the real educational process of training future teachers of higher education was proved.Analysis of the results obtained showed that the level of emotional intelligence among future teachers of higher education increased.
