Cultural practice is a kind of expression and reflection of real livelihood into human mind and experience, is a set of knowledge, values, faiths and social standards constructed by the whole community; therefore, it contains the rhythm and breath of life and can be changed to meet the demands. Regarding socialenvironment, the communities always keep going on the processes of developing and diversifying their culture through acculturation, exchange and localization, which finally constructs the social norms, goals and driving forces for their advancement. Among various approaches and methodologies, the change in empowerment in cultural practices actively offers the optimized values in functional standardization and implementation. The final value is undoubtedly the social capital. This research is to investigate the introduction, development, change and empowerment of the Chinese-rooted Guan Gong belief in Vietnam, through which emphasizes the process and nature of the cult during the deep absorption in Vietnamese history of anti-foreign invasions throughout the last two centuries, and enriches local values of a characteristic belief and a symbolic icon of multicultural exchanges in Vietnam, especially in the Southern region. Thispaper applies the theories of deconstruction and empowerment under cultural studies perspective in order to analyze and explain the processes of deconstruction, restructuring and empowerment in the cult of Guan Gong in Southern Vietnam as well as extract the regular principle of cultural exchanges locally.

The objective of this paper is to determine factors affecting on entrepreneurial intentions of business administration students of Faculty of Business Administration at University of Economics and Law. The research data were collected from 361 students through convenience-sampling method. By conducting an exploratory study, we found that there are six factors influencing students’ entrepreneurial intentions including: (1) Perceived Behavioral Control, (2) Organizational employment motivation, (3) Environment for Entrepreneurship, (4) Self employment motivation, (5) Subjective norm and (6) Academic Support. In which, Perceived Behavioral Control has the most powerful effect on entrepreneurial intentions of business administration students.

The different structure and size of TiO2 nanoparticles ranging from 0.8 nm to 2.7 nm with two different phases of anatase and rutile were studied by Density Functional theory based Tight Binding (DFTB) method. The results showed that the stability of the rutile phase was better than that of the anatase phase. Based on calculation of the electronic properties of particles, the energy band gap of rutile particles was comparable to that of bulk structure. In contrast, the energy band gap of the anatase changed irregularly. Moreover, the formation energy that was used for forming the particles was inversely proportional to their size based on computation of energy. The results provided useful instructions for practical applications in fabrication of TiO2 nanoparticles.

This research is to examine factors affecting consumers’ attitude to smartphone advertising in Ho Chi Minh City by questioning 290 consumers. The methodologies of Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analyzing (EFA) and linear multiple regressioning were used by SPSS program. The results show that there are five main factors affecting consumers’ attitude to smartphone advertising in Ho Chi Minh City, ordered by the decreasing level of importance: entertainment, informativeness, credibility, non- irritation, permission and control. From that, the research makes the suggestions to smartphone advertisers in order to improve customer service better.

The study aims at evaluating consumers’ attitudes toward promotion in shaping Vinamilk brand equity in Can Tho City. The research was conducted through a survey of 296 customers at four districts in Can Tho City. In this study, the descriptive analysis method, Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used. Hypotheses and models were tested by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Bootstrap method with the repeated samples of 1000. The research results showed that attitudes toward advertising and sales promotions have the impacts on the dimensions of brand equity. In which, the attitude toward sales promotions has the strongest impact on perceived quality, while the attitude toward advertising has the strong impact on brand awareness. In addition, the research also showed that the dimensions of brand equity have impact on the overall brand equity. Based on the studying results, implications for managers were proposed in order to enhance the effectiveness of promotion activities on Vinamilk brand equity.

The complex case study is one of the qualitative research methods applied in many fields. However, studies using this method are limited since various forms need identifying in orderto match the research objectives. Within the content of this article, the author introduces the basic theories and steps of the complex case study in qualitative analysis. In addition, in order to facilitate the clearer understanding and the application, this article illustrates the topic of "innovation in cooperation between third party logistics service providers and customers" using this method. In this article, the author presents three analytical cases: (1) Nike - APL Logistic scenarios; (2) APL Logistic - TBS Logistics; (3) APL Logistic - ICD Tan Cang Song Than to clarify the steps of the complex case study methodology.

In this paper, we improved the reversible data hiding method of Qu’s et al. The original image is divided into overlapped equalsize blocks (2x2). Each of block is used to predict a pixel. Then a histogram is constructed from the different value between the original pixel and the prediction pixel. In order to increase thecapacity, the proposed method combination with EMD table to change the histogram. According to Qu’s method, each pixel satisfies only one bit of information is embedded. In our method, by using the EMD table, each pair of eligible pixels can embed three bits of information. Experimental results show that the proposed method increases 1.5 times the hidden performance while the image quality changes negligibly.

Today, with the need of connecting information anytime, anywhere, especially mobile Internet and Internet of Things (IoT), this has set three important requirements:solving the number of connections, increasing the speed of access and higher security than current networks. The ITU-R team has developed contents that related to the technical specifications of the 5th generation (5G) mobile communication system called IMT-2020. In order to address one of the three major requirements of network operators, which is high availability connectivity, non-orthogonal multiple access technologies (NOMA) have been used to solve the problem. In contrast to orthogonal multi-access technology, NOMA serves a large number of users due to the non-orthogonal resource allocation. This article will introduce NOMA techniques and standards for peak data rates, user experience, bandwidth, reliability, latency, transmission capacity. . .

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet, the transmission of digital data such as images, videos and texts through the Internet becomes more convenient. Therefore, how to protect the integrity and copyright of digital data has become an urgent issue. This paper presents a watermarking method that based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) in order to protect copyright of digital images. The experimental results show that the quality of watermarked images are maintained good with high robustness against various attacks and watermark can be extracted from embedded image without original image.

In conducting the research, some methods are used such as reading books, magazines, finding online documents, surveying the way of managing data at hospital, analyzing, designing model of data, programing and testing. The study has successfully built a website and a computer application which can read information in RFID. It allow users to resolve problems including online examination registering, doctors’ timetable managing, and patients’ examination time arranging automatically and exactly.
