Revenue-Sharing (RS) contract is a kind of mechanism to improve the performance or to achieve the perfect coordination of supply chain (SC). In the paper, considering supplier has loss-averse preferences, a model of an SC contract aimed at coordinating a two-stage SC is proposed, which is based on revenue sharing mechanism, and the customer demand is stochastic. Then by analyzing the model, the paper explains that how the loss-averse preferences of the supplier influences the optimal order quantity, the quota of revenue sharing and supply chain coordination. The result shows: when supplier has loss-averse preferences, there exists one order quantity that maximizes his expected utility; in [(1-ϕ)c, c] and [(c-w)/c, (c-w)/v], there respectively exists only one wholesale price that supplier charges retailer and only one quota of the retailer's revenue that retailer gives to supplier; the wholesale price and the quota are both the increasing functions of the supplier's loss-averse preferences.

Taiwan has been upgraded to world-class exhibition venues. At present, the participations of the exhibition are the way to approach the scene admission tickets, or to prove that staffs wear work to enter the venue. For the case, manufacturers and exhibitors is difficult to collect information to find the potential customers. How fast and accurate to collect the information on all personnel at the exhibition is a major issue. RFID is a new technology for data collection. The benefits of RFID include: (1) Identification, without directly touching or reading machine targeting items ;(2) To identify the label other than the use of information technology most of ADC information stored in more;(3) Follow history, or re-use in the identification label change read / write the data identification label. In this paper, we propose a RFID-enabled with Data Mining model which start with RFID technique for fast data collection, then analyze and transform the data to useful information for exhibition industry through Data Mining.

The paper firstly reviews relative literature. It explores customer experiential influencing factors in the cinema by qualitative and quantitative methods. This study finds that customer experience in the cinema depends on the six dimensions-promotion and physical evidence, cinema environment, service functional quality, expected movie quality, convenience, reasonable price. Based on the above results, the model of customer experiential influencing factors in the cinema is constructed. The model is not only helpful for the cinema to design experience, but also useful for other service industries to obtain some available managerial implications.

Coordinating activities among supply, production, and delivery is an important issue for production and logistics management. In this study, a single machine scheduling model is developed that incorporated order release and delivery vehicle routing decisions which serves a single customer location. The objective is to minimize the makespan. The problem is NP-hard in the strong sense in general. Two integer programming models are developed to optimally solve this problem. Also, two efficient heuristics are proposed for solving large-sized problems. Computational results of the illustrative example are reported using the two integer programming models and two heuristics to solve the proposed problem.

The prosperous development of the customer to customer business has made trust and distrust salient. In this background, a key question is how trust and distrust propagate themselves among people who do not have previous interactions with each other, yet little research has been conducted towards this ending. Therefore, this paper attempts to fill the research gap by studying the propagation of trust and distrust. This study proposes co-citation as an appropriate means of propagation, constructs a belief matrix relating trust and distrust, and designs an algorithm by which an experiment is conducted. The results show that trust and distrust are in two distinct dimensions, co-citation is appropriate for propagating trust and distrust, and distrust is useful to make trust propagated more accurately and efficiently.

This paper proposes a hybrid meta-heuristic, Tabu Threshold Algorithm (TTA), to efficiently and effectively solve Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window Constraints (VRPTW). TTA integrates Tabu Search (TS) and Threshold Accepting (TA). TS is one of the most popular generic heuristics in solving VRPTW in recent years, and TA is a combinatorial optimization meta-heuristic. The first objective is to determine the route that minimizes the total vehicle travel distances. This leads to a quick response to satisfy customer demands. The second objective is to find the minimum required number of vehicles. This can reduce the transportation cost. TTA consists of three major phases: initial solution construction, local search improvement, and Tabu Threshold improvement. The initial solution construction phase uses nearest neighbour algorithm to generate initial solution, and this solution is improved by both inter-route and intra-route improvement algorithms in local search improvement phase. In Tabu Threshold improvement phase, a hybrid algorithm of TS and TA is used to improve the current solution and finds the best solution. TTA results in good solution quality by the evaluation of Solomon's benchmark instances. Comparing with the best known solutions of Solomon's 56 benchmark instances, the average deviation of distance is about 3.5% and the average deviation of number of vehicles is about 9.6%. Furthermore, TTA is compared with the optimal solution of the partial instances, the average deviation of distance is about 1.9% and the average deviation of number of vehicles is about 2.4%. TTA is implemented in part by a distribution center delivering equipment spare parts to factories manufacturing semiconductors and Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD) in Science-Based Industrial Park in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

This study investigated the relationships between Chinese employee's turnover intentions and organizational identification and work values in a sample of 264 from 25 service firms. The study aims to discuss relationship between turnover and organization and work values, and moderating effect of work values between organizational identification and turnover intentions in modern service sector. All of subjects are distributed from modern service industries, namely, financial service industry, business industry or computer service industry and real estate service industry. The study's result shows that organizational identification, work values of payment and social status are robust predictors of turnover intentions in modern service sector; Employee's work values partially moderate the relationship between organizational identification and turnover intentions. And social status work value positively moderate relation between organizational identification and turnover intentions.

The paper intended to apply the postponement theory which had been wildly practiced in manufacture sector, into the operation of services, and propose an understanding of CODP in service provision process and a model for identifying it. After reviewing the relevant literatures, the paper discussed the differences between manufacture process and service process with special concern on customer contact, which helped to reach an understanding of the CODP in service operation and the factors influencing it. Based on this a description model for how to identify the CODP in service provision process and further research directions were proposed.
