Implementation of the Jigsaw Learning Model with the Assistance of E-Books and Audiovisual Media to Improve Sports Massage Learning Outcomes 借助电子书和视听媒体实施拼图学习模式,提高运动按摩学习效果

Learning outcomes obtained by students is one of the factors that determine success in the learning process. However, it is very unfortunate that not all students get optimal learning results. This classroom action research aims to analyze the increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the jigsaw learning model in sports massage lectures. Implementation of the action consists of two cycles with each cycle consisting of 4 meetings. The research subjects consisted of 39 physical education students. Collecting research data using written tests and skills tests. Data analysis was performed using a quantitative description. The results of the study revealed that the average value of cycle 1 learning outcomes was 63.85 and classical completeness was 62.23%. While the average value of learning outcomes in cycle 2 is 80.08 and classical completeness is 87.18%. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the application of the jigsaw learning model assisted by e-books and audiovisual media proved effective in improving student learning outcomes in sports massage lectures.

The Influence of Nutritional Status, Physical Fitness, and Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes in Physical Education, Sport and Health 营养状况、体能和学习动机对体育、运动与健康学习成果的影响

The aim of the study was to see the effect of nutritional status, physical fitness, and learning motivation on PJOK learning outcomes. This type of research is path analysis. The research population is students of SMPN 1 Tungkal Ulu. Sampling used purposive sampling, with a total of 30 female students. The research instrument used the Body Mass Index test, the Fitness Test for Indonesian Students, the Likert Questionnaire, and the results of the PJOK report cards. The results showed that:  (1) There is a direct influence of nutritional status on students' PJOK learning outcomes (2) There is a direct influence of physical fitness on students' PJOK learning outcomes (3) There is a direct influence of learning motivation on students' PJOK learning outcomes (4) There is an indirect influence of nutritional status on students' results learning PJOK through students' learning motivation (5) There is an indirect influence of physical fitness on PJOK learning outcomes through students' learning motivation (6) There is an indirect influence of nutritional status on PJOK learning outcomes through students' physical fitness.

The Effectiveness of Instruments and Norms of Physical Ability Tests for Athletes Aged 13-18 Years in East Nusa Tenggara Province 东努沙登加拉省 13-18 岁运动员体能测试工具和规范的有效性

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the instrument and the norms for testing the physical ability of athletes aged 13-18 years. This type of research is descriptive research with survey techniques using the test method. The population in this study were Student Education and Training Center athletes in East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 69 athletes consisting of 41 boys and 28 girls. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling of 69 athletes. The instruments used in this study were the 400 meter running test, sit and reach test, power hop test and multistage fitness test. The data obtained in this study were processed using t-test statistics with a significance level (α) = 5%. The results of research based on research and tests that have been carried out have a significant effect. Judging from the results of calculating the correlation coefficient of the influence and contribution of the old and new norms, namely: for male athletes, the value of R = correlation coefficient is equal to 0.720, while the magnitude of the contribution of the new norm to the old norm is shown by the R Square value of 0.518, which is 51.8%. Whereas for female athletes, the results obtained are R = correlation coefficient of 0.921, which means that the influence is large, while the contribution of the new norm to the old norm is shown by the R Square value of 0.849, which is 84.9%. So it can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of the instruments and norms for testing the physical ability of athletes aged 13-18 years in East Nusa Tenggara Province.

This study aims to improve football dribbling skills in Harapan Bangsa SSB players in Central Bengkulu Regency aged 10-12 years. The research method used is an action research method designed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects in this study were 24 SSB Harapan Bangsa players aged 10-12 years. Data collection techniques in this study used football dribbling skills test assessment instruments, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative and qualitative data analysis.This study began with a football dribbling skill test of 24 players, but only 6 players (25%) had effective skills. However, these results are still far from the success criteria set for training. In Cycle I, 8 meetings were held and only 17 players (71%) had effective skills when compared to the success criteria. The research then continued into Cycle II with the addition of playing methods, but only 5 meetings were held because it showed a significant increase, namely 21 players (87.5%) had effective skills. Based on these results, the playing method proved to be effective in the process of improving football dribbling skills. The players looked happy, excited and eager to join the training.

Sport is a series of regular and routine physical activities carried out by individuals to achieve certain goals. Sport is a physical activity that is planned to develop various physical components. Those who perform high-intensity sports activities become tired. Fatigue can generally refer to the body losing energy until it cannot move. Work systems and human resources both depend on occupational safety and health (OSH). This study aims to determine the understanding of employee lecturers on massage services at Bina Darma University's sports massage clinic. This research is descriptive research. The research population is patients who utilize massage services at Bina Darma University's sports massage clinic. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling with a sample size of 20 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and percentage. The results of research at the Bina Darma University Sport The results of the research at Bina Darma University Sport Massage Clinic in 20 people on each question item became in the very satisfying category of 85.75%, in the satisfying category of 76.75%, in the unsatisfactory category of 2.5% and there were no patients who gave an assessment of the sports massage clinic in the very unsatisfactory category.

This research uses the Survey Research Method, a quantitative research type approach meaning research that is comparative or different. The population and sample in this study were 17 Indonesian Badminton Elite athletes consisting of male and female athletes. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements: physical condition tests; For leg muscle explosiveness by using a vertical jump measuring instrument and a chronojump. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, overall data analysis using SPSS version 23. To obtain the results of this study, which is better the result of the explosive power of the leg muscles in Indonesian Badminton athletes using Vertical Jump and Chronojump. The results of this study showed that: There was a difference in the explosive power of the limbs in terms of the use of vertical jump and chronojump tools in  Indonesian Badminton Elite athletes with an average value between the two groups, whereas in the vertical jump group with an average value of  40.91,  the chronojump group with an average value of 45.47. This means that the chronojump group is better than the vertical jump group, this is evidenced by the results of descriptive analysis of the study with an average difference of 4.56. However, further research is recommended to pay attention to other physical factors, athlete psychology, and other factors that affect the achievements of elite Indonesian badminton athletes.

The population and sample in this study were 17 Indonesian Badminton Elite athletes consisting of male and female athletes. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements: physical condition tests; For leg muscle explosiveness by using a vertical jump measuring instrument and a chronojump. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, overall data analysis using SPSS version 23. To obtain the results of this study, which is better the result of the explosive power of the leg muscles in Indonesian Badminton athletes using Vertical Jump and Chronojump. The results of this study showed that: There was a difference in the explosive power of the limbs in terms of the use of vertical jump and chronojump tools in  Indonesian Badminton Elite athletes with an average value between the two groups, whereas in the vertical jump group with an average value of  40.91,  the chronojump group with an average value of 45.47. This means that the chronojump group is better than the vertical jump group, this is evidenced by the results of descriptive analysis of the study with an average difference of 4.56. Table Tennis Forehand Drive Learning Model for Application based Elementary School Students 基于应用的小学生乒乓球正手击球学习模型

This research produces a learning model for table tennis forehand drive strokes for upper elementary school students and tests the effectiveness of an application-based table tennis forehand stroke skill model for upper elementary school students. The research approach and method for this table tennis Forehand drive stroke skill learning model uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) research and development model. The subjects involved in this research were 34. The subjects of this research were upper elementary school students. The data analysis technique was created by conducting a pretest and posttest using a forehand drive stroke skill movement instrument. The results are analyzed, the point is to find out whether there is a percentage increase in skills through the learning model given to students. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the ability of table tennis forehand drive strokes for elementary school IV students after implementing the forehand drive movement learning model. The results obtained were 6.41% pre-test and 8.65% post-test.

This research uses the Survey Research Method, a quantitative research type approach meaning research that is comparative or different. The population and sample in this study were water skiers and wakeboard athletes as many as 30 people consisting of male and female athletes. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements: physical condition tests; For leg muscle explosiveness by using a vertical jump measuring instrument and a chronojump. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, overall The data analysis technique used is a t-test at a significant level of 5%. To obtain the results of this study, which one better results from the explosive power of leg muscles in Water Ski and Wakeboard Athletes of DKI Jakarta Province using Vertical jump and Chronojump? The results of this study showed that: There was a difference in leg explosive power in terms of the use of vertical jump and chronojump tools in  Water Ski and Wakeboard athletes with an average value between the two groups, wherein the vertical jump group with an initial test average value of 47.50,  the chronojump group with an average value of 27.97. This means that the vertical jump group is better than the chronojump group. However, further research is needed related to the environmental, psychosocial, and psychological factors of athletes and those related to improving athlete performance.

A Colorful Question Game to Improve Children Motor Skills in 4th Class Elementary School 提高小学四年级儿童运动技能的多彩提问游戏

This research aims to develop a basic motor skills learning model through game activities tailored to the developmental stages of students' ages. The game model used in this research is called "Colorful Question." This game is designed to enhance locomotor skills, particularly the basic movements of jumping and hopping, which are highly beneficial for training leg muscle strength, coordination, attention focus, and cognitive abilities of students. The research follows the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study are fourth-grade students in both boys' and girls' elementary schools, consisting of 27 participants in a small-scale pilot test and 65 participants in a large-scale pilot test. Validation results from experts show a CVI (Content Validation Index) value of 3.57 and a CVR (Content Validity Ratio) of 0.01, indicating that the developed "Colorful Question" game has high validity and is suitable for fourth-grade elementary school students, making it suitable for field testing (empirical validation).

The purpose of this study was to obtain information in the process of implementing basic locomotor movement learning with balance, creating and transmitting the learning process with basic locomotor movement models with balance for elementary school children in grade I to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness and efficiency and interest of children from the motion learning process. basic locomotor with balance for elementary school children in class I and created a learning model book for teachers as a guide for teaching basic locomotor movements with balance for elementary school children. This will increase effectiveness and efficiency as well as increase children's motivation to learn basic locomotor movements with balance. This research was conducted at SDN Semanan 14 Petang, West Jakarta, with 32 children as research objects. This study uses the ADDIE learning development model, which in this model starts at the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. From the results obtained, the basic locomotor motion learning model with this balance turned out to be very effective to be applied in learning. This can be seen from the increase in pre-test and post-test by using the paired sample test on the SPSS 25.0 T-Test.
