The purpose of this study was to determine the communication patterns of pedagogiccommunication between teachers and deaf students in building student competencies in the PembinaPalembang State Special School (SLB). This research method is qualitative with a descriptiveapproach through interviews, observation, documentation, literature study. The subjects of thisstudy consisted of teachers and students with hearing impairment at SMPLB grade 1 using thesymbolic interaction theory of Raph Larosa and Donal C. Reitsez (1993) as the theoretical basis ofthe study entitled communication of pedagogic communication patterns between teachers and deafstudents in building student competence in special schools. N Pembina Palembang. Usingpedagogic communication is communication between teachers and students that containspedagogical elements that direct, guide and grow the potential. Most special schools in Indonesiause the Total Communication method. This communication emphasizes that every child with hearingimpairment has the right to all means of communication that teacher pedagogic communication indeveloping student competencies in the teaching and learning process for deaf students at SMP LBN Pembina Palembang is quite good.

The purpose of this study is to examine the glocalization that is carried out by the culinarybusiness of HAR Palembang's martabak in maintaining its existence. The concept of glocalizationemphasizes the problem of how global processes that are built by local application, interpretationand adaptation occur in a dynamic and complex interrelation between fatigue. This research methodis a qualitative approach to interview, observation, documentation, literature study. Subjects in thisstudy consisted of business actors as the main informant and two supporting informants asconsumers using Ronald Robertson's theory of glocalization as a theoretical basis for the researchentitled Glocalization of Martabak HAR Palembang Culinary Business in Maintaining Existence.With five units of analysis on each object, namely glocalization on the menu, glocalization in placesettings, and glocalization of the consumptive to productive process. The research focuses on thequestion "How glocalization occurs in the culinary business of HAR Palembang martabak inmaintaining its existence?". The results showed that glocalization in the culinary business of HARmartabak is inseparable from economic / business interests, namely how the culinary businessattracts people's interest. And the existence of glocalization carried out by HAR's martabak culinarybusiness with the existence it has to date, with efforts to glocalize both on the menu, setting theplace, and the consumptive to productive process makes HAR Palembang martabak still exist in theculinary scene and as a typical culinary of Palembang city

This research is entitled the convergence of culture mixing the Ayyeb and Palembangethnicities. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Ayyeb and Palembang ethnic culturesintegrate the culture under each ethnicity and to find out what kind of culture was born from themixture of these two ethnicities. This research method is qualitative. The theory used in this researchis the theory of cultural convergence. The object of this research is the Ayyeb and Palembang ethnicwho live in the Kuto Batu sub-district, the Sei Jeuru II hall RT 018. Data collection techniques usedin this study are observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of thisstudy can be concluded that there has been a change in behavior, culture and religious traditionsbetween ethnic groups. The two ethnic groups are accustomed to cultures that meet in everyday lifeand activities that are customary in nature.

The purpose of this study was to determine the self-concept of street children at theRehabilitation Social Home for Nusantara Children. This research method is qualitative with adescriptive approach to interview, observation, documentation, case studies. The research resourcepersons consisted of the social orphanage coach (PRAN), two street children. The data collectiontechnique was carried out by interviewing all the informants, and the results of this study indicatedthat: The self-concept of street children in social institutions. Individuals are not born with self-concepts, self-concepts appear as experiences obtained from the process of social interaction withpeople who is around. In addition, individual self-concepts are formed and developed through theresults of the influence of interactions carried out through social relationships with the environment,especially the environment among street children, social institutions and the results of responsesfrom others. and the treatment of these people that reflect our self-concept. Pengembangan Aplikasi Mobile Learning untuk Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Education for Sustainable Development

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile learning perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) . Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya observasi, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data hasil observasi dan wawancara menjadi bahan studi pendahuluan untuk mengetahui ketersediaan perangkat pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Proses FGD dilaksanakan oleh tim pengembang yang terdiri dari 7 orang dan 1 orang tim ahli. Melalui proses FGD dihasilkan kesepakatan tim untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile learning perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ESD yang mencakup konsep ESD, dokumen perangkat pembelajaran serta video penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ESD. Produk aplikasi mobile learning perangkat pembelajaran berbasis ESD masih pada tahap versi alpha (V.0.01.1). Sebab, hasil validasi produk oleh beberapa ahli menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi masih memerlukan perbaikan berupa pengurangan atau penembahan fitur. Abstract: This research aims to develop a mobile learning application based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). This type of research is research and development with data collection techniques including observation, interview, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Observation and interview data become preliminary study materials to determine the availability of learning tools in elementary schools. The FGD process is carried out by a development team of 7 people and 1 expert team. Through the FGD process, a team agreement was produced to develop an ESD-based learning device mobile learning application that includes the concept of ESD, learning device documents, and video usage of ESD-based learning tools. ESD-based learning device mobile learning application product is still at alpha version stage (V.0.01.1). Because, the results of product validation by some experts show that the application still needs improvement in the form of reduction or deed of features.

Hubungan Self Control dengan Internet Addiction Disorders dan Kecemasan Siswa dalam Menghadapi Ujian

Abstrak: Self control pada siswa mempengaruhi siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, salah satunya dalam mengatasi masalah yang saat ini sering terjadi, yaitu Internet Addiction Disorders , tetapi tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan dalam kecemasan siswa ketika sedang menghadapi ujian. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah adanya hubungan antara self control dengan Internet Addiction Disorders dan kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi ujian. Terdapat hubungan antara self control dengan Internet Addiction Disorders pada responden. Terbukti dengan adanya nilai sig. F uji korelasi yang bernilai 0,00 lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05.Dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara self control dengan kecemasan siswa saat menghadapi ujian pada responden. Terbukti dengan adanya nilai sig. F uji korelasi yang bernilai 0,163 yang lebih besar dari nilai 0,05. Yang artinya dalam penelitian  ini antara self control dengan kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi ujian tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Abstract: Self control in students affects students in achieving learning goals, one of which is in overcoming problems that currently often occur, namely Internet Addiction Disorders, but there is no significant relationship in student anxiety when facing exams. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between self-control with Internet Addiction Disorders and student anxiety in facing exams. There is a relationship between self control and Internet Addiction Disorders in respondents. Proven by the value of sig. The F correlation test with a value of 0.00 is smaller than the value of 0.05. And there is no relationship between self control and student anxiety when facing exams on respondents. Proven by the value of sig. F correlation test with a value of 0.163 which is greater than the value of 0.05. Which means that in this study, there is no significant relationship between self-control and student anxiety in facing exams.

Abstrak: Dalam rangka mengantisipasi fenomena belajar daring yang terus berkembang,  Universitas Telkom melakukan uji coba kuliah secara blended learning . Hal tersebut penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi e -learning . Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 88 orang mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah E-Commerce dan Data Management yang merupakan mata kuliah uji coba blended learning berbasis platform e -learning CELOE di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem e-learning , namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem dan kepuasan pemakai, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap budaya belajar, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan e-learning , penggunaan sistem berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, dan kesuksesan e-learning , kepuasan pemakai berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan e-learning , budaya belajar berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai dan budaya belajar berpengaruh sedang terhadap kesuksesan e-learning . This process is important to increase the successfulness of e-learning implementation. This study aims to investigate what factors influence the successful implementation of e-learning. The sample in this study were 88 students who took the E-Commerce and Data Management courses which are the trial courses for blended learning based on the CELOE e-learning platform at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Telkom University. Data collection tools are questionnaires distributed online and then processed using the PLS-SEM analysis technique. Abstrak: Studi deskriptif ini menginvestigasi bagaimana guru bahasa Inggris mempersepsikan diri mereka sebagai praktisi pemikiran reflektif selama pembelajaran online. Dua guru bahasa Inggris di SMAN 1 Sukasada yang telah mengajar selama hampir sepuluh tahun menanggapi kuesioner skala keterampilan mengajar reflektif yang berisi 20 pernyataan. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa guru bahasa Inggris di SMAN 1 Sukasada mempersepsikan dirinya sebagai guru reflektif tingkat lanjut di kelas online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru bahasa Inggris berada pada tingkat lanjut dalam berpikir reflektif. Karena studi ini hanya berfokus pada mendeskripsikan bagaimana mereka mempersepsikan diri mereka sendiri, studi lebih lanjut yang menjelaskan bagaimana mereka merefleksikan proses belajar mengajar mereka dalam tindakan nyata diperlukan untuk dilakukan. Abstract: This descriptive study investigated how English teachers perceived themselves as reflective thinking practitioners during online learning. Two English teachers in SMAN 1 Sukasada who have been teaching for almost ten years responded to the reflective teaching skill scale questionnaire containing 20 statements. The data result showed that the English teacher at SMAN 1 Sukasada perceived themselves as advanced reflective teachers in the online classroom. The result indicates that the English teachers in an advanced level of reflective thinking. As this study only focused on describing how they perceived themselves, further study explaining how they reflect on their teaching and learning process in actual action is needed to carry out.

Abstrak: Hasil survei SMRC (Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting) 92% peserta didik mengalami banyak masalah dalam pembelajaran daring selama pandemi. Hal ini disebabkan peserta didik tidak mendapatkan pembimbingan secara langsung dengan pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pemilihan media dan metode dalam pembelajaran online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method menggunakan desain the explanatory sequential design. Persepsi mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 221 orang mengungkapkan  bahwasannya teleconference/tatap maya merupakan metode yang paling efektif dibandingkan video tutorial, diskusi/chat, studi kasus dan tugas mandiri. Pemanfaatan video juga menjadi pilihan mahasiswa untuk mempermudah dalam memahami pesan pembelajaran. Selain itu kesesuaian tujuan, isi, metode, media dan evaluasi juga sangat diperlukan. Pemilihan platform yang mudah diakses dan low cost menjadi pilihan paling tepat untuk pembelajaran daring mengingat kemampuan dan jangkauan di setiap daerah berbeda-beda. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini menjadi referensi bagi dosen dalam memilih dan memanfaatkan media dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam pembelajaran online. This is because students do not get direct guidance from educators. This study aims to investigate student perceptions of the selection of media and methods in online learning. The research method used is a mixed-method using The Convergent Parallel Design. The perception of students consisting of 221 people revealed that teleconference/virtual face-to-face is the most effective method compared to video tutorials, discussions/chats, case studies, and independent assignments. The use of video is also a choice for students to make it easier to understand the learning message. other than that in accordance with the objectives, content, methods, media, and evaluation are also very necessary. The choice of a platform that is easily accessible and low cost is the most appropriate choice for bold learning given the different capabilities and reach in each region. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for lecturers in choosing and utilizing appropriate media and learning methods in online learning.

Teachers Challenges in The Learning Process During The Covid-19 Pandemic in Rural Areas 农村地区新冠肺炎大流行期间教师在学习过程中的挑战

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan strategi yang diterapkan guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di era pandemi di MAN Ruteng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk keperluan wawancara individu, dipilih lima guru secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah WhatsApp, google classroom, messenger, dan facebook karena dapat digunakan dan diperoleh dengan mudah dan sebagian besar siswa memiliki ponsel. Kemudian tantangan yang dapat diidentifikasi adalah fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran dan lokasi domisili siswa. Sedangkan guru menerapkan strategi praktis aplikatif dalam menangani hambatan kegiatan pembelajaran selama masa pandemic. Abstract: This study explores the challenges and strategies applied in teaching and learning activities in the pandemic era at MAN Ruteng. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. For the purposes of individual interviews, five teachers were taken purposively. The results showed that the learning media used were WhatsApp, google classroom, messenger, and Facebook. They are used and obtained easily, and most students have cellphones. Then the challenges that can be identified are learning support facilities and student domicile locations. Meanwhile, teachers apply practical strategies in dealing with barriers to learning activities during the pandemic.
