This study aimed to analyze the organizing management of early childhood education at one Raudhatul Athfal in Palembang, especially the input component as an effort to improve and develop the management of the institution. This study used qualitative case study research with inductive logic of thinking to analyze about the situation or meaning of the characteristics of the object under study. The main informant was the principal of Raudhatul Athfal and the supporting informants were teachers, parents and the school committee. Data collection techniques were conducted by doing observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique followed the flow model (data reduction, data display, and data verification). The results showed that the organizing management at the Raudhatul Athfal especially on the input components (school vision and mission, goals, human resources (students and teachers)), curriculum, facilities, infrastructure (equipment, and equipment) and financing had been carried out, although there were still things that needed to be addressed, such as the recruitment system of teacher which was not yet systematic. In this study, the researcher saw that in addition to the management of organizing inputs, other factors that influenced the development and progress of this institution were the management system that was less clear from the foundation, where management of some school activities or programs were already independent, but for the procurement of needs or costs of activities they were still not independent because they had to coordinate first so that the school was less flexible. In other words, the school needed a common vision of all members starting from foundation managers, school principals, as well as teachers and students.

Social media use in learning English offers unlimited benefits for English learners as it allows collaboration, communication, and resource sharing among its users. However, there has been little information on EFL student teachers’ lived experiences of using social media for learning English, especially in Islamic University in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to delve EFL student teachers‘ perceived experiences of using social media for learning English. This study employed qualitative inquiry, especially phenomenology. There were 10 pre-service EFL student teachers who voluntarily became participants of the study which were recruited by using purposive sampling. Data collection used interview and documentation. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively with several steps, namely preparing and organizing the data for analysis, exploring and coding the data, building description and themes, representing and reporting qualitative findings, interpreting the findings, and validating the accuracy of the findings. The findings showed that students employed some ways of learning English through social media. This study also provides some implications for future research, students, and educators.

The sophisticated information and technology (IT) development can be the answer for various problems post the covid-19 pandemic, particularly the teaching and learning challenges. The role of IT that is booming nowadays is online learning. Online learning is obviously different from regular learning. In this mode of learning, the students are required to have the ability to receive and process information. It serves as media that connect teachers and students who are being remote from one another at any time and anyplace. There are various media utilized to perform online learning such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Classroom, and other e-learning platforms. Among all these media, though, WhatsApp apparently appointed as the simplest and easiest media to access in all levels of education. Online learning at current is the effective medium to carry on the teaching and learning process in all levels of education. For the effectiveness of online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, there have been a number of learning models suggested by the expert such as remote learning, face to face learning, e-learning, project-based learning, and Blended Learning.

Online learning is an effort in educational institutions to hold online-based teaching and learning with the intention that the learning process continues according to a predetermined system. This policy is caused by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) which continues to spread and take its toll. This study aims to explain the impact of online lectures on the neuroscience perspective of Islamic education. This study uses qualitative methods, with techniques for collecting data sourced from books, and research journals that are focused on the topic of research. The results showed that the impact of online learning caused students to experience anxiety ranging from not understanding the application and the applied system, to the influence of inner pressure from the coronavirus, which certainly made many students feel stressed. Because of neuroscience the brain has a happy hormone that is the hormone dopamine which response to all conditions that the brain receives. Likewise, the view of Islamic education in denying this is something that is not natural to happen, because it is indirectly detrimental to one party, namely students.

The history of Islamic education is in essence very closely related to the history of Islam. The period of Islamic education is always in the period of Islamic history itself. Islamic education at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW was a period of fostering Islamic education by cultivating Islamic education in everyday life in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an. education in the period of the Umayyads had evolved when viewed from the aspect of its teaching, even though the system was still the same as in the time of the Prophet and the khulafaurrasyidin.
