IDENTIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL AND MICROBES CONTAMINATION IN FOODS OF STREET VENDORS AROUND IAIN SYEKH NURJATI CIREBON 新疆周边摊贩食品中有害化学物质和微生物污染的鉴定

This study aimed at identifying chemical and microorganism contamination in foods of street vendors around Institut Agama Islam (IAIN) Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The samples are meatball, cilok, grilled fish cake, nuggets, rolade, sauce, crackers, and iced water drinks. The sample tests are formalin test, borax test, Rodhamine B test, Methanyl Yellow test, and Coliform & Escherichia coli MPN test. The results showed that some food samples like meatball, cilok, grilled fish cake, nuggets,and rolade were positive of formalin & borax contaminated. The iced water drinks are contaminated by Coliform & E. coli. The other samples like sauce and crackers  were negative of Rhodamine B & Methanyl Yellow contaminated. In conclusion, according to this study, the foods of street vendors at IAIN Cirebon are not yet safe to be consumed.
本研究旨在鉴定伊斯兰教研究所(IAIN)附近街头小贩食品中的化学和微生物污染。这些样品包括肉丸、鸡肉、烤鱼饼、鸡块、面包卷、酱汁、饼干和冰水饮料。样品检测为福尔马林试验、硼砂试验、罗德明B试验、甲基黄试验、大肠菌群和大肠杆菌MPN试验。结果表明,肉丸、鸡肉、烤鱼饼、鸡块、面包卷等部分食品样品检测出福尔马林和硼砂污染。冰水饮料被大肠菌群和大肠杆菌污染。其他样品如酱汁和饼干均未检测到罗丹明B和甲基黄污染。综上所述,根据本研究,IAIN Cirebon街头小贩的食品尚不安全,不能食用。

THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL CHEMICAL SUPPLEMENTARY BOOKS BASED ON LOCAL CONTENT ON PREMNA GENUS PLANTS AS ANTIMICROBIAL 基于地方内容的天然化学增补书的开发——关于普雷姆纳属植物的抗菌作用

Natural Chemistry Learning Resources in the form of PowerPoints, scientific journals and books have not accommodated the needs of students. This research aims to provide natural chemical supplement books on the Premna genus as a source of antimicrobial metabolites that are feasible to use based on aspects of validity and practicality. The development model utilized in this study is the Dick and Carey model which includes: identifying learning objectives, analyzing learning, analyzing learners and contexts, formulating specific learning goals, developing assessment instruments, developing learning strategies, developing and selecting teaching materials, designing and developing formative evaluation, and revising the product. The researcher applied research techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The tools used in this research were interview guidelines, student and lecturer response questionnaires, and practice questions in groups. Based on the results of the assessment by material experts and media specialists, this teaching material has a validity value of 91.6% and the practicality of individual trials is 84.51% and small group trials are 76.39%.ABSTRAKPembelajaran Kimia Bahan Alam terdapat sumber belajar berupa powerpoint, jurnal ilmiah dan buku belum mengakomodir kebutuhan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Buku suplemen Kimia Bahan Alam Pada Tanaman Genus Premna Sebagai Sumber Metabolit Antimikroba yang layak digunakan berdasarkan aspek kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Dick and Carey meliputi: mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, melakukan analisis pembelajaran, menganalisis pembelajar dan konteks, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran khusus, mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran, mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar, merancang dan mengembangkan evaluasi formatif, dan melakukan revisi produk. Teknik yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dan observasi. Alat yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, angket respon mahasiswa dan dosen serta soal latihan dalam kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi dan ahli media memiliki nilai kevalidan sebesar 91,6% dan kepraktisan uji coba perorangan sebesar 84,51% serta uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 76,39%.Kata Kunci: Antimikroba, Buku suplemen, Dick and Carey, Tanaman Genus Premna.

This study aims to describe the increase in the mathematical representation ability by students with the application of contextual approach assisted by Students’ Worksheet (Lembar Kerja Siswa) on the topic of Relation and Function for the eighth grade students of Junior High School 3 in Batu Ampar (SMP Negeri 3). The method used is descriptive method with classroom action research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). The subjects were mathematics teachers and students of class VIII. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques with a data collection tool is the observation sheet teachers' ability to implementing the learning and observation sheet student’s abilities of mathematical representation. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, in which the results showed: (1) Increasing the capability of visual representation of the first cycle to the third cycle was 27.5%, (2) Increasing the ability of symbolic representation of the first cycle to the third cycle of 5%, and (3) Improving the ability of verbal representations from the first cycle to the third cycle of 37.5%.
本研究旨在描述在巴图安巴尔初中三年级(SMP Negeri 3)八年级学生关系与函数主题的学生工作表(Lembar Kerja Siswa)的帮助下,运用情境方法提高学生的数学表达能力。所使用的方法是课堂行动研究的描述性方法(Penelitian Tindakan Kelas)。受试者是数学老师和八班的学生。数据采集技术采用的是直接观察技术与数据采集工具,是观察表教师实施学习的能力和观察表学生的数学表达能力。本研究分3个周期进行,结果表明:(1)从第一个周期到第三个周期的视觉表征能力提高了27.5%。

STRUKTUR KOMUNITAS BIVALVIA PADA PERAIRAN PANTAI DESA DULLAH KECAMATAN DULLAH UTARA KOTA TUAL MALUKU 外来年份水体中所需的潘坦右侧双壳虫群落结构

Bivalves include sludge animals scattered in coastal waters with sand and mud substrate. This study was to determined the structure of bivalves communities in the coastal waters in Dullah Village, Tual City. This study was conducted from December 2016 until March 2017 using plot method measuring 1x1 meter. This study was result found 576 individuals consisting of 4 orders, 10 families, 14 genus, and 15 species. The largest species are Anadara antiquata with total of 118 individuals and the least species are Mytilus sp with 1 individual. The structure of the bivalvia community in the coastal waters of Dullah Village is less stable because of its moderate diversity so that dominance is low. In the absence of dominating species, the fairness of bivalves is high.
双壳类动物包括散布在有沙和泥底的沿海水域的污泥动物。本研究旨在确定图尔市杜拉村沿海水域双壳类动物群落的结构。本研究于2016年12月至2017年3月进行,采用1x1米的地块法。本研究共发现4目10科14属15种576个个体。最大的种是Anadara antiquata,共有118个个体;最小的种是Mytilus sp,只有1个个体。杜拉村沿海水域双壳类群落结构不稳定,多样性中等,优势度较低。在没有优势种的情况下,双壳类的公平性较高。

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR MENGGUNAKAN MODEL JARING MAKANAN PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMPN 2 SANGGAU LEDO 消费者管理与学习活动

The teacher is a component of education that plays an important role in teaching and learning activities and is able to master learning in schools with models and methods that can make students understand the lessons given by the teacher. Therefore the 3D model carried out by the teacher knows the increase in understanding of concepts and learning activities about food webs as well as looking at students' responses to the food web model. The method used in this study uses the R & D method to produce the following research data: Increased understanding of concepts 88%, increasing student learning activities on the criteria of learning activities is very high (29%) and high (59%) and student responses show high enthusiasm namely Strongly Agree (47%), Agree (37%), Doubtful (11%), Disagree (4%) and Strongly Disagree (2%).

PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PRAKTIKUM KALKULUS INTEGRAL BERBASIS APLIKASI WXMAXIMA TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS 基于WXMAXIMA应用程序消耗材料的综合支出实践模块开发

 This study aims to determine whether there is difference and influence of Integral Calculus practical activity based on WxMaxima application on students concept comprehension ability. This research uses experimental method, with posttest only control design. Research data in the form of ability test comprehension concept of math given after practicum activity given during 8 times meeting. The data of the research were analyzed using the t-test to see whether there was a difference, and effect size to see the magnitude of influence. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a difference of concept comprehension ability among students who follow Integral Calculus based on WxMaxima application with those who do not follow lab; (2) there is influence of the use of Integral Calculus practical module based on WxMaxima application to students' concept comprehension ability and magnitude of influence is high category. 
本研究旨在确定基于WxMMaxima应用程序的微积分实践活动对学生概念理解能力是否存在差异和影响。本研究采用实验方法,仅采用后测对照设计。在8次会议期间,以能力测试形式提供的数学概念理解能力测试的研究数据。使用t检验对研究数据进行分析,以确定是否存在差异,并使用效应大小来确定影响的大小。研究结果表明:(1)学习基于WxMaxima应用的微积分的学生与不学习实验的学生在概念理解能力上存在差异;(2) 基于WxMaxima应用的积分模块的使用对学生的概念理解能力有影响,影响程度较高。

This research uses experimental method, with posttest only control design. Research data in the form of ability test comprehension concept of math given after practicum activity given during 8 times meeting. The data of the research were analyzed using the t-test to see whether there was a difference, and effect size to see the magnitude of influence. Evaluation of liver and renal functions are routine tests performed in preclinical studies. Liver plays a role in detoxification and secretion of various substances to regulate a wide range of metabolic functions. Kidneys serves as the main excretory and osmoregulatory organs. Thus, assessment of liver and renal functions are important in identifying the presence of damages and diseases as well as monitoring body responses towards treatments or therapy. Therefore, normal values should be established for valid reference. Until now, many researchers still use references from various publications, including foreign countries with different environmental factors and method of animals care. This study was aimed to provide reference values for liver and renal functions in male and female Wistar rats. Animals were sourced from LPPT-UGM. Age 4-, 6-, and 8-week-old represent juvenile, preadult, and adult. Blood samples were collected from orbital sinus of anesthetized animals. Sera were tested for ALT, AST, BUN, and creatinine based on spectrophotometry. Results demonstrated that values of most parameters varied, depend on sex and age. According to this finding, it can be concluded that reference values cannot be generalized but must be determined by sex and age in local population.

Pasak bumi (Eurycoma longifolia Jack.) is a species belonging Simarobuaceae has been long used as traditional medicine, which known very well as aphrosidiac. The studies have been conducted to reveal the benefits of E. longifolia through ethnobotany, phytochemical, and bioessay approaches, but the review articles on the its utilization and bioactivity limited. This article is based on scientific articles published on line or off-line, then synthesized so that to be information the relationship between use and bioactivity. Ethnobotany of E. longifolia have been used as a medicine for fever, malaria, improve stamina, antimalarial, antidiabetic, anticancer, aphrodisiac, overcoming erectile dysfunction. Bioactivity of E. longifolia is antiosteoporotic, antimicrobial, aphrodisiac, anticancer, angiogenesis, and hepatoprotective. Eurycomanone has activity as an antimalaria, antipyretic, aphrodisiac, and cytotoxic. The quassinoids, coumarin and glycosides of El have activity increase the production, quality, totality, synthesis and release of spermatozoa. Eurycoma longifolia is very potential to be developed as an antiosteoporotic and aprosidiac drug, but until now most of it is harvested directly from the forest, so to preserve it, we need to study the cultivation method.

Research on diversity and composition of fish at low tide and high tide condition in downstream Kelay River, District Berau, East Kalimantan is not yet know. The purpose of this research was to determine diversity and composition of fish that present at low tide and high tide condition in downstream Kelay River. In research using purposive sampling method and various sizes gill nets used. Results of this research shows that fish were collected at three locations sampling in downstream Kelay River consist of 14 species, 9 families, and 953 individuals. Based on the number of species, diversity Shannon-Wiener index and dominance index has stable of communities, with high value of diversity index (H'=1.975), high evenness index (E=0.749), and low value of dominance index  (D= 0.173). The number of fish species found at low tide were 11 species and at high tide were 12 species. The similarity index of fish species at low tide and high tide condition were 64.3%.

All types of bivalves have the potential to produce pearls. Pearls can be produced naturally and cultivated. In cultured pearls, pearl sac are obtained from saibo (slices of another bivalve mantle) that which come from pallial zone. This study wants know the structures of tissues saibo of several species of bivalves as an alternative pearls implantation. This study is conducted from January to March 2017. This study used 7 types of bivalves among others; Pinctada margaritifera, Saccostrea cucullata, Asaphis violascens, Polymesoda bengalensis, Pinna muricata, Volachlamys singaporina, and Tridacna crocea. The method  used by staining Hematoxylin-Eosin. Thisstudy show results that every saibo has the different characteristic, but has a common characteristic of having outer epithelium mantle, inner epithelium mantle, muscle fibers, connective tissue and longitudinal muscle, so it can be recommended in pearls implantation Keywords : Saibo, Bivalvia, Implantasi Mutiara[H1]   [H1]Disusun berdasarkan abjad
