This study aims to determine the feasibility of pocket books based on specific motion material for pencak silat self-defense activities in learning self-defense activities for class VII junior high schools and to determine the results of students' readability tests. The research method uses a type of development research or Research and Development (R&D). The population in thi study were students of class VII, totaling 109 students. Then the sampling technique using random sampling amounting to 30 people. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification, feasibility analysis techniques and pocket book readability tests. The results of the research that has been carried out regarding the development of pencak silat learning media in the form of pocket books for junior high schools are pocket books that are "appropriate" for use as alternative teaching materials by PJOK teachers in schools, and pocket books that are very practical to use for students as a medium. This learning can be seen from the results of the readability test with the results of the percentage of the three aspects totaling 81.11 % categorized as Very Practical.

Physical activity is an activity of the body that is carried out systematically and purposefully, both preventive and curative. The purpose of this study was to analyze by knowing how the level of physical activity of students was during the post-covid-19 pandemic. The research method applied is a quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. The subjects in this study were all 32 students of Class X-2 SMA Pasundan 2 Cimahi City. The instrument used was using a questionnaire about physical activity which only took two types of activity out of three types of activity, namely activity during exercise and during free time. The data analysis technique uses a survey quantitative analysis type, namely the proportion technique. From the results of the study it is known that the physical activity index of students when exercising gets an average score of 2.96 which is included in the less active category, while the physical activity index in their free time has a score of 3.30 which is included in the moderately active category. This indicates that more physical activity is carried out in students' free time than during sport.

The Indonesia National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS), over a third of all adolescents (34.9%) reported a mental health problem, with depression in third position in mental health problems (5.3%). High levels of physical activity and low sedentary behavior of athlete students have been associated with improved self-concept and reduced mental health problems, such as depression. As a result, depression has received little attention in this population. To describe the prevalence of symptoms of depression among athlete students at a single university. This cross-sectional study was administered to undergraduate students enrolled in physical education, faculty of teacher training, and education at the University of Bengkulu. Participants (n=70) completed the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) and a demographic questionnaire. Differences in symptoms of depression were calculated by gender. The prevalence of symptoms of depression, as measured on BDI-II, was 36%, and there is no significant gender difference in the prevalence of symptoms of depression (p>0.05, distributed between male and female participants (52% women and 24.4% men). The BDI-II identified the prevalence of symptoms of depression among athlete students. The symptoms of depression in female students were higher than in male students.

Problems regarding physical fitness when allowed to return to activities outside the home after the implementation of work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic need attention for teachers at schools. The subject closest to fitness is physical education, bearing in mind that in physical education movement activity, movement quality, and movement skills are learning objectives that must be achieved. This research will provide an overview of the literature regarding how physical education can improve student fitness which is expected to lead to healthy and achieving students. This study uses a combination of interactive qualitative and non-interactive qualitative methods. The non-interactive qualitative method in this research is in the form of a literature review model or literature study. While the interactive qualitative method is in the form of interviews with students. The results of literature studies based on research published nationally and internationally show that fitness can be improved through correct movement habits. Movement habits at school can only be obtained by following physical education subjects. So that physical education can improve the fitness of students with motion activities. The motion in question is not just moving but improving the quality of the motion. Because with the increase in the quality of movement, the quality of life also increases. Interactive qualitative results are in line with literacy in which students feel an increase in fitness marked by the ability of students to carry out activities without feeling tired which means after the implementation of Physical Education at school. As a follow-up to this research, it is hoped that research related to increasing fitness through physical education will examine more about innovation in methods, models and strategies for learning physical education so that the physical education carried out is of good quality and even better.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of push-up and dumbbell front exercises on the speed of hitting Kizame gyaku tsuki in male athletes at Inkanas, Central Aceh 2022.The location of this research was carried out in the hamlet where the research was located at INKANAS Aceh Tengah, the hall of the Central Aceh Kodim hall. This type of research is an experiment. The population in this study were all karate athletes in Central Aceh INKANAS, totaling 15 people. The sampling in this study was carried out by purposive random sampling (conditional sample), the condition was that athletes were active in INKANAS Central Aceh. In this study, the sample to be made was 10 people. The data collection technique used is by taking the pre test, treatment, and post test. From the analysis of the data that has been done, it is known that the value of the hypothesis tcount is obtained at 44.75 and ttable 1.833, then tcount (44.75> 1.833 ttable), so that there is a significant effect of push ups and dumbbell front exercises on the speed of hitting Kizame Gyaku Tsuki in athletes Son in Central Aceh Inkanas in 2022.
