Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 智力对员工表现的影响

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

Pengaruh Brand Awareness terhadap Consumer Decision Making 品牌知名度影响消费者决策

This study to find out how brand awareness in CFC Bandung, how consumer purchasing decisions in CFC Bandung, and how the influence of brand awareness of purchasing decisions in CFC Bandung. This research is done by using quantitative method with descriptive data analysis. The number of samples in this study was 117 consumers who ever made a purchase in CFC Bandung. Test this instrument, reliability test, hypothesis test, simple regression. The results show that brand awareness has influence with  49% by having a significant positive relationship is very strong. Brand awareness has a simple linear regression value of 0.370. This means that brand awareness increases one unit, the consumer purchasing decisions will increase by 0.370 units. This study shows that brand awareness has an influence on consumer purchasing decision in CFC Bandung.
本研究旨在找出品牌意识如何在氟氯化碳万隆,消费者如何在氟氯化碳万隆购买决策,以及品牌意识如何影响氟氯化碳万隆购买决策。本研究采用定量方法和描述性数据分析。本研究的样本数量为117名曾经在万隆购买CFC的消费者。检验本仪器,信度检验,假设检验,简单回归。结果表明,品牌知名度与49%的企业有显著的正相关关系,影响非常强。品牌意识的简单线性回归值为0.370。这意味着品牌知名度每增加1个单位,消费者的购买决策就会增加0.370个单位。本研究显示品牌认知对万隆CFC消费者的购买决策有影响。

Pengaruh Kualitas Website (Webqual 4.0) Terhadap Penggunaan Kembali 网站(网页质量4.0)对再利用的影响

This study assesses the effect quality of the website Tokopedia using WebQual 4.0 on repeat usage of website services (study on tokopedia website users). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tokopedia website quality on repeat usage which context is e-commerce. Tokopedia growth until the end of 2016 made them as a refresher in C-to-C Commerce which has the modern services that gather buyers and sellers without face to face interaction so website platform of tokopedia has important role in tokopedia business activity. The research method using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. Method for data analysis are using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Sample on this research are 200 respondents which is users of tokopedia. Based on the results of data, website quality is in good category and repeat usage is in fair category. The conclusion of this research is there is influence of website quality on repeat usage is equal to 40,6%.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 工作环境对员工绩效的影响

One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. Employees in a company should be provided with a comfortable working environment to produce optimal performance. The work environment is an important thing to be considered by every company and is one of the factors that determine employee performance. The purposes of this research are to know how is the work environment, employee performance and how much is the impact of the work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 116 employees at the Division of Part Detail Manufacturing Production Directorate of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Based on research that has been done, the regression equation Y = 40 404 + 0,438X. The study states the working environment and employee performance in the Department of Part Detail Manufacturing Production Directorate of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) has a positive relationship (moderate) with a value of 0.438 and the working environment influence on employee performance.

Service Quality dan Implikasinya Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan

The high level of society mobility needs to be supported by adequate infrastructures. Sufficient and adequate toll road infrastructure is able to increase the acceleration of a country's economic and social development through the creation of effectiveness and resulting efficiency. Optimal service delivery can gain customer satisfaction. One approach to measure service quality that many used as a reference is SERVQUAL (Service Quality). There are five dimension on servqual model, that is reliability, assurance, tangible, emphaty and responsiveness. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction in order to improve the quality of service and to know the service attributes that are prioritized to be maintained and improved by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Branch Purbaleunyi. Data processing methods in this study using the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and descriptive statistical analysis. While the data analysis methods used are simple linear regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination and quadrant analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality variables have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Purbaleunyi toll road.

Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan 工作安全和健康对员工工作效率的影响

This research was conducted to find out how the process of implementation of safety and health program in the production director detail part manufacturing division   PT Dirgantara Indonesia, this research also can be known about work productivity at PT Dirgantara Indonesia.  This research was conducted on 117  respondents who are employees of the production director detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia. This study used primary data by using questionnaires and interviews also using secondary data obtained from books and journals. The classical principle test used for this research is normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The result is employee productivity in productivity direktorat production detail part manufacturing division PT Dirgantara Indonesia of 27.1% made by the implementation of health and safety programs as much as 72.9%. The result of hypothesis test shows that there is significant influence between the implementation of work safety program to the work productivity of the employees of the production directorate part manufacturing PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

Pengaruh Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 内部沟通对员工绩效的影响

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.

Characteristics that affect consumption behavior adolescents are often influenced by psychological factors. This study explores an intention based theory of Ajzen and Fishbein be a model of human behavior known as Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). The object of the research is a high school student in Bandung. From the 100 questionnaires, research results show that the intention to consume a product is the partial effect on the student's attitude (such as strong, stylish, handsome, sociable, flexible, bold). Bisnis Olah Raga: Peran Bauran Pemasaran Pada Keberhasilan Usaha 体育业务:营销组合在商业成功中的作用

As a big city, Bandung needs sports area and facilities. However, in fact, just a little land available to be utilized. Seeing this potential market, some people who are keen to catch this opportunity are competing to set up the necessary sports facilities for residents. Futsal is one of the most famous. As a new business model, management needs various tactics and strategies to attract customers such as marketing mix strategy, yet the suitable marketing mix for sports business is still undiscoverable. For that reason, this study tries to find the dominant marketing mix that determines the success of a sports business venture, especially futsal, using the quantitative descriptive method. Collecting data from a total sample of 62 business units scattered in Bandung, the data from this sample then processed by the regression testing. The results prove that not all variants of the marketing mix futsal determine business success, critical success factors futsal sports business is largely determined by the quality of the product (futsal field) and supporting accessories.

Pengaruh Job Insecurity Terhadap Turnover Intention

This study aims to determine how the image of job insecurity, turnover intention, and influence of job insecurity on turnover intention in PT Sandy Globalindo. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, while the data collection techniques are interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents who were determined by simple random sampling. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation is Y = 26 543 + 0,398X. The study states that in PT Sandy Globalindo, job insecurity and turnover intention have a positive relationship was at 0.464 and job insecurity influence turnover intention of 21,5%.
本研究旨在探讨Sandy Globalindo PT员工的工作不安全感形象、离职倾向,以及工作不安全感对离职倾向的影响。本研究使用的方法是描述性方法,而数据收集技术是通过简单随机抽样确定的101名受访者的访谈和分发问卷。根据已有的研究,回归方程为Y = 26 543 + 0,398X。研究表明,在PT Sandy Globalindo中,工作不安全感与离职倾向的正相关为0.464,工作不安全感影响离职倾向的比例为21.5%。
