Multilevel Voltage Control In Power Distribution Networks 配电网中的多电平电压控制

The paper investigates problem of voltage control in power distribution networks. The negative factors contributing to the voltage deviation at consumers’ connection points are analyzed. It’s shown that voltage control using only on-load tap changers on primary substations can be insufficient in case of long-length and heavy loaded feeders. Paper describes conditions when booster transformers are to be installed and conditions when can be effectively used local voltage control on distribution transformers. Conclusions are made about the need of using various means of voltage control on different network levels depending on network structure, load flow parameters and time-domain voltage profiles.

Research of the effect of an additional signal on the control process of a single-circuit automatic control system with a neuroregulator 附加信号对带神经调节器的单回路自动控制系统控制过程影响的研究

This article discusses the influence of an additional signal (the exit velocity of the object) on the process of regulating an automatic control system (ASR) with a neuroregulator. Examples of the use of a neuroregulator in a single-circuit ASR with objects of different time characteristics are given. The studies were carried out using actuators and pulse-width modulators in the calculations. It is considered in comparison with a single-circuit control system without the input of an additional signal. The expediency of using neuroregulators in existing regulatory systems is determined. This article discusses neuroregulators that include 6 and 7 artificial neurons. The chosen model is quite simple in software implementation and is useful in experiments. The software implementation of the model of the system under consideration was performed in the Mathcad software. It is planned to implement the considered system on a laboratory stand. To evaluate and conclude conclusions on the modeled processes of managing the regulated object, the quality indicators of regulation were calculated for comparison.

Method of Reducing the Amplitude and Phase Spectrum Measurement Error of the Power Quality Measuring Instruments 减小电能质量测量仪幅相谱测量误差的方法

The absolute majority of power quality parameters are measured indirectly through the signal complex spectrum. For this reason, amplitude and phase spectrum accurate measurement is of the utmost importance. Discrete Fourier transform is most commonly used to measure the complex spectrum. The complex spectrum measurement error is associated with so-called “spectrum leakage” effect. The paper proposes a method to compensate of the “spectrum leakage” effect, based on additional frequency measurement and calculation of tuning coefficients for complex spectrum. The features of the application of the proposed method for the case of sinusoidal and polyharmonic signals are considered. Modifications are proposed for the case of applying the fast Fourier transform algorithm (FFT) and Goertzel algorithm. Analytical relations are obtained, which make it possible to estimate the amplitude and phase spectrum measurement error. By applying Matlab, simulation modeling has been performed, which makes it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed technique.

Usage of RMarkdown and Bookdown for Educational and Scientific Writing RMarkdown和Bookdown在教育和科学写作中的应用

in this article we discuss the usage of lightweight Markdown markup language for educational and scientific writing. We start with a brief analysis of current methods and tools for document editing and publishing. Then we switch to the simple Markdown markup language and describe its extensions – Markdown Extra, RMarkdown and bookdown. The use of the latter significantly facilitates the writing of various documents for educational and scientific purposes, such as materials on practical classes for students, lecture notes, teaching materials, scientific articles and books.

New energy production concept in the Republic of Ingushetia 印古什共和国的新能源生产理念

this paper examines the renewable energy capacity in the Republic of Ingushetia in order to increase the stability of electricity supply, to cover the power shortage that hinders the industrialization of the republic, and to solve the problem of the quality of electric energy. In the Ingushetia, the problem of debt for non-payment of electricity, non-transparency of the accounting system, quality, and stability of electricity supply is acute. The authors consider the potential use of using renewable energy resources, including solar, wind, hydroelectric, and geothermal energy, and examine the major indicators of Ingushetia. The expediency of implementing decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources is investigated. The possibility of introducing intelligent networks is being considered.

An experimental study of unsteady cooling of cylindrical bodies in ethanol-water mixtures 乙醇-水混合物中圆柱体非定常冷却的实验研究

The present paper explores the cooling processes of high-temperature cylindrical samples in ethanol-water binary mixtures with different concentrations. The cylindrical samples simulate fuel rods for nuclear power plants. The study of the occurrence of intensive boiling regime during cooling of high-temperature bodies and the possibility of predicting the surface temperature of the transition to this regime will allow substantiating the choice of a new type of tolerant fuel from the standpoint of thermophysics. The experiments were conducting with different subcoolings to the saturation temperature under atmospheric pressure. Ethanol-water mixtures (40% and 60%) were used as cooling liquids. The working sample was a nickel cylinder. It was shown that with the addition of water to ethanol, cooling processes becomes more intensive.

The article deals with the structure and methods of construction of the course "Problem Solving with Python" using STEM and STEAM technologies. The course is built on the principle of "visualization and problem solving head first". The techniques are offered to make the course easy to understand, including operations with NumPy arrays and slices, libraries of the Python ecosystem, domain-specific languages. It is shown that visualization in problem solving increases student interest. The techniques of conducting the course in the conditions of Covid-19 pandemic are offered.

Impacts of COVID-19 on the Electrical Power Dynamics and Environment of Bangladesh COVID-19对孟加拉国电力动态和环境的影响

COVID-19 pandemic has a landslide shock on human civilization. Due to its sudden destructive impacts on industries, commerce, education and social interactions, researchers are underway to investigate the consequences of this crisis, particularly on the electrical power consumption and environment. In this paper, the impacts of COVID-19 on the power industry of Bangladesh and its positive impacts on the environment have been investigated through the estimation of the reduction of power generation and CO2 emission during the months of April to July in 2020 and 2019. It is found that there was a 16.96% reduction of peak power generation in the month of May 2020 compared with that of May 2019. On the contrary, the CO2 emission was reduced by 12.23% on average, with a maximum reduction of 22.29% in May 2020. Both the indicators have a correlation with the severity of the pandemic in the month of May 2020.

The urban public transports are the most important infrastructure closely related with the life of people. The high-energy efficiency of the multifunctional magnetic levitation transport system "ELTRO" makes it possible to use solar energy as the main energy source of the system in the conditions of the Republic of Myanmar. To solve this complex scientific and technical problem, appropriate software used to support the stages of the system's life cycle. In order to provide interactive map and the real-time passenger traffic of the magnetic levitation system integrated with the programming language of Python, its libraries and Jupyter Notebook. The innovative ELTRO system is to ensure uniform descriptions and semantic interpretation of data, regardless of the place and time of their receipt in a common system that has scales up to global.

Comparative Analysis of Injuries Models and Methods Assessment in Power Industry with Cause-and-Effect Relationship 具有因果关系的电力工业损伤模型与评价方法比较分析

Prevention of accidents is one of the key paradigms of occupational safety at work. The main mechanism aimed at minimizing potential hazards is a systematic review and analysis of the causal relationships of occupational injuries. The task of reducing the possible probability of injury and its consequences has a multi-factor structure, since it requires the restoration of the circumstances of the situation, their analysis and lessons learned, and the procedure for predicting industrial injuries depends on the type of mathematical model chosen and the quality of the initial data to be further analyzed. The paper analyzes sequential, complex linear and non-linear models and methods for assessing the cause-and-effect relationships of accidents, identifies key provisions and results. Based on the analysis of the scope, advantages and disadvantages, recommendations for the implementation of methods of predictive analysis of injuries in Russia are formed.
