The purpose of this article is to determine the specifics of the implementation of the FTAA + EU and the impact on trade sectors of the Ukrainian economy. The methodological base of the study is a combination of theoretical generalization, quantitative analysis, comparison, systematization, to identify opportunities and challenges from deepening integration with the EU for the development of Ukraine. Aspects of reforms and changes, according to the standards and requirements of the European community, are considered. It is emphasized that the adaptation reforms are carried out in three directions: export-import conditions, technical aspects and legal provisions. Each of these directions contains separate terms and conditions for aspects of international trade. The analysis identified key risks for the process of reforms and changes. Deepening Ukraine's integration into European society requires overcoming the country's development lag in various spheres of the economy, especially the harmonization of foreign trade processes and strengthening of positions on the world stage. Based on the analysis of the consequences of the implementation of the FTAA for the trade of Ukraine, key risks have been identified, such as: the need to change the assortment of exports, correcting asymmetries in the field of tariffs and duties (partially already done as of May 2022), the need to introduce tougher measures against corruption. A more detailed analysis of the implementation of the FTAA by sectors and players of the economy, where the term of influence is taken into account, is the basis for the development of international partnership policies and programs. With most changes in people's lives, which will even lead to an obvious positive in the future, the process of their implementation also has negative consequences. First of all, a significant result of radical transformations (accession to the EU, deepening of FTAFTA ties) will be achieved in the near future, and the work to achieve it requires urgent and large expenses.

The article is devoted to determining the factors that affect the food security of any country. The work defines the concept of "food security". It has been proven that food security is affected by a large number of factors. The classical distribution of influence factors is given. An improved classification of factors affecting the food security of the state is proposed, which, unlike the existing ones, proposes to consider all factors (by the criterion of subjectivity, by the position regarding the object of influence, by the nature of the consequences, by types and by the duration of the impact on the object) in depending on the level of the system - mega-level, macro-level, meso-level and micro-level, which will allow building a stable system of food security of the state. The main subjects of guaranteeing (ensuring) food safety are presented, depending on the hierarchical levels of the system. Stabilizing and destructive factors affecting the food security of the state in the context of internal influencing factors are carefully considered. It is suggested that within the framework of the classification of factors affecting food security by species, consider institutional factors, to which boycotts, sanctions and anti-sanctions should be classified. The global factors affecting food security affecting all levels of the system are given separately. The need for state support was noted as one of the most important factors influencing food security. It was concluded that the development of food security is influenced by numerous factors that can be grouped and classified according to the main characteristics, to assess their impact on the overall level of food security in order to make the necessary effective management decisions, develop measures to reduce the level of internal and external threats and increase economic security of the country, the region, every person and the world community in general.

In the face of water scarcity, the world seeks to explore all available options to reduce overexploitation and so limited freshwater resources. One of the most reliable available water resources is wastewater. As the world's population grows, so do industrial, agricultural, and domestic activities, which produce large amounts of such water that can be treated and reused. Sewage treatment processes have been somewhat successful in wastewater treatment, but many are high-tech and cost-effective. Membrane technology has become a favorite choice for the reclamation of water from various wastewater streams for reuse. Organic membranes are made of synthetic organic polymers. Pressure membranes are mainly produced for separation processes (microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis) from synthetic organic polymers. These include polyethylene (PE), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polypropylene and cellulose acetate. In addition, membranes are made of materials such as ceramics, metals, zeolites or silica. They are chemically and thermally stable and are widely used for industrial purposes such as hydrogen separation, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. Pressure-controlled membrane technologies are the most widely used membrane processes in wastewater treatment, from previous contamination followed by additional treatment. These processes are based on microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO). They are necessary but costly The choice of wastewater treatment option is based on comparative economic efficiency. The main ways to determine such efficiency are: pairwise comparison of options and determine the minimum of the reduced costs of the compared options. Pairwise comparison of options is carried out by determining the coefficients of comparative economic efficiency and payback periods of additional capital investments.

The article offers a scientific understanding of the essence and prospects of the development of modern directions of the economy. Based on the theoretical analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists, the main approaches to defining the essence of bio-economy, nature-use economy, green economy, circular economy and sharing economy are characterized. A theoretical and methodological analysis was conducted and the relationship between the categories «bioeconomy», «economy of nature use», «circular economy», «sustainable development», «sharing economy», «economy of shared consumption» was substantiated. Based on the generalization of scientists' views on the definition of the essence of the term «bioeconomy», its refined interpretation is proposed as a direction of the economy, based on the use of resource potential based on biotechnology, which contributes to reducing dependence on non-renewable natural resources, ensuring food security for the purpose of sustainable development. Resource-oriented and economic-oriented approaches are singled out as dominant in foreign research on the circular economy. A number of factors that directly affect the formation of modern economic trends have been identified. It is emphasized that the prospects for the development of modern economic models are socially determined and depend on the relationship between responsible production and responsible consumption. The following value priorities for changing consumer behavior are outlined: buy only what is really necessary; regularly get rid of excess; by buying less, buy better quality and useful goods; switch to the use of multifunctional items.

The purpose of this article is to determine the factors influencing the DCFTA + EU on sectors of the domestic economy. The methodological basis of the study is a combination of theoretical generalization, quantitative analysis, comparison, systematization, to identify opportunities and challenges of deepening integration with the EU for the development of Ukraine. The article analyzes the four-year period (from 2017 to 2020) of the implementation of the DCFTA and identifies prospects and shortcomings in the main economic and social spheres of implementation. The key characteristics of the economies of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine are analyzed and the main trends of foreign trade of these countries are identified. The results of the study indicate the ambiguous impact of the DCFTA + on the analyzed sectors of the economy, taking into account external events and the internal state of the country (decline of industry and science, pandemic, war). After the aggression of Russia and Belarus against Ukraine, the amount of Ukrainian grain for export is declining, logistical difficulties have arisen and, given the rapid rise in grain prices on the world market, any investment in agriculture will yield tangible results both now and in the future. However, the benefits of reforms in Ukraine with the introduction of the DCFTA should largely be expected not now, but in the long run. It is noted that some barriers to trade with EU countries are caused by high standards for goods. The need to improve marketing, advertising, legislation and use of diplomats, the international prestige of Ukraine is determined. The generalization of the main advantages and challenges of the implementation of the DCFTA for the sectors of the economy allowed to determine the time limits of the impact of these factors, and allows to identify the main directions of change in the socio-economic space of Ukraine.

The article presents the results of the study of the adventitious fraction of the flora of the city of Znamyanka, which includes 50 species of plants belonging to 20 families, which is approximately more than a third of the number of species of the spontaneous flora of the city. This is evidence of significant pollution of the flora of the city by invasive plant species. Adventitious flora currently poses a threat to phytodiversity in the city. Every year, the number of non-native plants increases, their habitat spreads, and the richness of their grouping increases. Adventitious plant species cause serious and irreversible changes in the natural environment and economy. According to estimates by EPPO experts, losses from invasive plant species on a global scale amount to billions of dollars annually - from 55 to 248 billion. Currently, losses from alien species and costs related to their control make up about 5% of the world economy. According to the Global Invasive Species Program (GISP), the fight against the most dangerous alien plant species costs the world 1.4 trillion. dollars annually. One of the main directions of the appearance and spread of invasive - adventive plants in the city of Znamyanka is railway tracks. They create plant groups with mostly native plant species, from where the plants migrate to nearby phytocenoses and enrich the native flora. In the flora of Ukraine, there is not a single complex of plants in which adventive plants did not participate. In addition to the problem of phytopollution of ecosystems, there is an equally important reason that affects the health of the population. Adventitious flora, which includes many species, is often represented by plants whose pollen causes strong allergic reactions, which causes a significant threat to public health.

The article summarizes the approaches on definition of the essence of the financial status of the enterprise in the scientific works of national and foreign experts. A detailed classification is made as well as influencing factors on the financial condition of the enterprise are described. The absence of an unified approach to the classification of factors and building of holistic system are established. It is proved that from the point of view of factor management, factors of internal and external environment have a significant impact on the financial condition of the enterprise. Which will help to identify risks that the company does not affect, but can hedge.

In modern realities, hotel enterprises operate in conditions of uncertainty, which is associated with rapid changes in the market environment. In order for the hotel business to be able to survive and implement their services in the long run, it is necessary to effectively implement the process of strategic management. Properly chosen development strategy will allow hotel companies to determine the priority of certain services that will be provided in certain specific situations. The strategic development of hotel enterprises in conditions of uncertainty is currently a topical issue, because despite the similarity of common approaches, each company creates a unique combination of basic and functional strategies. Given the crisis in the national economy and the current socio-political problems, it is necessary to formulate its own development strategy, which will take into account the patterns of market economy, the impact of external and internal factors of the market environment and work effectively to reduce risks. The market of hotel and restaurant services is not homogeneous and sufficiently studied, is subject to changes in the crisis of economic development, which actualizes the use of marketing tools to achieve efficiency of producers of hotel and restaurant services in an unstable market environment. The starting point in defining and using the modern concept of marketing is the idea of human needs and wants (physical needs and needs for food, clothing, warmth, security; social needs and needs for knowledge and self-expression). People's needs are limitless, but resources to meet them are limited. Therefore, the consumer will choose the services that give him the greatest satisfaction within his capabilities.

Therefore, the consumer will choose the services that give him the greatest satisfaction within his capabilities.","PeriodicalId":296128,"journal":{"name":"Economies' Horizons","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129724114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method is the substantiation of the category «international tourism» based on the theoretical analysis of domestic scientists, the analysis of the main factors and factors that influence the formation of international tourist flows and the development of the tourism industry. The article proves that the influence of external and internal factors can have positive and negative results. It has been proven that static factors are unchanged over time, while dynamic factors can change. The influence of external factors is manifested through social, economic and political changes, and internal factors are influenced through market relations. External factors affect tourism through: demographic and social changes; economic and financial development; changes in political and legal regulation; technological changes; trade development; transport infrastructure; travel safety. Internal factors are primarily market factors: supply and demand processes; segmentation of the market in which the tourist product is developed; actual marketing; tourism private sector; human factor. All factors affecting the development of the international market tourist services, conditionally divided into two main groups: factors acting independently of the activities of industry organizations tourism (motivational, economic, political, geographical, social, ecological); factors contributing to the development of tourism, which are actively used tourist organizations in their activities (scientific and technical potential). Assessing the country's international competitiveness tourist market, it is necessary to take into account and investigate the following criteria: resource potential of the country; trends that are relevant in the business environment and development tourist infrastructure; the state of the political and legal framework for the regulation of international tourism in country.

The article considers the types of biodegradable utensils that can be used in restaurants. It is analyzed that such utensils hold their shape well when packing hot dishes in it. Can be used to store liquid dishes and sauces for 24 hours without getting wet and softening. Biodegradable utensils are an ideal solution for catering, and are also suitable for heating in microwave ovens of various capacities. It has been established that organic utensils can be easily disposed of together with other food residues, which will greatly facilitate the work of the restaurant by reducing waste and allow you to completely abandon the sorting of plastic. It is investigated that biodegradable utensils made of various natural raw materials are presented on the modern market: sugar cane cake, corn starch and coffee waste. It was found that the company INFERRA PACK was one of the first who began to manufacture environmentally friendly disposable tableware from bio-materials. Thanks to innovative pulp recycling technology, kraft tableware contains 30% more recycled raw materials than ordinary paper tableware. The uniqueness of this ecological product is that the term of its full utilization in soil is about 180 days. Kraft organic glasses are easily disposed of with natural biocomponents - which means that the use of such disposable utensils does not leave garbage and does not harm the environment. It was found that the advantage of using environmentally friendly disposable packaging made of bioplastics is the possibility of composting. Under certain conditions, PLA can completely decompose to water and carbon in 3 months. Decomposition requires temperatures of at least +55 - +70 ° C and humidity, which can only be provided by commercial composting plants. In addition, the production of biopolymer emits much less carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. Switching from conventional plastics to bioplastics would reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 25%. The use of PLA plastics will reduce dependence on petroleum-based plastics, which in turn will reduce demand for them.
