The features of development of leader qualities of future civil servants are reflected and those, who is in government service in the process of professional preparation at higher school and by in-plant training. Also in the article certainly, that the input of the renewed maintenance and forms of professional preparation of future civil servants in HEIs and input of training forms in the process of in-plant training assists to development of their leader potential, actualized interest in practical activity in government service that assists further activity in a permanent capture by knowledge and use of them in practice in administrative activity of government service. The article contains authorial interpretation of directions of development of leader potential of civil servants as within the framework of the special programs of preparation so in the process of professional preparation in HEIs.

In the article, the essence of such notions as “inclusive education”, “inclusive education environment”, “inclusive resource center”, “a person with special education needs” is disclosed; the main stages in inclusive education development and formation in the word practices are given; the legal framework for inclusive education in Ukraine is considered as well as conditions in terms of which a higher education institution obtains the inclusive status; considerable changes in the regulative -legal framework concerning inclusive education environment improvement at higher education institutions (HEI) in recent period are determined; focused on that a necessary precondition for efficient forming of inclusive environment at a HEI is improvement of theoretical and methodological foundation of inclusive education, raising the training level of the teaching personnel who are to work with persons with special education needs, their material, technical, digital, and methodological support.

The article considers the main approaches to the problem of stress resistance of students in higher education institutions of Ukraine. It is determined that a number of scientists consider stress resistance as a property of the individual that determines its effective activity, and others as cognitively conditioned mechanisms for overcoming stress. It is noted that in psychological science there are other views on the stress resistance of the individual, but when studying the stress resistance of students in the educational process of higher education, it is advisable to use the above approaches. Studies suggest that most students have low levels of psychological stress, mental stress and medium, high levels of resilience. The main coping strategies of students’ behavior in stressful situations are “confrontational coping”, “avoidance”, “self-control” and “problem solving planning”.

The article considers the issue of computer training of mathematics teachers in the context of using computer mathematics systems as a teaching tool. The analysis of propaedeutic tasks of the course “Mathematical foundations of Advanced Informatics” (MFAI) is carried out. The system of tasks is considered and situational tasks are analyzed with the use of rules-guidelines and methodical instructions for solving problems with the use of the GRAN system. An updated syllabus of the training course is offered taking into account modern requirements. The analysis of the logical-structural scheme of the training course “Mathematical foundations of Advanced Informatics” (MFAI) is considered. The main advantages of using the GRAN system are demonstrated. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment using the computer mathematics system GRAN are offered. Criteria, indicators and methods of diagnosing the effectiveness of student learning are substantiated. The classification of problems is carried out and examples of didactic materials for teaching the course using computer mathematics systems GRAN are offered.

In the article it is studied out that the spiritual and moral value orientations education of students is becoming increasingly important. It is determined that the need to establish in education approaches that ensure a harmonious balance of moral and professional qualities of graduates of higher education institutions is emphasized in the strategic documents of education of Ukraine. The research emphasizes that the effectiveness of spiritual and moral education of future engineers is realized due to students' awareness of the essence of spiritual and moral value orientations, as well as stimulating the need for professional self–development of future professionals. The article describes the implementation of the author's special course “Spiritual and moral value orientations: ways of education” in the educational process of Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University.

the article is devoted to the problem of formation of responsibility among leader-professionals during the process of professional education at the university. The authors note that the solution to this problem is possible by developing a special pedagogical acme-technology. The paper presents characteristics of structural components of proposed technology (concept, content, procedural parts, software and methodology). In the course of this study, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of responsibility among leaderprofessionals were determined. The results of this study on the establishment of the influence of factor units on the responsibility formation of future leader-professionals in the process of their professional education at the university are discussed.
