Mini-production is a modern trend that is cost-effective and less costly. Mini production of beer, milk, bakery products can be organized as a separate production or at a restaurant. In modern economic conditions, the role of technologies focused on the use or processing of raw materials of various origins in restaurants is growing. This approach is due to the need to solve problems and improve the economic performance of basic production. This trend of doing business is followed by restaurant companies in Ukraine. The concept of creating production and trade complexes of the restaurant industry has gained great popularity among investors who invest in the food industry. Restaurant-format mini-breweries are a business niche that is only now beginning to develop actively in Ukraine. The biggest competitive advantage of mini-breweries over large breweries is their ability to brew beer of exclusive taste and recipes in limited batches. Home-brewed beer will add color to the restaurant and will produce a delicious and high-quality product that will evoke positive associations with their brand. Processing of local raw materials and production of craft products based on it is a prospect for the development of mini-enterprises in the food industry. Therefore, most manufacturers move away from classic production technologies and create unique products in terms of taste. The most common are the production of craft beer, meat products, cheeses, tinctures, oils on the principles of waste-free technology.

Consumer behavior involves certain decisions, activities, ideas or experiences that meet the needs and desires of consumers. This applies to all activities directly related to the receipt, consumption and disposal of products and services, including decision-making processes. Many factors influence the decision-making process. They can be psychological, social, cultural, economic, personal and organizational. These factors influence people's consumer behavior, which ultimately influences consumers' choices about using the hospitality industry. Psychological factors influencing consumer behavior are motivation, perception and attitude. Social factors are family, group, role and status. Cultural factors include culture, subculture and social class. Economic factors include personal income, family income, and income expectations. Other factors that are personal include age, occupation, income and lifestyle. Behavior is an organizational factor that includes marketing strategies, work organization, brand name and company image, and not least factors that influence consumer choice - these are external environmental factors that include economic, political, social, legal, technology and competition . Identifying and understanding the factors that influence consumer behavior can influence their choices and regulate the demand for certain services that can meet the needs and desires, thus increasing the income and profitability of the institution. Understanding the impact of internal and external factors helps hospitality organizations develop marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and gain market advantage. It has been studied that the consumer cannot make decisions alone, but makes decisions under the influence of several other people who perform different roles. Therefore, consumer behavior as a buyer is strongly influenced by cultural, social, personal and psychological characteristics. These factors help consumers develop product and brand benefits. Research has shown that the age of consumers influences their choice of accommodation and food. Older consumers are more demanding of comfort and nutrition. Data for this study were collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire was compiled after an extensive survey and analysis of the scientific literature. The questionnaire presents a list of external and internal factors that affect the behavior of consumers of hospitality services. Each factor was evaluated in 2 points. Points were translated into percentages.

The article examines the essence and approaches to managing sales activities of an industrial enterprise in conditions of financial instability, as rapid changes in environmental conditions require entrepreneurs to find ways to preserve the company's competitive position. It has been proven that the most progressive way of organizing the sales activities of an industrial enterprise is distribution planning, which can be defined as a planned, professionally managed vertical marketing system that takes into account the interests of both the manufacturer and intermediaries. In this case, the manufacturers create in their structure a department for planning work with distributors, which is engaged in identifying the needs of their partners and developing programs to motivate intermediaries. The effectiveness of the sales activity of the enterprise largely depends on the correct definition of its functions, intermediate and final goals, that is, on the ability to manage it. In the most general sense, management is an element of production, business and other relations, which have the task of coordinating and harmonizing the activities of people and labor teams regarding the organization of the production of material goods, their development, implementation, sale, consumption. The organization of sales activities at the enterprise is one of the most important components of its functioning. Sales activity provides the enterprise with the main cash flow for its operation. Summing up, it should be noted that doing business in Ukraine is characterized by constant changes in factors affecting the activities of the company, its partners, suppliers, consumers and potential customers. All this leads to the fact that it is impossible to manage the business in conditions of rapidly changing circumstances and to make an adequate forecast of the development of events in the market, which determines the importance of a new approach to the management of the company's activities, especially sales.

The article analyzes the development of small entrepreneurship, its advantages and disadvantages. It is noted that the development of small entrepreneurship in Ukraine has a positive effect on structural changes in the country, namely, it creates opportunities for solving economic and social problems, especially in modern conditions; satisfies the needs of the domestic market, promotes the rational use of all types of resources; provides powerful incentives for highly efficient work and innovative processes. The article notes that small business makes a significant contribution to the stability and development of the economy of Ukraine, namely: it contributes to economic growth, provides the necessary number of jobs, quickly responds to market changes and adapts to them, contributes to the filling of the market with quality goods. The problem of determining the role of small business in the economic development of the state is relevant, and it should be considered in relation to economic, social and political aspects. Today, one of the main problems of small business development in Ukraine is the lack of funding from the state. It has been studied that in the conditions of an unstable socio-economic and political situation in Ukraine, the development and support of small entrepreneurship is important for the stabilization of the economy. Since small business is extremely sensitive to economic changes, its condition in our country remains unsatisfactory. The problems of small entrepreneurship, despite long-term study, are still not fully resolved, or the proposed solutions are not adapted to modern business conditions. It is well-founded that small entrepreneurship in Ukraine is the basis for economic growth, activates business relations, creates a real competitive environment, contributes to the creation of jobs, increases the quality of life of the population, ensures the effective use of production resources, and determines the stability of the socio-economic system of the state. The promising development of small entrepreneurship in our country is the basis for overcoming the negative consequences of the global pandemic, military aggression, destabilizing socio-economic processes, namely: a significant percentage of migration (most of which is the working population), a drop in the quality of life of the country's population, low competitiveness of part of the Ukrainian productions.

The purpose of the article is to consider the modern concept of the «triangle of knowledge» as a universal approach to the development of scientific, technical and innovative activities based on strengthening the relationship between science, education and business. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the fundamental provisions of economic theory and practice, general scientific and special methods of cognition of economic reality. The main methods used are: structural-logical; comparative, method of detailing and synthesis. The concept of the «triangle of knowledge» is becoming an increasingly popular method of regulating scientific and technical activities and developing state innovation policy. The article presents a conceptual analysis of different approaches to understanding the philosophy of the «triangle of knowledge» and its links with other scientific and methodological structures, in particular, with national innovation systems. The main elements of the concept and the ability to implement it in the development of the country’s innovation policy are considered. Attention is focused on a systematic approach to regulating the processes of creating scientific knowledge and innovations. It has been established that the knowledge triangle stimulates productive interaction between the educational, scientific and business sectors. Policy actions based on this approach are designed to expand the academic culture of universities, encouraging them to focus not only on the excellence of science and teaching, but also on the development of innovation and the solution of socio-economic problems. It is established that the concept was formulated to solve a number of problems: stimulation of innovations; strengthening the flow of private investment in R&D; overcoming difficulties in connection with the commercialization of R&D results. It was revealed that the «knowledge triangle» provides assistance in making political decisions, since investments in even one of its components provide a positive effect not only for other components (participants), but also for the external context, including the modernization of the labor market, stimulating structural changes in the economy . and improving the quality of life. The participants of the «triangle of knowledge» are described, which include institutions of higher education, authorities and private companies. Their tasks in the development of scientific, technical and innovative activities are determined. It is concluded that universities carry out numerous activities; and their functions usually differ in the national context. In different countries, the quality of educational, scientific and innovative activities of universities differs and depends on historical factors, public policies and institutional structures.

The purpose of the research is to develop a methodological approach to the information transparency diagnostics in regional markets based on the analysis of the transaction costs dynamics. Methodology. To achieve this goal, methods of logical generalization, dialectical, system-structural methods, methods of analysis, synthesis and grouping, regression analysis were used. Results. It is proved that the level and structure of transaction costs are influenced by the peculiarities of the functioning of a particular market, so the approbation of the approach took place in a regional real estate market. The hypothesis that there is a linear relationship between the profits of market participants outside the region and foreign investment in this market has been put forward and successfully proved. Attention is focused on the presence of a significant number of investment risks associated with information entropy. It is justified that this encourages market agents to constantly conduct a thorough search, structuring and analysis of any information, which ultimately leads to a significant increase in transaction costs. Based on this, it is suggested that the reduction of transaction costs will increase foreign investment in market development. To confirm it, a regression model was developed, which allowed to establish that the reduction of the average transaction costs of one transaction in the current year will lead to an increase in foreign investment by 1 operation next year. At the same time, integration processes play a significant role, which is expressed in the increase of profits of foreign actors in the regional market and, as a consequence, in the growth of foreign investment in the region. Practical meaning. The proposed approach allows to assess in numerical terms the information transparency of a particular regional market. It contributes to the expansion of methodological tools of territorial marketing. In practical terms, it will facilitate the adoption and implementation of adequate management decisions aimed at improving the investment climate and, consequently, the formation of a positive image of the region. Prospects for further research. As a promising area of further research, it is proposed to develop a methodology for forming an index of information transparency, based on the analysis of the dynamics of transaction costs and their impact on foreign investment.

Object of research. The object of the research is the economic processes that take place in Ukraine during the development of financial technologies. One of the most problematic places is the crisis which was in 2008, at the present time many problems have emerged from the financial and economic side that had to be solved. Methodology. In the course of the study, the methods of deduction and induction were used to determine the peculiarities of the development of financial technologies in Ukraine. Findings. The state of financial technologies in Ukraine was analyzed at different times, during crises and after, the victories highlighted at the present time in this area, as well as the problems posed still need to be corrected. The presented options for solving some of the problems allows us to conclude that the development of financial technology is growing rapidly, passing and solving past issues and problems and setting new tasks for itself, although this industry is still very young. Originality.Originalitylies in the definition of the peculiarities of the development of financial technologies in Ukraine, as a new specific industry. Practical and / or theoretical value. The practical significance lies in the fact that the article describes the economic and financial problems of the country in crisis conditions and after them, how the development of financial technologies affects society, what consequences the country experiences, what problems there are and what the solutions will be. The results obtained will be used in further research for statistical forecasting of the success of the development of financial technologies in Ukraine. Clarified the definition of the essence of the category of "financial technology", which we consider as a synthesis of digital technologies and innovations in the financial sector, used for the provision, expansion and distribution of financial services by technology companies. For the effective and safe functioning and development of digital financial technologies, it is necessary to adhere to a competent and systematic approach on the part of the state on the legal regulation of the Fintech sphere. In today's realities, the implementation of the above measures will contribute to the prospective development of Fintech in Ukraine and the integration of financial technologies into the main spheres of society.

The global pandemic COVID-19 had a serious impact on the dynamics of air traffic. The purpose of this article is to analyze the change in air travel over the past 10 years and to describe the potential situation, threats and suggest alternative ways out of the crisis. As a result, we identified the following problems: insufficient funding for the aviation industry, lack of resources necessary for its development, low level of exports of civil aviation, no credit mechanisms to finance the production of aircraft, lack of incentives for domestic and foreign institutions to invest, lack of control over aviation companies . The largest decline in air travel occurred in 2020. We also see a decrease in flights from 2013 to 2014 in connection with the beginning of military clashes in eastern Ukraine. In 2021, new air carriers entered the Ukrainian market, including Flynas (low-cost carrier of Saudi Arabia) and Eurowings (German low-cost carrier). It was found that domestic flights through the airspace of Ukraine have increased. An important impetus for their growth is the development of regional airports with the prospect of creating a National Airline. The positive dynamics was influenced by the opening of new passenger flights (Kyiv-Uzhhorod, Chernivtsi-Kryvyi Rih) and the adoption of the draft law №5301, which extended the term of granting Ukrainian airlines a transitional period for the transition to the use of domestic aircraft. In the summer of 2021, flights resumed, and Ukrainians are actively flying to Turkey, Egypt and the Dominican Republic - the most popular destinations. As for Ukrainian airports, their passenger traffic has decreased significantly since 2019, more than twice. Therefore, we propose to look for ways to reduce airport costs and fees, reduce aircraft fleet to save on their maintenance, reduce staff, refocus on charter flights, reduce the tax burden and encourage investors, which is especially important.

The article outlines the main aspects of effective corporate governance, the formation of corporate relations in Ukraine. The main components of modern corporate enterprise management are studied. The problems of modern corporate management of enterprises related to the implementation of control processes are considered. The international experience in corporate governance is analyzed, which demonstrates a solid basis for creating basic principles and provisions for conducting this type of activity. It is proved that for the reliability and legitimacy of economic relations, for the protection and investment confidence of shareholders and their partners, the corporate governance system is obliged to provide full and timely demonstration of information on financial condition, performance, ownership and management. The directions of development of the corporate governance system for the economy of the country in general are determined, and the necessity of partnership relations between the shareholders in particular is considered. It is investigated that the current conditions require the development of an effective corporate governance policy during the global pandemic. To do this, the main tasks must be solved, such as the formation and implementation of a strategic modern system of corporate governance and the creation of conditions for effective interaction between all participants in the management process. It is considered that there is no generally accepted model of corporate governance, which would be used at the international level. It is noted that the vast majority of Ukrainian enterprises use the national model of corporate governance. This model was formed on the basis of a combination of basic principles of the German and Anglo-American models. According to this model, the main shareholders of companies are its employees, management, banks, the state. At the same time, banks remain the main source of funding, and this is more typical of the German model of corporate governance. The domestic model of corporate governance, which also has common features with the Japanese model, namely, a significant role is given to the state in the management process. It is noted that in Japan, the inclusion of government representatives in the system of corporate governance is not based on the presence of a significant stake in the state, as in Ukraine. In the Japanese model of corporate governance, the interaction between the main participants in the relationship is aimed at establishing new business contacts, rather than obtaining the maximum amount of profit It is determined that corporate governance at the current level is a system of relationships that sets up certain procedures for making management decisions. The effectiveness of corporate governance is to increase the level of profitability of the enterprise through the introduction of proper control, effective management and financial transparency.
