This study is to investigate the effects of Areca nut aqueous extract and Levamisol for deworming against Ascaridia galli infection in Noi chickens. A total of 72 Noi chickens were used in the experiments and randomly assigned to 3 treatments, having 24 chicks per treatment with 4 replications (n = 6/replicate). The results showed that gain weight level of chickens using Areca nut aquaeous extract was better than the control treatment. A decrease in worm infection percentage of chicks treated by Areca nut aquaeous extract and Levamisol at the age of 5 – 6 weeks compared with 4 weeks was also reported. There was a highly significant effect (P < 0.05) among the treats on Ascaridia galli infection rate at 6 weeks of age, decreasing much lower in the treatment using Areca nut aquaeous extract.

Maturity harvest, quality and the shelf life of fruits after harvesting have intimate relationships with one another, especially to the climacteric fruit group. Maturity harvest is the most important factor that determines postharvest shelf life and the quality of cantaloupe [1]. There are significant physiological changesbetween immature and mature fruit during the development of cantaloupe that affect the quality of cantaloupe. In this research, Chu Phan cantaloupe was harvested at 26, 29, 32, 35, 38, 41 days after setting fruits. The results showed that the most suitable time for harvesting the cantaloupe wasat 32 days after setting fruits. The average weight of fruit was 1,68 kg, the hardness reached 0,1834 kg/cm2, the brix valued 6° brix, total sugar of 40mg/g, titratable axitityof 0,05%, vitamin C of 41 mg%; and the storage time at 10 ± 1°C has been extended to 21 instead of 15 days to the cantaloupe which was stored at 28 ± 1°C.

In the context of globalization today, speaking and using two languages is an advantage to develop yourself and to achieve success. To meet that need, many bilingual dictionaries were developed on a large scale. The bilingual Vietnamese-Khmer, Khmer-Vietnamese dictionary is still very modest in terms of number of words. This has not satisfied the need to study bilingual Khmer - Vietnamese of the large population in Cambodia as well as people in areas with large Khmer ethnic groups such as the Southwest. The bilingual dictionary of Vietnamese - Khmer and Khmer - Vietnamese of Tra Vinh University will be a contribution to the development of the dictionary field, it will effectively support for learning bilingual Khmer - Vietnamese simultaneously. Contributing to preserving and promoting the national cultural identity and performing the political cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia.

This article is an overview research of the legal provisions of Vietnam and international about the licensed operation of copying a work in the educational system, which proposes a number of measures in order to help this activity take place effectively. The contents, which are related to the licensing conditions, how to copya licensed work for students in order to record a copying remuneration and redistribute that to copyright owners, are analyzed and evaluated based on the provisions of law and the status of copying in the current educational system. The licensed copying operation that is performed effectively will contribute to protecting the interests of copyright owners, help students copy a work in a legal way, and uplift respect for the copyright in the current educational environment.

This paper is to identify lead content in soil by extraction-photometric method and using non-polar solvents (CHCl3) to extract complex of lead (II) -dithizone. The optimal conditions of extraction process of lead(II) dithizonate have been identified: pH is from 8.5 to 10,0; the maximum wavelength of lead(II) dithizonate compound is 520nm (λmax = 520 nm); absorbance of the solution in compliance with the Bougher-Lambert-Beer law is in wide range from 0.02 to 0.1 mg/l.

Curcumin, a natural phenolic compound, is extracted from turmeric exhibiting several biomedical activities. Unfortunately, less aqueous solubility causesl drawback in medicinal application. This study introduces a method in order to produce a biomaterial containing high content of curcumin nanoparticles, which can overcome curcumin’s poor dissolution and wound healing. This method uses a thermo-reversible pluronic F127-grafted gelatin (GP) which play the role as surfactant to disperse and protect nanocurcumin from aggregation. The synthetic GP copolymer was identified via 1H NMR. Thermal transition behavior was identified under test tube inversion and differential scanning colorimetry (DSC). The synthesized curcumin size was characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), which indicated that the size of nanocurcumin significantly varied ranging from 7 to 285 nm according to the amount of feeded curcurmin. The nanocurcumin-dispersed GP copolymer solution forms the nanocomposite hydrogel when warmed up to 36.27 °C. Release profile indicated the sustainable release control of nanocurcumin in the thermogel system. These results showed potential application of the biomaterial in tissue regeneration.

The survey was carried out in Mua Xuan agricultural center, Hau Giang province from 9/2014 to 12/2014. The study recorded 41 butterfly species, which belong to 32 genera of 05 families. Nymphalidae was the most dominant family, followed by Pieridae, Hesperiidae and Lycaenidae whereas Papilionidae had the lowest frequency of occurrence. The findings also indicated that Melaleuca forest and roadside sight were two diverse habitats where the butterfly species were found most.

This article aims at presenting the research results on determinants affecting the financial efficiency of Summer-Autumn and Autumn-Winter crops based on the data collected from 167 rice farmers in Soc Trang province. The results showed that three indicators presenting the financial efficiency of Autumn-Winter rice crop were higher than that of Summer-Autumn rice crop. The factors affecting the financial efficiency of Summer-Autumn rice crop included the cost of fertilizer, the cost of pesticides, the cost of harvesting, the cost of hiring labor, the cost of irrigation, the cost of depreciation of machinery and equipment (negative correlation), and cultivated land area (positive correlation). For Autumn-Winter the cost of fertilizer, pesticides, harvesting costs and labor costs had a negative impact on financial performance, while the cultivated land area, the educational level and experience of the household’s head had a positive impact on the financial efficiency of this crop.

The Khmer language vocabulary is not only inherent in the Khmer language but is also characterized by the fact that it is composed of elements from other languages and gradually becomes an indispensable part of the language system in Khmer language. If the concept of Khmer is just the word available in the Khmer language at the newly formed stage, it will be difficult to see the change and development of the Khmer itself and not reflect the true nature of the Khmer language. In terms of origin, the SanscritPali words have been high-level Khmerized, so Khmer language users do not consider them as extrinsic words but native words - pure Khmer words.

The study is conducted to determine the factors that affect the cohesion of civil servants and employees (CCVC)in the state agencies in Kien Giang province. Convenience sampling method is conducted and information is collected by the survey with sample size of 343. Reliability assessment method Cronbach’s Alpha and explorer factor analysis (EFA) are used to screen and extract satisfactory factors. The results of regression analysis identified factors: the field work; relations at work; working environment; promotion opportunities; skills and personal capabilities; the future development of the organization and income that have affected the commitment of CCVC in the state agencies in Kien Giang province. Through the analysis the authors have proposed a number of recommendations to the local management to developt and use of human resources as well as measures to retain talent.
