There is no doubt that translation activity contributes to keeping knowledge in various fields. However, the quality of translation outputs no longer meets the aspirations of many intellectuals and those interested in translated scholarly literature. Therefore, this study aims to identify the challenges of translating scholarly literature from English into the Arabic in an attempt to understand and classify them in three dimensions: the challenges related to the translator, the challenges related to the scholarly literature, and the organizational challenges. A case study methodology is adopted based on focusing on one of the government training facilities in Saudi Arabia that includes 56 Arabic speakers who have higher education degrees in the field of English language. After verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, only 31 individuals participate, which form 55% of the total target group. The study concludes the significance of nine challenges related to the translator, three challenges related to the scholarly literature, and six challenges related to the organizational challenges. In conclusion, the study presents some recommendations that are drawn from the results.

Digital wallets are among the modern and contemporary issues of jurisprudence, whether they are linked to a company such as: the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) or a bank; Ex: Alinma Bank. These digital wallets are considered a new method of financial technology "Fintech" which is required by contemporary civil life with its speed in communication and information exchange. These digital wallets offer a number of services, features, and commissions, such as: facilitating purchases, payments, online shopping, bill payments, and transferring funds locally and internationally. In addition, some digital wallets give gifts and commissions, which are a sum of money or a gift in kind when using digital wallets under certain conditions. Hence, this research discusses those jurisprudential issues that arose due to dealing with these digital wallets, and the research was divided into three sections: The first section: the concept of the digital wallet and the services it provides. The second section: a description of the operations of digital wallets and their ruling in Islamic Sharia. And the third section: application of some fatwas and decisions of Sharia committees regarding digital wallets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research answered important questions, such as: What is the description of Digital wallet operations in Islamic Sharia and what is its ruling? What is the ruling on gifts, commissions and fees for using digital wallets? This, and through the application of the inductive, analytical and applied method, to identify the legitimate rooting of these important issues in Islamic jurisprudence; The study was applied to some of the decisions and fatwas of the Sharia committees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this regard. It is one decision and one fatwa. The research also reached important results, including: that the relationship between the customer and the digital wallet is like the customer’s relationship with the current account; As the client is a lender to those portfolios and current accounts. And therefore; It is permissible to settle payments with it, such as bills, purchases, and the like, and the wallet will return the loan instead. It is permissible to transfer currency through digital wallets, whether it is a local or foreign currency, with its exchange in the local currency and vice versa. The issue of the digital wallet may impose fees on operations and take a commission on the transfer; Because it is a broker or a paid agent, and the customer may take the gifts and benefits that these digital wallets give on deposit without a requirement and also on the use of the balance.

In The Tempest, his final play, William Shakespeare is able to depict one of the significant ideas shared by many creative writers in a convincing manner. Contrasting illusion with reality throughout the play, he resorts to a number of literary devices and techniques that help entertain the audience while, at the same time, providing viewers and readers with multiple interpretations. One such device is his capacity to render familiar ideas in unfamiliar ways greatly similar to what is presented in modern day fantasy books and movies that are blended with magic realism. Based on Victor Shklovsky’s concept of defamiliarization (Ostranenie), this article will attempt to shed light on some of these possible interpretations which are basically related to humans and the world they live in. A world where human life was, is, and will remain an arena of conflicting values such as peace and conflict, love and hatred, justice and injustice, morality and immorality, tranquility and tempests, etc. Accordingly, the bard’s work demonstrates that achieving paradise or utopia on earth is an illusion to which we constantly resort to avoid dealing with the harshness of reality; on the other hand sinking in an abyss of unresolvable misery is similarly an illusion which can be overcome if people are ready to face reality. It will also purport to show that reality and illusion are just as intertwined as human happiness and despair.

This study, entitled "The Features of the Wretch in Lamiyyat Alarab", seeks to reveal some of the moral and congenital features of the Wretch in the poem "Lamiyyat Alarab" by Alshanfari. Various characteristics of the Wretch were identified when Alshanfari describes himself, thinks well of moral traits that relate to his own nature, and distinguishes him with virtues and good manners. The study points out the characteristics of: alienation, isolation, and exclusivity in the Wretch's own life. In fact, Alshanfari describes himself as: courageous, patient, resistant, self-esteemed, virtuous, ascetic, worried, humble, modest, firm, respectful of opinion, and refraining from gossip. The study approaches the congenital features that pertain to the shape and appearance of the Wretch represented in the life of Alshanfari, which are also revealed by the study of Lamiyyat Alarab. Some of these features are: thinness of the body, lack of interest in appearance, and the incomparable fast running. The study concludes that Alshanfari, in his wretched life, focuses on moral characteristics as the most important human aspect by which one is evaluated, since it is not the appearance, it is the essence.

research subject The idea of the research can be summed up by collecting the practices that scholars have stipulated on the agreement of all sects in the past, and they apply to modern groups; Until they become benchmarks by which these sects and groups are known, and comparing them with the method of Ahl al-Sunnah, and explaining how to use these benchmarks to identify and guard against sects and groups, although the details of their doctrines or beliefs and organizational affiliations are not known. His most important results 1- There are four landmarks; They are: to warn against scholars, to slander heads of state, to communicate secretly without ordinary Muslims, and to link loyalty and disavowal to sects or organizations. 2- These landmarks can be used by any Muslim to take precautions and be wary of their owners, because of their clarity and the absence of the need to specialize in specific Islamic sciences to know them. 3- Make the criterion of loyalty and disavowal based on loyalty to the group or to the organization negative effects and actions on religion, the individual and society. 4- The glorification of references and their sanctification, then obedience and exaggeration in them, then the oath of allegiance in reality or in judgment; They are the foundations of the deviation from the concept of loyalty and disavowal.

The current research aims to reveal the requirements of knowledge economy skills in the two majors of Arabic language and knowledge-based sciences necessary for middle school students (male and female students). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher reviewed many educational and economic studies related to the subject of the research and benefited from them in the design of his tool, where the questionnaire consisted of (59) paragraphs that were applied to a sample of specialists in Arabic language and science amounted to (39) teachers. The research reached several results; including: the axis: (Social Requirements and Communication) that got the first rank, with an average of (3.23), while the axis: (Economic requirements and preparation for the labor market) that got the last rank, with an average of (2.81). While commenting on the results, the researcher explained the reasons for the discrepancy in the search axes in the order, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the semantic level (α = 0.05) due to specialization, qualification, experience, or gender.

This analytical descriptive study aimed to enhance the contribution of Islamic culture books at King Abdulaziz University to achieving the belongingness components. To achieve this goal, the most important components of belongingness that should be included in these books were determined through an oppinionnaire (a survey of the opinions) of 24 educational experts, and then the content of all the four Islamic culture books taught at King Abdulaziz University was analyzed in light of the belongingness components whose importance was agreed upon. The results of the content analysis showed that the books of Islamic culture at King Abdulaziz University contribute to achieving the belongingness components to Islam by a very large percentage (99.15%), global belongingness by (0.55%), and Saudi national belongingness by (0.30%). The most frequent components of Islamic belongingness were: defining the belongingness components to Islam, maintaining the performance of Islamic duties, sensing the importance of the belongingness components to Islam and the people's need for them, and raising awareness of the challenges or problems facing the Islamic community. On the other hand, the least frequent components of Islamic belongingness was: the development of the spirit of belongingness and the unity of common interests among the Islamic countries. In light of these results, several requirements were proposed to enhance the contribution of Islamic culture books at King Abdulaziz University to achieving the belongingness components.

This research examined a birth method that has recently spread in a number of countries, namely: (the Lotus Birth). It is the practice of birthing the baby and placenta, and leaving the two attached until the cord falls off on its own. This method of birth has a number of benefits in the interest of the newborn. However, these benefits are not essential, but rather complementary. Moreover, Lotus Birth method was proved to have some disadvantages, which represent a risk to newborn’s health and may lead to the death of the newborn. After investigation and research in Islamic Fiqh ruling on lotus birth; the researcher concluded that the ruling should be based on the consequences of this birth method; if it represents a risk, then it should be forbidden. Otherwise, it is permissible - unless it is accompanied by a pagan belief.
