Isu pemblokiran layanan internet di Papua pada tahun 2019 menjadi sorotan publik dalam waktu cukup lama. Pemblokiran yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang kepastian hukum, kepentingan umum dalam prinsip good governance. Asas kepastian hukum menjadi dasar penting dalam kebijakan pemblokiran layanan internet di papua, yang mana prinsip ini menuntut agar kebijakan yang diterapkan harus sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku, termasuk prosedur yang jelas, prediktabilitas, dan akses ke informasi yang memadai. Selain itu, pemblokiran layanan harus didasarkan pada dasar hukum yang kuat dan transparan. Kepentingan umum harus menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam pemblokiran layanan internet tersebut. Pemerintah harus mampu menjaga antara kepentingan individu dan kepentingan umum. Meskipun dalam pemblokiran tersebut terdapat alasan seperti keamanan nasional atau penaungan kritis, tetap harus diperhatikan pula dampak terhadap hak asasi individu, kebebasan berbicara dan akses informasi. Terwujudnya good governance menjadi prinsip penting dalam pemblokiran tersebut. Good governance mengacu pada tata Kelola pemerintahan yang baik, transparan, akuntabel, partisipatif dan adil. Pemerintah harus melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan terkait pemblokiran layanan internet, seperti informasi yang akurat, konsultasi publik, dan mempertimbangkan masukan dari berbagai pihak yang terkait.

Seperti diketahui, majelis hakim menyampaikan putusannya dalam dua putusan Pengadilan Negeri Cirebon, yakni Putusan Nomor 48/Pid.Sus/2021/PN. Cirebon dan Putusan No. 49/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Cirebon menunjukkan kurangnya keadilan dan perlindungan hukum bagi korban perdagangan manusia di Indonesia. This writing aims to find out the proof of the elements against the law in the case of organized narcotics offences. The method used is normative juridical with the acquisition of secondary data and analyzed based on applicable legal sources. The results obtained in the verdict were correct in stating that the Defendant M. Nofriadi mentioned above, was legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act, "Without the right or against the law Receiving Narcotics Group I in the form of non-plants weighing more than 5 (five) grams in an organized manner" as stated in the first indictment of the Public Prosecutor.

This article discusses the judicial analysis of unlawful acts by the government in the removal of the head of the Bengkulu City Health Service based on Decision No. 13/G/2021 PTUN-BKL. Specifically, the unlawful act by the government in the decision was in the form of issuing a decree that was declared contrary to legal provisions and the AUPB. In this paper, the method used is normative-juridical. The normative-juridical approach can be explained as an approach to solving problems based on law. The results of the study explain that the application of the principle of legality of authority is very important in carrying out the duties and authorities of the government to prevent unlawful acts by the government.

Undang-undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah (PDRD) saat ini telah dicabut melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 Tentang Hubungan Keuangan Anatara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintahan Daerah. Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 diberlakukan dalam rangka mengalokasikan sumber daya nasional secara lebih efisien. Pemerintah memberikan kewenangan kepada Daerah untuk memungut Pajak dan Retribusi dengan penguatan melalui restrukturisasi jenis Pajak, pemberian sumber-sumber perpajakan Daerah yang abru, penyederhanaan jenis Retribusi, dan Harmonisasi dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 Tentang Cipta Kerja.Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Yuridis Sosiologis, yaitu studi empiris untuk menemukan teori-teori mengenai proses terjadinya proses bekerjanya hukum dalam masyarakat. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Di dalam Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 Tentang Hubungan Keuangan antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintahan Daerah, diberlakukan dalam rangka mengalokasikan sumber daya nasional secara efisien, pemerintah memberikan kewenangan kepada daerah untuk memungut pajak dan retribusi perpajakan daerah yang baru. Non-penal efforts are one of the efforts to tackle crime, including corruption crimes. The purpose of this study is to explain the KPK's non-penal efforts to tackle corruption. The method used is literature study with primary and secondary law materials. The result is that KPK's non-penal efforts are prevention efforts that complement efforts to eradicate corruption. The form of using the mass media to form public opinion about the consequences of corruption and criminal sanctions. In addition, it also encourages the formation of national mental health in state and government institutions, community organizations, political parties, the involvement of community organizations and universities in tackling corruption crimes.

The discrimination that many people with disabilities experience is discrimination in the work environment to people with disability are only pitied and seen as having many limitations and ultimately hampering the surrounding community. This view still occurs in many companies, they are reluctant to accept people with disabilities because they are considered to only hamper the company. By examining this problem, it is hoped that it can render a concern for how the government should enforce and supervise the employment rights of persons with disability, both in the government and private companies. The method used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study and is descriptive with a case study of discrimination in the selection of civil servants. It could then be concluded that persons with disability are the same as other human beings who have human rights, including employment rights, these rights have been guaranteed and regulated in the 1945 Constitution, Human Rights Law, Law on Persons with Disabilities, and other laws and regulations and from this research, it was found that there is still perception against persons with disability in the selection of Civil Servant (PNS) admissions

The existence regulations is crucial and important in Indonesia as a legal state that adheres to the civil law ,where in this system the highest position is a constitution. Pancasila and the 1945 NRI Law are fundamental guidelines in making laws and regulations.The principle is the basic guideline that must be fulfilled so that later the legal product results, namely the laws and regulations that are produced are good, ideal, and worthy of enactment. President Joko Widodo working with the DPR as legislature-forming institution to make a law in a different way, namely by repealing and/or amending several provisions of the law at once using the omnibus law method. There is a legal issue where in forming a law one must comply with the principles of forming statutory regulations, both formal and material principles. In this research, we will discuss how to fulfill formal and material principles in the formation of laws in Indonesia using the omnibus law method?. The results of the discussion in this writing are that the fulfillment of the formal and material principles of the law adopting the omnibus law method must be based on the principles stipulated in Article 5 of Law 13 of 2022.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. BKN is an institution that has the authority and controls the implementation of ASN administration standards, norms, procedures and criteria, staffing employees, organizing training and developing the field of HR management as well as conducting inspections. official duties, etc.
