In recent years, the O2O teaching mode based on Internet thinking has become the only way for university curriculum reform. In order to understand the use of O2O teaching mode in college competitive martial arts courses, further reform and development of college competitive martial arts courses are promoted.In this paper, methods of literature research, field investigation, logic analysis and so on are used to study the current situation of the o2o teaching mode in the competitive martial arts curriculum. At the same time, it analyzes the obstacles to the implementation of the o2o teaching mode. Finally, it puts forward some measures to improve the teaching effect of competitive martial arts routine, such as the curriculum design of o2o teaching mode and the establishment of the information teaching management mechanism. China’s southwest national area is rich in tourism resources. Therefore, the development of tourism urbanization in this region has certain representativeness across the country. This paper first analyzed the tourism urbanization basis of the region and found that good urbanization foundation and tourism development momentum can provide important industrial support and guarantee for the development of tourism urbanization. Then, it put forward the constraints of tourism urbanization development. In the end, it proposed to implement the all-for-one tourism to promote the tourism urbanization, relying on scientific and technological innovation, and create an efficient tourism supply chain to optimize the quality of tourism towns. Talents cultivation is the fundamental task of the higher education institutions. How to cultivate applied talents at the undergraduate level is a major task for China's higher education after entering the New Era. The paper explores the mode of applied talent cultivation in local comprehensive universities Based on the guiding ideology of "grounding on the locality, serving the society", this paper puts forward the educational and teaching reform ideas of optimizing the curriculum system, carrying out general education and strengthening practical teaching. The reform constructed a diversified talent cultivation mode which consolidates “the scientific foundation”, cultivates “the humanistic accomplishment” and enhances “the practical ability”. The quality of personnel training has been improved. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a unique treasure of Chinese nation. It has widely been accepted in China but not precisely spread and promoted in foreign countries. Traditional Chinese English Major has been set in some of the colleges and universities to direct professional translation talents for foreign communication of TCM, but the efficiency of TCM English teaching is not satisfying. On the basis of the questionnaire, the paper clearly points out the existing problems about TCM English teaching in the aspects of students’ enrollment, teaching material, teaching mode and professor of TCM English major, and analyzes the cause and possible effect. Meanwhile, the thesis puts forward some related solutions about how to change the present situation. This gives some enlightenment on the cultivation of professional translation talents, the internationalization of Chinese medicine and the development of Chinese medical culture. This paper systematically summarizes the related research achievements about concept connotation, theoretical framework, research progress and research contents of Tourism Destination. Based on characteristic analysis of these published articles, it gives prediction and suggestion on the future research trends in this area. It shows that placeness is the uniqueness of the specific place. Such uniqueness includes not only the characteristics of the place, but also the affections and meanings that people give to the place. As for the interaction between place and tourism, the research focus should gradually shift from the analysis on the importance of placeness to tourism to the impact of tourism activity to placeness. It has become a necessary stage that goes through placeness, then mobility, at last placelessness. Collision between tourism destinations and external factors is also constantly generating new localities, but this process is relatively slow. In the future research on reconstructing palaceness of tourism destination, more case studies on specific types of tourism destinations is expected. Moreover, it will be new perspective that exploring connotation, influence, trend and reconstruction of palaceness of tourism destination based on human-earth interaction, host-guest interaction. Ideological and political education is the education in all staff, the whole process, all – around, its related elements can be divided into three parts: the subject of Ideological and political education, the object of Ideological and political education and the activity of Ideological and political education. In order to ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education, it is necessary for the subjects of the educational process to cooperate and promote each other. The education subjects need to combine the knowledge imparting and talent cultivating to stimulate the internal requirements. The objects need to mobilize themselves to ensure that knowledge and action go hand in hand. The education realizes the interaction between educators and the objects, in which objects gradually obtaining knowledge, put them into practice and realize value transformation. China attaches great importance to the development of agriculture. As a rapid developing means of international trade, container shipment has become mature in only several decades, and it now has been facing many challenges. The author has investigated these challenges from financial aspects, empty containers and overcapacity based on the news and literature review. A discussion on the reasons of challenges has been made from the aspect of the social environment and the companies themselves. Companies are suggested to carry out practical solutions and consider solutions comprehensively. The emphases on the prediction of the influence of social changes and weather changes have been made.
