The Formation of nanosuboxide layers in the oxide of niobium in low-power ion beam of argon 低功率氩离子束中铌氧化物中纳米亚氧化物层的形成

this paper presents the results of chemical, quantitative, and layer-by-layer phase analysis of a 10 nm thick niobium thin film created by magnetron sputtering and subsequently oxidized in air. The analysis was performed before and after long-term delicate modification by argon ions by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy using numerical simulation of the interaction of ion beams with the target surface in the SRIM software package. At different durations of low-current ion sputtering of niobium oxide, the formation of metastable stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric nanosuboxide layers of various thicknesses, as well as their sputtering, was found. The study shows that it is possible to create the necessary nanosuboxide layers, the structure of which is determined by the performance of functional devices.

Subnanosecond synchronization method based on the synchronous Ethernet network 基于同步以太网的亚纳秒同步方法

Ethernet networks, which are widely used today in the automation of various radio electronic devices, can be used to transmit time synchronization signals. Existing Ethernet networks can be used to synchronize devices. However, the devices have to support special protocols at the hardware level. A time synchronization algorithm based on the Precision Time Protocol (PTP, IEEE 1588-2008) is considered, which can be used in any data transmission network with a deterministic delay in the transmission line. The use of this protocol in synchronous Ethernet networks allows achieving subnanosecond accuracy of time synchronization between the devices. Hardware and software implementation as well as the results of measuring the synchronization accuracy with multiple system restarts and phase noise measurement are presented.

Analysis of the DCS Historical Data for Estimation of Input Signal Significance 输入信号重要度估计的DCS历史数据分析

The paper is on technological parameters data processing and analysis for further input signal significance estimation. In the paper the data retrieving from distributed control system software and hardware complex historical database is described and the algorithm of data formatting and processing is presented along with the examples. The problem of input signal impact on thermal power plant technical-and-economic indices is addressed in the research. The chosen data analysis tools are described and the plots and diagrams used to illustrate the data are presented. The novel parameter and group of parameters visualization approach is introduced. The possible ways of automating the database interaction and data analysis are proposed.

Characteristics Research of a Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor Driving Piston Compressor 永磁直线同步电机驱动活塞式压缩机特性研究

This paper is devoted to the research of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) intended to drive low-speed long-stroke single-stage piston compressor. Linear PMSM design was developed. Its magnetic field was simulated to obtain the PMSM starting characteristic. The optimization task of the highest power efficiency was solved in this work. The experimental PMSM sample was manufactured and researched. The simulated and experimental forces amounts have a significant difference. Probably it is caused by the scattering fluxes. Thus, it is recommended to design the winding divided into coils. In this case, some coils can be switched off during the PMSM operation. It reduces scattering fluxes and increases power efficiency. Besides, the research results showed that the magnets’ form and magnetization significantly affect PMSM power efficiency. The most important result of this study is understanding the possibility of PMSM usage for piston compressors driving.

An Ultrasonic Vision based on a Neural Network for Navigating Robots Through Obstacles 基于神经网络的超声波视觉机器人障碍物导航

The technologies used for robot navigation have their advantages and disadvantages. To improve the technology, specialists often turn to the biological world. In this article, we implemented machine vision based on ultrasound using a neural network, similar to the ultrasound vision of a bat. The ultrasound system consists of a software and hardware installation and an artificial neural network. The use of an artificial neural network increased the accuracy of positioning, as well as provided three-dimensional vision (in 3D). This article presents the learning outcomes of a fully connected neural network and the evaluation of learning outcomes.

Analysis of Thermal Power Plant Main Power Equipment Depreciation Effect on its Efficiency 火电厂主要动力设备折旧对其效率的影响分析

In the paper the steam thermal power plant (TPP) steam boiler and turbine depreciation effect on its efficiency were estimated. The analysis was carried on the real power facility using the developed technique based on the functional relation of equipment life rate and fuel consumption increase on electrical and thermal power output. The TPP technical and economic indexes calculation algorithm based on the statistical data taking into account main generating equipment depreciation for the software application was developed.

Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) Application in Smart Grids 广域监控系统(WAMS)在智能电网中的应用

Digital microprocessor devices are widely used in modern dispatching. The introduction of wide area measurement systems (WAMS) is one of the priorities of the technological development of power systems globally. WAMS use a well-studied method of measuring phasor (phase vector) data in various geographically remote sections of power grid lines. With appropriate software processing, the data coming from the phasor measurement units (PMUs) allows: providing dispatch centers with data on the overall system stability; increasing the reliability of maintaining the power system operation state; obtaining cost savings by reducing or removing restrictions on power flow capacities in critical sections in real-time; maximizing the utilization of most efficient, competitive power plants, reducing the volume of consumer restrictions.

Development of Approaches to Assessing the Actual Technical Condition of Steam Turbines Based on Reliability Indicators 基于可靠性指标的汽轮机实际技术状态评估方法的发展

The article presents the results of analyzing the failure statistics of the main components of steam turbines of thermal power plants. Based on the results of the analysis established that the complexity of technological processes, taking into account turnaround time, failure rate, the production cycle of the equipment residual life allows to develop approaches to assessing the health of each element with the aim of obtaining reliable and representative sample of failure statistics to reliability assessment of steam turbine plants. It is shown that the statistics of finding equipment in a state of partial failure is an important factor for improving the overall reliability of equipment. The results obtained can be used to create predictive models that provide approaches to prolonging the operational state of elements of steam turbine installations, as well as for implementing projects of digital energy systems that include subsystems for monitoring and diagnostics of power equipment of thermal power plants.

The article discusses the impact of climatic factors on such a reliability target of overhead transmission lines as the average failure rate of 1 km of overhead transmission lines. Using the example of two regions (Zabaykalsky Krai; Krasnodar Krai and Republic of Adygea) a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the weather phenomena impacts on overhead transmission lines accident rate with various voltage classes was carried out and the most significant meteorological factors were determined. To assess different impact of climatic factors on overhead transmission lines reliability, a comparative analysis of reliability targets between the regions under consideration was carried out.

Synthesis and Experimental Accuracy Assessment of Kalman Filter Algorithm for UWB ToA Local Positioning System 超宽带ToA局部定位系统中卡尔曼滤波算法的综合及实验精度评价

This paper is devoted to synthesis and investigation of Kalman filter algorithm for ultrawideband (UWB) Time of Arrival (ToA) system positioning accuracy. The study consists of synthesis of positioning algorithm for UWB ToA local positioning system, experimental verification of proposed algorithm feasibility, assessment of statistical characteristics of coordiates estimates of developed filter in field experiment. Synthesized algorithm for processing UWB ToA measurements confirmed its feasibility in field experiment. Obtained standard deviation of user’s coordinates estimates for proposed ToA Kalman filter algorithm amounted to 0.0115 m and 0.0161 m for coordinates X and Y, respectively. Found distance root mean square of synthesized ToA filter estimates is 0.0198 m which is 3.86 times less than DRMS for solutions from LSM.
