EFFECTS OF DIETARYASTAXANTHIN SUPPLEMENT ON GROWTH AND COLOR OF KOICARP (Cyprinus Carpio) 饲料中添加虾青素对鲤鱼生长和颜色的影响

The study was conducted in order to find the astaxanthin content suitable for growth and color of Koi carp. The fish in the experiment with the length of 7.87 - 7.90cm and weight of 8.46–8.52g were set up in 4 treatments with 4 astaxanthin levels:0 mg (NT1), 55 mg (NT2), 65 mg (NT3), 75 mg /kg(NT4) food with 3  replicates. The results showed that environmental factors such as temperature, pH, N-NH3 and N-NO2 were within the suitable range for growth and color of Koi fish. Survival rate ranged from 46.67 to 66.67% (p> 0.05). Growth in length (15.26 - 15.55 cm) and weight (47.31 - 48.39 g) did not differ significantly between treatments (p> 0.05). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) between treatments was not different. The fish color index in NT3 was significantly higher than the others.  Therefore, the content of 65 mg/ kg of food resulted in best color of Koi fish.
本研究旨在寻找适合锦鲤生长和颜色的虾青素含量。将体长7.87 ~ 7.90cm、体重8.46 ~ 8.52g的试验鱼分为4个处理,分别饲喂0 mg (NT1)、55 mg (NT2)、65 mg (NT3)、75 mg /kg(NT4)饲料,共3个重复。结果表明,温度、pH、N-NH3、N-NO2等环境因子均在锦鲤生长和颜色适宜的范围内。生存率46.67% ~ 66.67% (p> 0.05)。生长长度(15.26 ~ 15.55 cm)和生长质量(47.31 ~ 48.39 g)在不同处理间差异不显著(p> 0.05)。不同处理间饲料系数(FCR)无显著差异。NT3处理的鱼色指数显著高于其他处理。因此,饲料中添加65 mg/ kg时锦鲤的颜色最佳。

EXPERIMENT ON ARTIFICIAL REPRODUCTION OF BROCCOLI (Trichogaster Lalius) WITH HCG AT DIFFERENT DOSAGES 不同剂量HCG对花椰菜人工繁殖的影响

The trail on artificial reproduction of dwarf gourami(Trichogaster lalius) with HCG at different dosages is to identify the maturation ability of Gophers (Trichogaster lalius) and compare the influence of HCG at different doses on the reproductive efficiency of dwarf gourami.The experiment consisted of 4  treatments (NT): 3000UI(NT1), 4000UI(NT2), 5000UI(NT3), 6000UI/kg(NT4) females. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed that during the  conditioning process, environmental factors such as temperature and pH were in the appropriate range for the maturation process of broodstock. The highest maturation rate is 40% in females and 45.83% in males. The survival rate in the conditioning process was quite low at 88.33% in males and 66.67% in females,  which however did not affect the results of the experiment. For stimulation to reproduction by HCG at different doses, the fertility rate fluctuates from 33.33% - 66.67% fertility ability ranges from 268.56 to 389.72 eggs / g female, fertilization rate 61.50%, and hatching rate 98.71%. The most appropriate dose of HCG for  broccoli is 4000UI and the highest fertility of the four treatments is 389.72 eggs/g females.

ASSESSING THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INTENSIVE AND SEMI-INTENSIVE GOAT FARMING SYSTEMS IN DUYENHAI DISTRICT, TRAVINH PROVINCE 海南省都严海区集约化和半集约化山羊养殖系统的经济效益评估

This research is conducted to assess the economic efficiency of two farming operations of goats called intensive and semi-intensive in Duyen Hai District, TraVinh Province, thereby finding out the drawbacks of each system and potential solutions towards the sustainability of goat farming in the area. An in-depth interview method was applied (KIP) to inteview two different groups of participants. The first group was leaders of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of TraVinh Province and the second group consisted of 120 household farmers in four communes of Duyen Hai District. Beside, multivariate regression model is also applied in this study. The findings show that both systems offer a great deal of productivity (VND 113.27mil/year/household for semi-intensive farming system and VND 136.11 mil/year/household for intensive farming system). However, in response to climate change, the intensive goat farming operation brings higher level of profits and has a lower environmental impact, especially goat manure is beneficial for crops.

APPLICATIONS OF MOFs MATERIALS (CuOBA) AS A CATALYST FOR REACTION OF 5’-BROMO-2’-HYDROXIACETOPHENONE AND BENZYL ETHER mof材料(CuOBA)在5′-溴-2′-羟基苯乙酮与苯醚反应中的应用

The metal organic frameworks material (CuOBA) was synthesized by solvothermal method. The physicochemical characteristics of this solid catalyst  were  determined by a number of different analytical techniques including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron  microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). The CuOBA was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the coupling reaction of C=O connection between 5’- bromo - 2’-hydroxiacetophenone and benzyl ether in good conversion. The effects of time, temperature, concentration of reactants, solvents, and mass of catalyst were surveyed. The results revealed that CuOBA is used as a catalyst for organic reactions with conversion of 87%, and the solid catalyst could be recovered six times without a significant degradation in catalytic activity.

KHMER WOMEN IN THE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MOTHER LANGUAGE – A CASE STUDY IN TRA VINH CITY 高棉妇女母语的保护与发展——以特腊汶市为例

Khmer women always play the certain positions and roles in life and cultural, social activities of Southern Khmer. Regarding the role of gender, they have strong influence on preserving and promoting the mother language of their own ethnic minority. In this paper, the researcher has investigated, surveyed and analyzed the situation of using the mother tongue of Khmer women in Tra Vinh City. On that basis, the study proposes some solutions toward promoting the role of Khmer  women in preserving and promoting  their mother tongue in the coming time. 
高棉妇女在南高棉人的生活和文化、社会活动中始终扮演着一定的地位和角色。就性别的作用而言,他们对本少数民族母语的保存和推广有着强烈的影响。本文对特拉荣市高棉妇女使用母语的情况进行了调查、调查和分析。在此基础上,本研究提出了在未来一段时间内促进高棉妇女在保护和促进其母语方面的作用的一些解决方案。

EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AND TRENDS IN POSTHARVEST PRODUCTS PRESERVATION AND PROCESSING: A REVIEW 采后产品保鲜与加工的新技术与发展趋势综述

The development of techniques such as instant controlled pressure drop, nanotechnology, pulsed electric field and ultrasound treatment have spanned over  many years and culminate today as an effervescent research topic in the food processing field. Mainly striving to improve the efficiency of our current processes and to steer food processing towards a greener, more sustainable state, most of these innovative methods compile promising results when combined with conventional techniques. In the face of undeniable environmental challenges and growing demand from consumers, sustainability and economic values should come hand in hand to consider a responsible future for the food industry. Thus, applications of the presented technologies each have demonstrated lower energy and water consumption, lower processing times and improved end-product quality.

FACTORS THAT IMPACT THE BEHAVIOR OF DOMESTIC TOURISTS ON CHOOSING ECO-TOURISM DESTINATION IN BEN TRE PROVINCE 本特省国内游客生态旅游目的地选择行为的影响因素

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the behavior of choosing of eco-tourism destination in Ben Tre province. This study was employed to examine the relationships of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control with behavioral intention and actual behavior. The study uses StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM) and the sample of 169 domestic tourists who choose ecotourism destination in Ben Tre Province. The findings have indicated that attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control have a direct effect on behavioral intention of tourists. The study also contributes some implications for enticing more tourists to ecotourism destination in Ben Tre province, limitations and suggestions for future studies.
本研究的目的是找出影响本特勒省生态旅游目的地选择行为的因素。本研究旨在探讨态度、主观规范、行为控制知觉与行为意向和实际行为的关系。本研究采用结构方程模型(SEM),以本特省169名选择生态旅游目的地的国内游客为样本。研究结果表明,态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对游客行为意愿有直接影响。本研究为本特省生态旅游目的地吸引更多游客提供了启示,并对未来的研究提出了限制和建议。

RESEARCH ON THE PROCESS OF PRODUCING PASTEURIZED BEVERAGE FROM IMPERATA CYLINDRICAL BEAUV ROOT 白草叶根生产巴氏杀菌饮料的工艺研究

The process of Imperata cylindrical Beauv root beverage was studied for making the best quality and shelf-life of products, diversifying herbal beverage products and being beneficial to health. The results showed that: Imperata cylindrical  Beauv roots were treated at the temperature of 100°C with 40gin 02 liter watermass that brought a good sensory and high Brix value 2,05±0,04 for products. The products were mixed with 9°Brixby rock-sugar and 0,03% citric acid. Pasteurization products packing in glass bottles at the temperature was 90°C and P-values was 5 minutes, respectiveli. With the above treatment conditions, Imperata cylindrical Beauv roots beverage made products unchanged in flavor, yield good quality, microbiological safety and be preserved for a long time.
为提高产品的质量和保质期,使草药饮料产品多样化,有利于人体健康,研究了白草叶圆柱Beauv根饮料的生产工艺。结果表明:在100°C的温度下,用40gin 02 l的水质量处理白桦圆柱根,可获得良好的感官和较高的白度值(2,05±0,04)。产品以9°Brixby冰糖和0.03%柠檬酸配制。巴氏杀菌产品包装于玻璃瓶中,温度为90℃,p值为5分钟。在上述处理条件下,白杨圆筒形美人根饮料的产品风味不变,收率好,微生物安全,保存期长。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FOOD SAFETY KNOWLEDGE AND HYGIENE PRACTICES OF STREET FOOD VENDORS IN TRA VINH CITY 越越市街头摊贩食品安全知识与卫生行为的关系

The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between the current food safety knowledge of street food vendors and their hygiene practices in Tra Vinh city. Fifty street food vendors were randomly selected and the survey was conducted using a face-to-face interview method through the questionnaire. The results showed evidence of a slight relationship between the food safety knowledge of the street food vendors and their hygiene practices (r = 0.27, p > 0.05).  Based on the demographic information, the education might be the most important factor for a better understanding of the variability of the food safety  knowledge (F = 3.54, p < 0.05), but not that of the hygiene practices (F = 0.78, p > 0.05). Until recently, the training of food safety knowledge has been conducted with the expectation that street food vendors would prepare and store food safely in case they would have adequate food safety and hygiene knowledge.  However, our study shows that the current training way has not been effective due to the fact that the behavior of street food vendors who were trained was not different from the behavior of street food vendors who were not trained

KNOWLEDGE OF THE YOUTH ABOUT THE ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY (AEC) AND THEIR AWARENESSS OF APEC-RELATED OPPORTUNITIES AND THEREATS 提高青年对东盟经济共同体(aec)的认识,以及他们对与apec有关的机会和措施的认识

ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was established in 2015 and many agreements and commitments must be completed by Vietnam in the future. In the context of deeper integration, Vietnamese enterprises are facing competitive pressures in the domestic market. Thus, to take advantage of opportunities and respond to challenges, Vietnamese enterprises need to focus on building a workforce that is keenly aware of the challenges and opportunities of the AEC. This will help consolidate and improve their competitiveness. However, Vietnamese companies and their employees have not been unready for the AEC yet. The lack of  information about the AEC and the instructions become a major obstacle to the economy. The purpose of this research is to measure level of knowledge of the youth about the AEC and estimates its impact on their awarenesss of opportunities and threats related to the AEC. Results from the survey of 214 young  employees show that Vietnamese youth are confident of their subjective knowledge of the AEC, but their objective knowledge of the AEC is quite low. The youth recognized many opportunities and challenges brought by the AEC. Some relevant implications for managers, educational institutions and policymakers are also suggested in this research.
东盟经济共同体(AEC)成立于2015年,越南必须在未来完成许多协议和承诺。在一体化深入发展的背景下,越南企业在国内市场面临竞争压力。因此,为了抓住机遇,应对挑战,越南企业需要把重点放在建设一支对东盟经济共同体的挑战和机遇有敏锐认识的劳动力队伍上。这将有助于巩固和提高它们的竞争力。然而,越南企业及其员工还没有为AEC做好准备。缺乏关于AEC和指令的信息成为经济发展的主要障碍。本研究的目的是衡量青年对AEC的知识水平,并估计其对他们对AEC相关的机会和威胁的认识的影响。对214名年轻员工的调查结果显示,越南青年对AEC的主观知识有信心,但对AEC的客观知识却很低。青年们认识到AEC带来了许多机遇和挑战。本研究对管理者、教育机构和政策制定者提出了一些相关的启示。
