This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's leadership in education financial management. Financing management is critical to the success of the education sector. As a sector, funding is essential for the development and maintenance of quality education programs and initiatives, so it requires a strong foundation and leaders to bring educational institutions to be better. The principal as a leader is responsible for the achievement of the expected educational goals. This research uses the research method of literature study. This approach is a research method by collecting and analyzing existing literature on a particular topic or field of study. The result of this study is that school principals play an important role in managing education finances and implementing effective leadership strategies can significantly improve resource management and utilization. One key aspect of effective leadership is the ability to communicate financial information clearly and transparently to all stakeholders involved, including teachers, parents, and the wider community. This can be achieved through regular financial reports and meetings that provide an overview of the school's financial situation and how funds are allocated

Evaluasi Program Indonesia Pintar Sebagai Kebijakan Peningkatan Kesetaraan Pendidikan Dan Kurikulum 对印度尼西亚 Pintar 计划作为改善教育平等和课程设置政策的评估

This research aims to evaluate the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) as a policy to increase educational and curriculum equality. This research uses qualitative methods with library study techniques based on data all sourced from national journal databases. At the same time, appropriate search terms are a prerequisite for accurate data acquisition. To make search results as comprehensive and accurate as possible, the Authorb of Science core collection was selected for this study. This research uses the subject "Curriculum Management and the Smart Indonesia Program". The results of this research show that the challenge in evaluating context is the mismatch between regulations at the central and school levels (regulations of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education and Culture and standard operating procedures (SOP) in all schools in Indonesia. Schools must be involved in student verification and validation to determine which students will receive PIP funds so that they are truly targeted. There is no clear SOP for the data that will be submitted as a database of PIP recipients

This research aims to analyze the evaluation of students' character education in the 2013 curriculum management in rural and urban schools. This research uses qualitative methods with library study techniques based on data all sourced from national journal databases. At the same time, appropriate search terms are a prerequisite for accurate data acquisition. To make search results as comprehensive and accurate as possible, the Authorb of Science core collection was selected for this study. This research uses the subject "2013 Curriculum Management and Character Education". The results of this research indicate that in order to improve the quality of learning in the 2013 Curriculum, teachers need to use student characteristics and culture as a basis for developing learning principles and programs. Because, whatever efforts are chosen and carried out by teachers and learning designers if they do not rely on the individual characteristics of students as learning subjects, the learning they develop will not be meaningful for students.

Determinan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Pulau Sumatera dan Pulau Jawa 苏门答腊岛和爪哇岛劳动力吸收的决定因素

Labor absorption is the opening up of greater employment opportunities to provide more job opportunities for the working age population. Job opportunities that are already filled can be seen in the number of people who are already working. The aim of this research is to look at the influence of the Provincial Minimum Wage, Labor Productivity, and Gross Fixed Capital Formation on Labor Absorption on the Islands of Sumatra and Java. Secondary data used in this research comes from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Manpower. The method used in this research is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method and uses panel data with 80 studies with a research period of 2018-2022. The results of the research show that the Provincial Minimum Wage and PMTB have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption on the islands of Sumatra and Java. Meanwhile, labor productivity has a negative and significant influence on labor absorption on the islands of Sumatra and Java.

Urgensi Bela Negara Untuk Meningkatkan Jiwa Nasionalisme Dan Perananya Dalam Intergrasi Nasional 国防在弘扬民族精神方面的紧迫性及其在民族融合中的作用

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the urgency of the concept of National Defense in strengthening national identity and increasing the feeling of love for the country among the community. Apart from that, this research also aims to analyze the role and implementation of the National Defense program in the context of national integration, by identifying factors that support or hinder its success. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the concepts of National Defense, the spirit of nationalism, and national integration and to identify the relationship between the three. The concept of National Defense has high urgency in the context of national development in Indonesia. Through active community participation in National Defense programs, a collective awareness of the importance of loyalty, solidarity and national unity is created. Defending the Nation has a significant impact on increasing the spirit of nationalism among society. Through participation in National Defense activities, society can strengthen feelings of love and loyalty towards the homeland and foster solidarity and unity among citizens. Implementation of National Defense programs also has a positive impact in strengthening national integration. Through collaboration between citizens from various backgrounds, an inclusive and harmonious environment is created amidst cultural and ethnic diversity.

A family company or family business is a business in which two or more family members are directly involved to have ownership and become the main control of the business. The study examined the effect of family management, family ownership structure, capital structure and investment opportunity set on company performance. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022 and a sample of 22 companies using purposive sampling techniques. By using multiple linear regression for panel data and using  data processing software in the form of Eviews, this study found that family management and family ownership structure did not affect company performance, capital structure had a negative and significant effect on company performance and investment opportunity set had a positive and significant effect on company performance.

Konsep Manajemen Sumber Daya Dalam Paradigma Pendidikan Islam 伊斯兰教育范式中的资源管理概念

This research investigates Islamic education resource management methods and their impact on the effectiveness of Islamic education institutions. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, this research analyses concepts, history and approaches in Islamic education resource management. The research method involved collecting data from various sources, including books, journals and official documents relevant to this topic. Data analysis was conducted by summarising the findings and identifying relevant patterns and trends. The results show that Islamic education resource management includes managing human, material, financial and spiritual resources by applying Islamic values in every aspect. The history of the development of Islamic education management shows an evolution from the golden age to the modern era, characterised by challenges and adaptation to changing times. There are various approaches to Islamic education management, such as operational, behavioural, system and quantitative approaches, which provide a comprehensive framework for managing Islamic education institutions effectively and efficiently. By understanding the concepts, history and approaches in Islamic education resource management, it is hoped that Islamic education institutions can achieve their educational goals more effectively, as well as make a positive contribution to the development of Muslim society as a whole. This research provides valuable insights for Islamic education practitioners in designing management strategies that are in line with Islamic values and the demands of the times.

The history of the development of Islamic education management shows an evolution from the golden age to the modern era, characterised by challenges and adaptation to changing times. There are various approaches to Islamic education management, such as operational, behavioural, system and quantitative approaches, which provide a comprehensive framework for managing Islamic education institutions effectively and efficiently. By understanding the concepts, history and approaches in Islamic education resource management, it is hoped that Islamic education institutions can achieve their educational goals more effectively, as well as make a positive contribution to the development of Muslim society as a whole. The aim of this research is 1) to determine the independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 learning. 2) knowing the form of independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 learning. 3) know and describe the factors that influence the independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 learning. 4) find out what efforts are made by the school to overcome problems that arise in the implementation of P5 learning related to the independence of class 1B students. This research was carried out at Tugu Jebres Elementary School, Surakarta. This form of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research strategy uses a qualitative descriptive design with a case study approach. The subjects of this research included class 1B teachers, class 1B students and parents of class 1B students. The object of this research is independence in implementing P5 to increase the independent character value of class 1B students at SD Negeri Tugu Jebres Surakarta. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be concluded that: 1) the independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 at SD Negeri Tugu Jebres Surakarta consists of 6 indicators. The independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 is categorized as 80% of students being independent. 2) the form of independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 learning includes students being able to learn on their own. 3) factors that influence the independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 learning are influenced by internal factors and external factors. 4) the efforts made by the school to overcome problems that arise in the implementation of P5 learning are that teachers and the school will always encourage, motivate and provide opportunities for students so that they can learn and be independent.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana Dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pendidikan Berdasarkan IASP Tahun 2020 d MAN Kota Cimahi.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Kepala sekolah bersama tenaga pendidik di MAN Kota Cimahi mengadakan rapat mengenai perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sebelum tahun ajaran baru, kepala sekola juga meminta masukan dari setiap penanggung jawab atas pengadaan sarpas baik di dalam kelas maupun diluar kelas, Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana di anggarkan ke dana BOS, Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di MAN Kota Cimahi melibatkan empat tim, memiliki standar operasional (SOP), dan menggunakan buku catatan peminjaman barang. Ada dua faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana yaitu Faktor pendorong dari manajemen sarana dan prasarana di MAN Kota Cimahi adalah adanya dukungan dan perhatian dari pemerintah untuk terus membangun fasilitas yang berkualitas demi kelancaran akademik dengan bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS), faktor penghambatnya adalah adanya sarpas yang hilang atau rusak dan di satu sisi anggaran tidak mamadai. Simpulan, sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap sangat mendukung terhadap proses pembelajaran bahkan menunjang terhadap capaian tujuan pendidikan.

Effective leadership in the context of immigration management is an important element in achieving the country's goals of optimizing Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) and increasing progress in the immigration sector. This study explores the leadership role of Silmy Karim, a private figure who has responsibilities in the Directorate General of Immigration, by focusing on the influence of integrity and the spirit of defending the country in his leadership. The concept of learning by doing and the corporate management approach are also the focus in analyzing the strategies and principles applied by Silmy Karim. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations and study of related documents. The research results show that Silmy Karim's leadership significantly influenced the increase in PNBP and progress in immigration management. Integrating the values of integrity and the spirit of defending the country in the performance of the Directorate General of Immigration is the key to achieving significant results. The implications of private leadership in the management of government agencies are also highlighted in the closing.
