This research aims at identifying impact of CSR on dimensions of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample size of 422 was collected from staffs and managers. The analytical method of Structural Equation Modeling,(SEM) was used in this research. The results of the study showed that four factors of CSR including employee, customer, environment, and legality positively influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

The goal of this study is to determine in vitro propagation media of Taqua banana. The results showed that: the optimal medium for banana bud regeneration was MS medium (Murashine & Skoog 1962) supplemented 0.1 mg/l NAA, 100 mg/l adenine sulfate, 30g/l sucrose, 8 g/l Agar, 5 mg/l BAP, 10% volume coconut juice and kept in completely dark condition. The medium, which is similar to bud generation media except for supplementing BAP 7 mg/l, was also good for bud replication with 6,33 shoots per sample after 4 weeks. (2)The medium, which is similar to bud generation media except for non-added BAP and an increase of NAA from 0.1 to 1 mg/l, was the best for the banana rooting.

The Party and State consider collective economy development, in which the cooperative is the core, to be one of the important priorities to agricultural and rural development on the path of industrialization and modernization and building the new rural areas. Therefore, one of the aims of the introduction of the 2012 Law on cooperatives is to form and develop the new-type cooperatives in order to create a platform, an important factor for restructuring agriculture, improving competitiveness and creating sustainable income for the farmers. This article has used the methods of statistical investigation, integration, description, analysis and comparison to assess the real situation, shortcomings and restrictions of agricultural cooperatives in Bac Ninh province then, it proposes solutions to the improvement and development of the agricultural cooperative model in Bac Ninh province the upcoming time.

The training of administrative officers plays siginificant role since it decides the effectiveness in conducting the civil service management activities in the local government in the current period. This article has generalized the situation of the training of administrative officcers in the period from 2011 - 2015, then provided some solutions to improve the efficiency of civil servants training.

According to the ordinary procedure, the time duration for a case proceeding can be extended from 4 to 8 months; therefore, subjectively the judge who is assigned to settle the case does not necessarily determine the type of case involving simple facts or the clear legal relationship to deal with promptly; consequently, the simplified procedure which was specified in the Civil Procedure Code 2015 has fulfilled that task. However, by examining the new provisions on the simplified procedure, the author realizes that there are certain limitations. In this paper, the author assesses the real state of law restrictions in practice, and then applies the methods of synthesis, analysis, comparison and evaluation in order to make proposals for the perfect law based on the view of the Party and the State on the strategies of judicial reform. The proposals can be both applied effectively in judicial work and used as reference sources for law students and for teaching.

The article used the methods planning mathematics to give alternatives machines, construction equipment. This problem, based on the specific constraints such as mass excavation, leveling, compaction, transport ... to meet the full workload as planned. Additionally, this task must also satisfy the given objective function is minimal cost machine shift and ensure the execution time is shortest. This approach aims to bring about economic benefits for the construction company and is used for reference when selecting machines, construction equipment works with the same workload. Macrostructure and microstructure are the backbones of a dictionary, by which the processes of compiling headwords and planning a dictionary entry have to be conducted systematically. By adaptingsignificant remarksfrom previous works and modifying some limitations of the existing Khmer - Vietnamese bilingual dictionaries, this article aims at pinpointing some issues related to compiling bilingual entry on the basis of Khmer and Vietnamese linguistic features as well as itspurposes, audiences, space and compiling time bound.

This research aims at identifying factors affecting the sales and assets growth of listed firms on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. The data were collected from 130 firms during 2008-2013. The study results showed that factors affecting the firms growth includes return on equity, leverage, firm size, firm age and governmental ownership. The average growth rates of sales and assets are 17,4% and and 17,3% respectively.

By applying equipment TGA – Q500, the analysis of total ash in animal feed is faster and more economical. With the heat program including: temperature to cineration is 600°C, heat rate is 15 0C/min. thermal stability time is 15 minutes,the research has the efficiency about 98,92 (%) when performed on the standardsamples whose value is 13.92 ± 0.7 (%). This method saves time down only 60.37 minutes, thus reducing energy consumption and attaining higher profits than the traditional methods.
