Abstract: one of the characteristic manifestations of the evolution of society is considered which consists in a significant increase in the educational and qualification level of the broad masses of the population and an increase in the level of their culture. The share of intellectual work and its creative nature in various spheres of social production is becoming more widespread. It was found that the noticeable increase in the total number of different groups of the intelligentsia and its qualitative composition and level of culture requires a corresponding increase in the level of their general and professional culture, their intelligence, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the influence of leaders on other people. It has been proven that the leader's intelligence, through his specific influence, actively contributes to the development of the level of society's intelligence, which, due to the requirements for the leader's personality, contributes to the further development of his intelligence, increasing his role in the development of culture and the spiritual world of the population. The essential role in the formation and development of the leader's intelligence as one of the attribute qualities belonging to the education system and pedagogical practice is revealed. To do this, they should pay more attention to the proper performance of the functions of education, personal development and socialization of students, development of their culture and leadership potential.

Abstract: the article is devoted to the psychological analysis of the image of the witch in women's initiation stories of fairy-tale therapy. It was revealed that in the modern culture of various peoples of the world there are female images that are similar both in name and in their psychological characteristics, the main functions of which are keeping the hearth and taking care of children. The etymological and lexical analysis of the images of the witch, grandmother Yaga, sorceress, healer, fortune teller, priestess showed an ambivalent interpretation: on the one hand, she is a wise woman who gives and possesses secret knowledge, has supernatural abilities, heals, can predict the future; on the other hand, it is an evil hag that brings trouble, an enemy, knows how to taunt and cast a spell. The article studies how the psychoanalytic interpretation indicates the manifestation of the Archetypes of the Great Mother and the Wild Woman when these characters are perceived in the human psyche. In our opinion, it is possible to define three psychological stages of women's initiation stories of fairy-tale therapy - exit from the comfort zone, search for allies, tests, psychotherapeutic rethinking of which it is possible to acquire new behavioral patterns for overcoming stressful situations.

Abstract. the article reveals the meaning of the notions “activity” and “system” both in general and pedagogical science context as the integration components of the system and activity-based approach to education. The purpose of the article is to characterize the concept of the system and activity-based approach and describe its development applied to the educational process. Emphasis is placed on the history of the development of the system and activity-based approach. The results of the investigation made it possible to conclude reveal that the idea to combine system-based and activity-based approaches does not belong to one scientist. It appears in a number of works of philosophers and psychologists of the first part of the 20th century. Considering the issues of teaching and raising a child gave a substantial impulse to the development of this idea in the 1960s-1990s. Nowadays the studied methodological approach to educational process complements other ones.

Abstract: the article found out that the formation of leadership competence among future psychologists is now becoming acutely relevant. Based on the research of scientists, the essence of the concepts of “leader” and “leadership competence” was considered. The study states that the effective formation of leadership competence takes place through the individual's acquisition of successful leadership experience in simulated training situations. In order to check the effectiveness of the psychological and pedagogical training, aimed at forming the leadership competence of future psychologists, we organized a pedagogical experiment, the ascertainment stage of which took place in the autumn semester of the 2021/2022 academic year of the NTU “KhPI”.

Abstract: social and cultural factors of the development of modern tourism are studied. Particular attention was paid to the issues of the individual's need for tourist services, the social nature of the tourist's needs was determined, and the peculiarities of meeting the needs in tourist services were analyzed. Tourism is considered as a complex and multidisciplinary phenomenon, in its developed forms, it has a strong impact on both the person himself and many areas of his life – the organization of work and leisure, economic and social development, transforms the environment in the region in which it develops. Tourism is considered as a subject of scientific study, with its conceptual apparatus, functions and sphere of influence. The article examines the specifics of religious pilgrimage as a sociocultural phenomenon, social and individual spiritual practice, and a special communicative environment. The specific features of religious pilgrimage in the mentioned contexts determine the methodology of its sociological research.

The article is devoted to the theoretical foundations of self-preserving behavior of future specialists in extreme activities. The etymology and lexical meaning of the term “self-preservation” are analyzed. Theoretical analysis of the self-preserving behavior and its criteria in scientific sources is carried out. It has been found that most researchers distinguish between the concepts of self-preservation and health-preserving behavior, healthy lifestyle, the common task of which is to care for the health and preservation of individual life. It was found that a number of issues remain unresolved: there is no concept of self-preserving behavior of the individual in special and extreme conditions of activity; insufficiently developed technologies of health education and upbringing in higher education institutions with specific learning conditions; insufficiently studied specifics and stress factors of extreme activities and their impact on the mental and physical health of employees.

In the context of the global pandemic and the process of digitalization of society, the education sector has faced new problems, including the mediocre level of skills of participants in the process needed to use the distance learning technologies, insufficient digital literacy and ICT skills, unstructured educational material on educational platforms and lack of quality feedback. Therefore, the formation of new approaches to the organization of distance learning, the introduction of modern information and communication technologies for distance education and successful adaptation to them are currently the indicators of the quality of educational services. As part of the modernization of education, Ukrainian society and government are gradually mastering technologies aimed at intensifying the educational process, improving the forms and methods of training and suitability for use in distance learning. The article highlights the problem of choosing a management system of the educational process; lists the modern and latest educational platforms and additional or alternative digital tools to ensure the educational process in distance learning; discusses their functionality, advantages and disadvantages. The article considers the most popular distance learning technologies according to surveys of the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine: Viber messenger, Zoom video conferencing platform, social network Facebook, specialized learning management systems Microsoft Teams, GoogleClassroom, Moodle. There is also a brief overview of lesser-known learning management systems such as HUMAN platforms, New Knowledge and Unified School. The article notes the positive role in the development of non-formal education of such educational platforms as Prometheus, ED-ERA, iLEARN, LearningApps. It is demonstrated that the Ukrainian education sector has a sufficient number of information and communication technologies to ensure the quality of distance learning and adaptation to the new conditions of the era of digital transformation of society.
