The Problems facing Female Students in Early Childhood Departments at Shaqra University and their relationship to their academic performance 沙克拉大学早教系女生面临的问题及其与学业成绩的关系

The research attempts to identify the problems facing female students in early childhood departments at Shaqra University and their relationship to their academic performance. To answer the research questions, the researcher adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a research instrument. The research population consisted of all the female students studying in the early childhood departments at Shaqra University amounting (1270) students. The research was conducted on a random sample of (300) female students and the researcher used the questionnaire as a research instrument. The outcomes indicated that there is medium-level agreement among the female students on the problems facing female students in early childhood departments at Shaqra University which affect their academic performance, where economic and social problems come in the first place, followed by psychological problems, and finally, academic problems came as the least problems facing female students in early childhood departments. The most important recommendations proposed by the research include:Reduce the academic requirements for each course and only adopt assignments that develop the student's ability to give and experiment, and enhance the curriculums in self-directed ways that facilitate understanding,Arrange with libraries to provide the required references and books for the courses in an amount that suits the female students’ economic level, Reduce the psychological pressure resulting from the balance between theoretical and practical subjects on the female student by providing her with proposals and mechanisms that help to prepare her psychologically for balancing between the subjects with the participation of the Academic and Social Counseling Unit in the colleges

Structural Modeling between Academic Buoyancy, Psychological Well-being, and Self-efficacy among University Students 大学生学业浮躁、心理健康与自我效能感的结构模型研究

The present paper aims to identify the relationships between academic buoyancy, well-being, and self-efficacy. It aims to develop a model of relationships between academic buoyancy (independent variable), self-efficacy (intermediate variable), and well-being (dependent variable) in a sample of (582) female students at Najran University. It adopted the academic buoyancy scale, well-being scale, and self-efficacy scale as tools of data collection. To analyze the results, IBM SPSS v.23 and Amos v.20 were used. The results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between academic buoyancy, well-being, and self-efficacy. Moreover, self-efficacy positively affected the relationship between academic buoyancy and well-being.

E-marketing and Business Intelligence in the Era of Big Data 大数据时代的电子营销与商业智能

Telemarketing considers an effective tool, as it provides products or services to clients through different methods. The revolution in information and communication technology has greatly facilitated shared value between companies and customers. Marketing functions have turned into a new concept and taking a more effective form with the spread of digital technology. In the era of big data, companies have become increasingly dependent on business intelligence and data analytics to discover and gain crucial insights. In this research, an accurate data collected from a bank data set during the period (2013- 2018) were used, to sell long-term deposits, these data include 20 variables and 40.000 contacts, and a dual response variable ("yes" or "no") that describes whether or not a customer will purchase a long-term deposit, as the artificial neural network models, logistic regression and a naive rule are designed to measure performance. This amount of data collected, known as big data, is changing the way companies work by opening new customers, companies, and markets the way each party is visible to everyone, and based on the results, it turns out that the predictive performance of multilayer artificial neural networks is better than other models.

The relationship between patience and both control of thoughts and ruminative thinking 耐心与控制思想和反刍思维之间的关系

Purpose: The study aimed to examine the relationship between patience and its various components and both control of thoughts and ruminative thinking. Materials and methods: The researcher used the descriptive on a sample of (131) individuals, The mean age of the participants is (32.88) and a standard deviation of (9.76). The researcher used three scales: the patience scale, the thought control scale, and The Response Style Questionnaire. Results: The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the total degree of patience and the total degree of controlling thoughts. It also found a positive relationship between the total degree of patience with the dimension of distraction and re-evaluation, while the sub-dimension (worry) was negatively associated with the total degree of patience. It was also found that there is a positive relationship between the total degree of patience and the total degree of ruminative thinking, and a positive relationship was found between the total degree of the patience scale with the sub-dimension reflection, while there was no relationship between the total degree of patience of the patience scale and the sub-dimension brooding. Finally, the results of the prediction study indicated that patience has a predictive ability to control thoughts and ruminative thinking

Reality of Administrative Performance of the Academic Leaders at the Saudi Electronic University in Light of the Approach to Organizational Agility 组织敏捷性视角下沙特电子大学学术带头人行政绩效的现实

The aim of the study is to identify the reality of administrative performance among the academic leaders at the Saudi Electronic University in light of the entrance of organizational agility from the point of view of academic leaders and faculty members, and to reach the appropriate proposals for the development of performance, and was used the descriptive curriculum survey, and the study community is made up of all academic leaders and faculty at the Saudi Electronic University and reached the sample of study (247) members, The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to gather information, the study reached the most prominent results: the approval of the sample of the study on the reality of administrative performance among academic leaders at the Saudi Electronic University in light of the entrance of organizational agility to a degree of 'medium', where it came after the organization in the first place as followed guidance in the last place. Their approval of the proposed mechanisms for developing the administrative performance of academic leaders at the Saudi Electronic University ranged from (medium/ high) to encourage administrative creativity with the highest development proposal. There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample towards the dimensions and axes of the study attributable to variables (administrative position and gender).

Adaptation of Probationary Employment Contract and Provisions that Regulate it in the Saudi Labor Law: Analytical Comparative Research 沙特劳动法律对试用劳动合同的适应及其规制:分析比较研究

The importance of Labor Law is becoming increasingly in our current era due to extent of its application, depth of its social impact, increase of man power, appearance specialty of labor judiciary - as an independent judiciary - within courts of public judiciary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which required developing of legislative rules and keeping up with texts of labor law for development of labor relations, finding suitable and guarantor solutions to rights of parties, due to importance of stability of labor relations in the performance of national economy, the employment contract is considered as cornerstone for creating labor relationship and launching its march, might include a condition of a probation period that enables the parties to relationship or whoever stipulates it to ensure the validity of conclusion of contract for him, due to what the probation condition might contain from conflict of interest, variation of legal and economic status between laborer and employer; which might lead to misuse or circumvention on the law, thus the law has encircled the probation period with a number of conditions and restrictions that guarantee good work with it away from exploitation or abuse while using the right, has decreed up rules to govern the practice and limiting its duration, rules of its extension or repetition, the consequences of end of duration of employment contract concluded between two parties, the Saudi labor law is distinguished from its counterparts in most Arab countries with some rules related to this as indicated in the research, ended with a number of related results using comparative analytical method, benefiting from a number of judicial rulings issued by labor courts in several positions of the research, among its most important results: • The Saudi Law tended to a condition of a probation for both parties of employment contract – basically or for who stipulate it, the law was clear in defining the terms of contract agreed upon, extending it or repeating the experience. It also tended to legality of ending probation during the period without compensation or end of service gratuity, and it does not enter under arbitrariness of using the right, and is supported provisions of labor judiciary. • The Saudi Law is distinguished from labor laws in (Egypt and Jordan) by regulating extension of probation period and permissibility of repeating it under certain conditions to guarantee to avoid use of this condition in abusing.

Corporate Governance in Islamic Saudi Banks - Bank Albilad as a Model 伊斯兰沙特银行的公司治理——以Albilad银行为例

This study was aimed at demonstrating the commitment of Saudi Islamic banks to apply the principles of banking governance, and to achieve this goal the researcher conducted a field study on those banks through the study of the reality of governance in the bank of Albilad as a model of study. The data of the field study was provided through a questionnaire covered a set of questions covered the six accepted principles of banking governance. Where the data of the study was analyzed through a set of statistical tests, the results of the study revealed a set of results that the Saudi Islamic banks adhere to the principles of banking governance related to the protection of the rights of shareholders and stakeholders and their treatment of justice, in addition to their commitment to transparency and disclosure with regard to the information published about them, and the commitment of board members and executives to professional conduct during the conduct of their various work, and that these banks perform their social responsibility effectively, while the results showed the lack of commitment of those banks to determine the powers and responsibilities of the boards of directors and executive departments. The study recommended the need for Saudi regulators to raise awareness of the principles of banking governance in Saudi banks, to show the role of these policies in attracting investment and enhancing market share, and to review saudi Islamic banks' policies regarding the limitation sought and responsibilities of their boards and executive departments.

Social Awareness and Cybercrime Field Study on a Sample of Individuals in Buraydah City in Al-Qassim Region Al-Qassim地区Buraydah市个人样本的社会意识与网络犯罪实地研究

The study aims to show the reality of cybercrimes and the social awareness in Saudi society. The research used descriptive survey method. A survey tool was applied on a sample of (252) persons in Buraydah city in Al-Qassim region. The result showed that the responses of the sample about the level of social awareness of cybercrimes (technology, informatics, finance and online shopping crimes) were in a medium grade. The result also showed that the individuals do not apply the regulations and laws of combating cybercrimes, in spite of their knowledge of these rules. Moreover, they do not download good applications in their devices which ensure security. Additionally, they do not follow up with the new methods and techniques of cybercrimes, which results a decrease in the level of their social awareness of these crimes.

This study aimed to demonstrate the degree of organizational culture practice prevailing in Majmaah University and to reveal the sources on which Majmaah University de-pends in shaping its own organizational culture. It aimed also to demonstrate the relationship between the dimensions of or-ganizational culture and elements of overall quality at Majmaah University and to identi-fy the aspects of organizational culture and its supporting elements for the attitudes of achieving the overall quality dimensions in Majmaah University، as well as to know whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) or less in the degree of practicing organiza-tional culture from the view of the employ-ees on the quality departments at Majmaah University due to the study variables (gen-der، rank، experience). To achieve these goals، we used the de-scriptive survey method، and the question-naire was used as a tool to achieve the study goals. The study community consisted of officials at the quality departments at Majmaah University during the period (1441 AH - 1442 AH). The results demonstrated that study sam-ple’s agreement came to an (agree) level on the degree of influence of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage through total quality، organizational expec-tations and organizational norms. In addi-tion، there were no statistically significant differences at the level 0،05) and less in the study sample’s responses ) on these three axis.

The research sheds light on the Jurisprudence rulings related to the priority of supererogatory prayers in the mosque over the house. Objectives: The research clarifies the concept of supererogatory prayers in the mosque, and to limit the supererogatory prayers that are desirable in the mosque over the house and a congregation. Research also highlights a jurisprudential study compared to the evidences and weighted opinions upon these issues. Research method: the descriptive analytical method. The major results: The research included some results, including: Sharia’s concern for prayer and persistence to perform it, the legality of performing supererogatory prayers in mosques at all. Therefore, the jurists, may Allah have mercy upon them, agreed on the priority of performing the prayers in the mosque in places such as: around the Kaaba, behind the shrine, the honorable Raudah, Quba Mosque, the one coming from travelling, prayer of greeting of the mosque, and before the Friday prayer. The important results: Researchers should pay attention of topics that some people may overlook, even if those topics are scattered in books of jurisprudence. The collecting, editing and facilitating those topics for the students is a great importance, as the researchers should show the legal ruling that it may be clear and identified.
